Dr Akasheh & all of her assistants are amazing!Dr. A has never caused me to experience pain.She filled several cavities for me; put a double crown on a challenging area; and is currently building a partial.Every person who works there, to include, finance lady & the front desk girls are filled with kindness! They love their job & it shows! Customer service is top notch, most of all they respect the patient. On 3 occasions I needed to “get right in” and they made it happened.The Dentist’s actually build in their schedule time for emergencies. Who does that anymore? It’s obvious they’re not trying to make fast money but build relationships. My husband is going to Dr. A soon. He’s going to love it there.

I had such an amazing experience here! I hadnt been to see a dentist in over 4 years and I was deeply terrified of seeing them when I did. Ive had a fear of dentists ever since I was a child which is why I put it off for so long. This was the first positive dental experience Ive ever had and thats all thanks to Danielle! She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and kept me informed with everything she was doing for me. We instantly got along and made jokes which helped with the anxiety I was feeling. Because she was so amazing Im not afraid to go back for further dental care!

Dr D is the best. She takes her time to explain everything to you and options on why or why not other options won’t work .she’s never in a rush and makes you feel comfortable about the decision of your plan before she moves on . Staff is awsome as well .Very friendly

I had my root canal and crown placed there. My crown came off in 2 years and root canal was done very poorly that it got infected. So highly advise to avoid this place since very poor service.

Well I warned them on the phone I’m a baby when it come to dentists and they made me as comfortable as possible and took the time to ask how I’m doing, they weren’t rough with the tests they did, they were not judgemental at all, hands down I hate the dentist but I will be breathing a bit easier when I return due to the compassion, I didn’t feel like another paycheck for them, I felt like they actually wanted to help me out. They worked with my confusion on my second visit, really awesome staff

I havent been a patient for long but so far one of the women working there told me my insurance would cover 4 cleanings a year but it turns out that they do not. I now have to pay almost $900 out of pocket. I noticed that Cassandra was very inconsistent with her dental hygienist cleaning methods when she cleaned my teeth. I requested for a different hygienist in the future to another woman who worked there and she made it incredibly awkward by telling Cassandra that I didnt like her. Very unprofessional. I would have let her know myself if I knew thats how the situation was going to be handled, and let her know at the end of the appointment instead of the beginning. The dental assistants have mentioned to me multiple times that they were going to make a note in my folder but when Ive brought up these things that were supposed to be notes at later appointments, they have no knowledge of them. Ive been screwed by dental offices in the past but Im willing to see if this will turn around. Finding a great dentist is so difficult these days but I will go elsewhere if things dont improve.

This was my FIRST visit at Spring Arbor Dental and it was wonderful. My hygienist was very welcoming and helped me to relax. She explained everything very well and made me feel at ease. I was very impressed with their COVID precautions at the office! The dentist was thorough and gave me a straight forward on my treatment plan but the best part was the insurance department knew exactly how Much I will owe for each appt. I knew everything I needed when I walked out the door. Very happy!

Assistant is now doing the numbing injections and does not know how to do them and argues with you when you tell her it did not work. Would not recommend

Due to changing dental insurance we needed to find a new dentist that is a participant in our new insurance. The cleanings are quick, efficient, and gentle. Both of my children (under 4) love going here because of how kind and fun the dental hygienist are! They even give the little ones prizes! We will continue going here for years to come!

Great practice! I changed dentist after feeling my concerns were not being heard. I love that they have technology that allows for a photograph of the teeth in question so you can understand the treatment plan. I needed a crown for the first time ever and was very pleased they were able to make the crown in house during my visit. No need for an additional appointment. They made the experience as comfortable as possible which included a blanket to relax under. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience I had.

It was my first visit, and I highly recommend this dentist . Loved my dental hygentist. First time Ive left the dentist without feeling like my teeth have been beat up. The dentist came in after and she definitely had read my long questionaire they ask for. Felt like she knew me already. They immediately set up the appointment for a couple procedures I needed and had what I would owe right away.Again, I highly recommend Spring Arbor Dental.

People in the office are great and I love them but boy are they slow on billing. It took them 4 months to run my insurance and while I’m not sure if this is due to them or the insurance taking forever it took them another 3 months to get my final bill out. Almost a whole year just to get my billing taken care of.Update: Almost 2 years later they attempted to take me to small claims court over the $90 they told me would be taken care of after my insurance was contacted. Horrible place and will never go back again.

I had an emergency and they got me in quickly, diagnosed my issues and my dentist was awesome.

Most positive experience ever! This team is amazing. I was well taken care of. They work with your schedule, even if they have to come in earlier. Much appreciated!

Ver bad and worse customer service, they dont have frequent appointments. The yare very money oriented and only care to receive this rather than giving the care they are supposed to. Sometimes they have overbill me to pay more and have 0 patient care.Their manager tongi, she lies to other patient and overbills them, she was rude and not willing to do anything about these issues.

Take care of your dental needs. They are not like a cattle call where they slap ya in the chair and out the door as fast as they can and charge ya more than your brand new Lexus. To begin with, I was scared having this tooth extracted. Dr. B was very calming and made sure I was not in pain. I am 82 years old and that molar had been there for a long time. She was amazing I hardly felt the tooth come out. Dr.B’s assistant was outstanding. So efficient helping the Dr. B. I am very happy with Spring Arbor Dental.
