Nice and easy extraction. Staff was great, office had an older look and feel but the operation went smooth. From appointment to post op was under 45mins, Including X-Ray.

Great experience! The hygienist is so sweet and gentle. Dr. Scallions and his assistant both made me feel at ease. I’ve never had a painless root canal before..... and it was truly pain free.

Just recently moved to Jackson and had a tooth emergency. I found regional dental online a gave them a call. I told them about my problem and they were able to see me that day. Dr. Scallions was able to treat my problem and get me out of pain. I highly recommend this dental office!

My experience with Regional Dental Associates has been the best experience I could have asked for. The staff are very sweet and helpful and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Scallions is a wonderful dentist and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing dental work done. I had 8 teeth removed, 3 fillings, and an upper denture put in. I expected it to take hours. In about an hour we were through with all. He did NOT hurt me at all!(which was a first for me at a dentist!) Of course the shots are always uncomfortable but thats to be expected. He made sure all was numb completely before proceeding. I expected to have a lot of swelling and a lot of pain for a few days. This has not been the case at all. Ive had very little swelling. I had the procedure done yesterday. I was in quite a bit of pain once the feeling came back but only had to take 2 doses of the pain meds after getting home yesterday. Today I have only had to take the pain med once. He did a really great job! And on top of that, he thought he might have to surgically remove a few but that ended up being only one so my bill was actually cheaper than I had expected. The denture his lab created matched my bottom teeth perfectly in color and Im really pleased with the sizing and shape. I just cant recommend them enough!! So glad I gave them a shot!!

If you have dental phobia, this is the place for you. They were so nice & explained everything so well. They have options & were very detailed so I didnt feel lost in what they were talking about. Definitely a return patient.

Dr. Scallions was great and very concerned about my pain and my dental anxiety! He did a root canal on me a week ago and it was virtually painless. Because he and his staff treated me so well I would strongly recommend him.

I had my first visit last week. They were very thorough. They are too pricey even with the discount dental card.

Pull you in with cheap x-ray And exam. Needed teeth pulled. Doesnt matter what the tooth looks like they will charge for a surgical extraction every time. Dont know why they offer anything else. Doesnt matter the pain your in...leave exam room and cough up money or get nothing. Rudest assistants ever met. Dentist makes assumptions about you without knowing. Gave me almost no pain meds for 2 teeth pulled. How my teeth look has nothing to do with doing drugs....which I have not ever done in my life!!! But losing a good paying job and cant afford the dentist like I used to did! Dont go! Still have the wall bone between teeth sticking out of guns and hurting...his assistant said cant do anything to help me and to go see someone else! Problem...other dentists dont want to fix other dentist work...so stay in pain after $400 paid out

Dr. Scallions and his staff were very professional and concerned about helping me with my dental problem. After my exam I was told that I would need an extraction, possibly surgical. I was given a treatment plan explaining what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I was pleasantly surprise when dr. Scallions was able to do a simple extraction instead of the surgical extraction I planned on having. Therefore I didn’t have to pay as much as expected. Thank you dr. Scallions and staff for a great experience. I would absolutely recommend regional dental!

I previously gave them a good review however my last visit left me in agonizing pain and little remorse for my post op complications. The assistant was rude and act as if I was getting on her nerves. I had 2 teeth extracted and developed a dry socket and instead of being seen when I needed help immediately they couldnt see me at the time. When I was able to be seen my socket was packed and no further instructions were given to me, i was told i didnt need to return after that. The following morning the packing fell out and the pain was back. I called again to try to be seen but was told I couldnt be until 2 more days. After days of relentless pain I gave up and decided to seek care from another office. The dentist overall is nice but his assistant isnt. I spoke with my insurance company about some billing issues because they billed me for a second exam when I shouldve been billed under a different code according to them.

Wonderful experience! Polite, professional staff. Will definitely continue going here.

Made an appointment for wisdom tooth to get pulled, they couldnt do it and referred me to someone else which is ok but I had to actually beg to get a prescription for a pain reliever until I could find another dentist. I thought that was insensitive because I stressed to them the pain I was in and I had to beg for a prescription. Plus I end up paying for absolutely nothing. Dentist stayed in room for 2 min then out. Was a waste of money

I had Dr. Brockman and he was patient as well as kind. Altogether I had 12 fillings and 10 was taken out. Dr. Brockman finished around 1p.m. and I went into work at 3p.m. You want this guy working in your teeth.

I was in Jackson,Tn. last week on business for a few days and cracked a tooth while eating lunch. So I looked up local Dentists in the Jackson Area on Google and found Regional Dental Associates clicked on the website and found out they do walk-ins, so I drove over and they worked me in and accepted my insurance. Met with Dr. Eric Scallions not only did he solve my Tooth issue but he sent me an email a few days later to check on me to see how I was doing.. WOW..I have to say if I lived in Jackson,Tn. Dr.Eric Scallions would defiantly be my Dentist...

Dr.Scallions did what 2 other dentist could not do. He fixed my my front teeth and gave me my smile back.
