Nathan Tanner seems only interested in what profits him or his dental associates.He did not provide “options” for the problem I saw him for.Extreme pain on a dead cracked tooth with an infection.“You need a root canal.” Done.Make an appointment.No other explanation of cost or procedure.NOTHINGOther options, like an extraction, WERE NOT EVEN PRESENTED AS A POSSIBILITY.Just saying that a dentist, who doesn’t disclose the options to correct a problem is selfish, heartless, and NEGLIGENT.I guess he feels comfortable making decisions that he feels are best for his patients as opposed the patient making informed decisions that are best for them.

Super grateful for this place. We are in town vacationing and staying at a campground with my crown fell off. They got me in the same day and was in and out within 20 minutes of my appointment time. Super professional, very clean, extremely nice and friendly people. Great dentist! If I lived in this area I would give them another try!!

Dr Tanner fit me in while on vacation and put my crown back on. He and the staff were so kind and I am back in action for my vacation!

Dr. Tanner was absolutely incredible. I was experiencing severe pain the night before I went in, and I was waiting in the parking lot before the office even opened. Without an appointment, and without any hesitation, Dr. Tanner made room in his schedule. Furthermore, I felt like a priority. He was so compassionate and made sure to check in with me during every step of the procedure (I ended up needing to extract a tooth) and really took his time so the visit did not feel rushed despite the last minute nature of the visit. Dr. Tanner was as gentle as can be, communicative, and demonstrated a high level of empathy and understanding, which is often hard to come by for a dentist. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing quality care.

I would give them 6 stars if I could. I developed a very painful tooth infection while camping in Yellowstone this September. I saw the office while driving past, walked in, and was seen immediately. Dr. Danielle was extremely kind, understood the problem, and prescribed the needed antibiotics and pain- killer that I needed. I thought the price was reasonable for the location, $112 for the visit and xrays, out-of-pocket.

Dr. Tanner is the best dentist Ive ever had. He is fast and efficient, and his work is superior. Ive gone to other dentists who have commented on the excellent quality of the work Dr. Tanner did for me. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Tanner! I highly recommend!!!

Been going to this dentist for years, learned through the grapevine that the main dentist in the practice sold, I was not told at my last cleaning this happened. Had a blond female dentist come in, did not introduce herself and just started poking and prodding. She had said that I needed a filling in one of my teeth, I requested to look at my X-Rays that were taken that day, and I asked where it was, I can also read them as my mother was a hygienist for over 30 years and taught me. Seems like the new ownership just wants to bleed insurance. Will be looking for a new dentist in town.

Dr. Tanner was very professional and explained all my options for my dental implant. Not only is he efficient, but I didn’t have any discomfort! He checked in with me the next day to see how I was healing too! Highly recommend.

Not a review on the services rendered, because it never got that far. The dentists there may be a treat, but the people you have to get through in order to even try and talk to them are absolutely abhorrent. If you dont like people, dont want to help them, or understand their issues so that proper services are rendered, go away. Quit your job. All that youre doing is negatively effecting the people who may actually want to help others in a situation of need.In from out of town, and was recommended to call here for a possible solution to an orthodontic issue (one of the bands that holds the wire to the bracket snapped, and all ortho offices are closed during my trip here). Yes, its not in their speciality, so I wasnt expecting a full solution. But being immediately rude, short, and requiring me to re-explain a basic situation four to five times because youre too spaced out or uncaring to actually hear what Im saying is what Id expect from a 14-year-old running a concession stand at a movie theater, not the front line of communication to a medical office. Not even a good luck or a recommendation of help, just - nah, youre out of luck, even though youre not sure we even know what youre asking for. Other offices handled my weird questions with full care, even if they werent able to do anything about what I asked. Get some people who give a hoot, otherwise its pretty obvious why your recent reviews are tanking.

Let me start with the back office: Amazing cleaning and a good efficient dentist. Unfortunately, I am not local (seasonal work) so they will not take my insurance. The front office, scheduled me to replace my crown and quoted me a price that sounded very reasonable for a 5-10 min procedure. During the checkout process I was charged double what was quoted. The same lady I spoke to on the phone to schedule and get my crown recemented told me that it was my fault for not communicating clearly that the only price I wanted was for the recementing of the crown. I understand they did a service for me, just buyer beware and be very clear on what the cost is prior to the service.

I was traveling and needed a new crown. Dr. Nathan Tanner got me right in, rushed the labs, and fitted me with a perfect crown—all in time for my son’s wedding!!

I have an employee who pays for dental insurance out of her paycheck every two weeks. She switched dentists because of a bad customer service experience. She has never had dental insurance and already felt weary about the dental process from the first experience. She went to Elk Ridge to get a cleaning and become a new patient of theirs. The new office didn’t ask her when her when last cleaning was and she said she didn’t want x-rays because she just had them at the other office. They did x-rays anyway and the cleaning. The front office blamed the dental hygienist about the x-Ray snafu but the front office also did not help explain of the policy of insurance covering a cleaning every six months (and one day). For an office strictly in the business of dentistry I find it odd that they do not ask new patients who may be intimidated by the process when his or her last cleaning was to make sure they are covered by their insurance. My employee not only pays for insurance year round but is now out $130 for something that could’ve been caught by the expertise of those in the front office who deal with insurance all day, everyday. Jackson could do a bit better with the communication barriers that occur on a more frequent basis and help each other out.

Great experience! Dr. Galbraith is one of those guys that you can just tell is a nice guy -- hes personable and honest, you can tell his whole staff gets along well in a wholesome professional environment and he performed the dental services with excellent skill and dexterity.

I called in last Thursday because I had a bad toothache and I was from out of town, and they got me in right away. X-ray showed an infection and I got a pain killer and antibiotic prescription to help me until I got back home.Doctor Brittney Espinoza was great.

Visiting Jackson and had a terrible tooth ache. I walked in and they immediately helped me!

Awesome work! So happy to smile again!
