I took a screenshot of our conversation because I couldnt believe they not only responded in less than 2 minutes but we also setup a diagnostic and they arrived in about 15 minutes! They put in a new water and expansion tank. Did a great job and exactly what I wanted. Very professional and courteous.Made sure doors were closed so my fur babies didn’t escape and didn’t leave a mess of old materials laying around.I would definitely recommend and I personally will call on them again!!!

My furnace quit on the coldest night of 2021 at 945 pm. I called Right Now because it was the only 24 hour listing . I fully expected an answering machine and no call back . Mr Miller picked up immediately. I conducted the repair myself, but Right Now supplied me with the parts I needed at a fair price, guided me through my repair and followed up with me the next morning to assure everything went as planned. I know lots of servicemen and contractors, and the professionalism and dedication to a customer in need at 11 at night is second to none. Right Now will be my go to business from now on . Dont call the rest when you can call the best. Call Right Now .

Edit: Right Now Heat and Air has absolutely all 5 star reviews, and 1 review of 1 star, with no story behind it. If you use your common sense, and read the response of the owner, I think you can see its someone trying to smear this business, for whatever reason. Dont buy it, this is the absolute best place to call for your needs, guaranteed. You wont be sorry if you use these guys.Cody saved my arse today, quite literally maybe. He was there early and repaired my boiler in my home quickly, at a very reasonable rate, and we couldnt be happier. Check all the other company reviews in Jackson. Called for an estimate you said to contact you back on Friday to verify, I did with no response.When we talked earlier in the week we discussed a Saturday morning appointment we have waited all morning and you no show. Tried texting with no response. Your time may be valuable but so is ours. Very unprofessional, very unresponsive, poor customer service having to leave a number with a automated answering machine for a call back. I would not recommend you to anyone and will spread the poor customer service.

Wonderful people to work with, our furnace went out on us, I called several places never received a response. I called Right now heating at 730pm and they offered to come out that night. I told him it could wait til morning due to it was a warm night and they were here at the time they said they would be. Had the heat back on in no time. Fast friendly and reliable. I called several places before finding Right Now, they were the only ones able to fix my heat same day! They were super flexible with making an appointment, they were on time, and evaluated and fixed the problem very quickly! I am so thankful to this team and most definitely recommend them for any service options! Cost was also very reasonable!

These guys are amazing! They were very responsive and texted me all day to let me know of any delays. The gentleman that came over was very respectful! He showed up with a mask on, knew what he was doing, fixed our problem and now our kids have heat!! We will forever be thankful that they went above and beyond on the day before Thanksgiving! Called up Cody, the owner at Right Now Heat and Air, when our heater had broke down in the house. They came out and got heat up and running in the midst of winter. They were referred to me by a more expensive heating and cooling company. They called me and came out to give me an estimate on installing an AC unit and said they could do the work the next day. They were so friendly and professional. Their work was great and they gave me honest opinions on other issues I had questions about. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. My furnace stopped on a cold Saturday....of course. I went online, instant message was I sent was quickly answered. Within the hour Cody diagnosed and it was fixed same day!! They are prompt and not looking to gouge customers especially in winter on a weekend!

Had issue with furnace, would not stay lit. Called Cody up he was busy and he sent John, was here in 15 minutes. Came in did some troubleshooting and after 30 minutes of sucking and blowing into tubes, got all the water out of system and runs like a champ now. Good people reasonable prices. I will be using Right Now Heat and Air for all my furnace needs from now on. In the middle of this January polar vortex, my furnace quit working. John came to my house at midnight on the coldest night of the year and got my furnace to work overnight, just long enough to come back in the morning and do a major repair. The price was fair, service was great, and John was kind and friendly. Very pleased with the service and glad to be warm! Highly recommend.

When our furnace motor went out all we could think of was how unaffordable it was gonna be, right after the holidays to get it fixed. 3 people online recommended Cody from Right now heat and air. I didnt know how I was gonna make it work but I reached out. Right now Heating and Air instantly replied, spoke about costs no bologna no sales pitch. Came home from work and found out that my furnace stopped working, fidged cold in my house, freezing temperatures outside, called Cody and as busy as he was, he came to my rescue...Cody and Dustin showed up and replaced my blower motor on my 30 yr old furnace and it works awesome...super quiet, and heats my house even better than when I first bought my house.
