Good overall experience. Had a kitchen faucet replacement and new toilet installed. They were extremely prompt in arrival (early!), given the timeframe Id been scheduled. That holds major props. The work was completed in an efficient timeframe. They did have to return a day later due to the kitchen faucet still leaked some after the repair/replacement was complete. However, they were EXTREMELY prompt in correcting the issue. They didnt come with excuses, just accountability that it was slightly loose, corrected it and we moved on. I appreciated that. Would definitely use them again.

The lights in the long fluorescent fixture were blinking off and on and getting dim and bright again, so we decided to replace it with a LED fixture. Worst customer service experience ever! Was given the run around about putting a piece on an AC unit that literally took less than 5mins. I had to call another contractor to get the job done. Sad part about it was I was willing to pay extra due to it being a weekend day. The excuse the rep gave me was that I had to be a club member for a weekend visit. Hmmmm?

Ive owned my 100 year old home for 26 years, so Ive been here for the long term and the work that Tim Furgerson has done reflects their integrity, knowledge, skill and professionalism. I have never had to call them back to fix, correct or complete their work or the problem. They do it right the first time. If there is more to the problem than Im aware of, they advise me accordingly and I can make appropriate decisions, sometimes I can delay work and budget accordingly while they fix the immediate problem.I call only one company to work in my home. I know them and their work, they know me and my home. Old homes can have some tricky challenges. I dont get stressed about a needed repair because I am confident about who Im going to call and I can depend on Tim Furgerson to do an excellent job. That means everything to me. I know a lot about things that can go wrong in a home but some things, like my central air, I know almost nothing about, it works or it doesnt work. Its important to have a company with integrity that I can rely on.Tim Furgerson is my home care team.

The office was very nice and timely assisting with my sewer concerns on a weekend with a quick appointment and letting me know when technician was in route. Philip the technician is very pleasant, mannerable, considerate, knowledgeable, experienced, professional and good stewart of time when assessing and remediating my current and future sewer problems (my house is 80 yrs old); answered all my questions before during and after without a short rushed responses; very helpful consulting about near-future land projects, new pipe trajectory, code, inspections, timelines and estimates. I will definitely keep Ferguson as my service. A few months ago they resolved i door plumbing appliance problems. Another time they came and walked thru a technical consult for new hvac ventless system in the garage and apt side. We then both agreed it was not in my best interest. I am going to request a full house electrical rewire estimate from their licensed electrical team in the near future. My confidence level in Ferguson services at this point has built and is strong at this time.

I had a faucet installed a few weeks ago that wasnt working properly. Delta sent me replacement parts. They came this morning to replace the parts and now my sink is working like it should. Our problem this time came from my wife accidentally dropping one of those little toilet fresheners into the bowl. Just so you know...that small piece of plastic clip won’t flush out. Our tech for this incident, Mike, worked really hard to try and pull it out. Mike even tried removing the toilet and tried to pull out the plastic clip from the opposite direction...but nope, it was not coming out either way! Mike explained our options and in the end we chose to have a whole new toilet installed. Mike did a great job with this whole mess and got things back to normal in a timely manner. Once again...great job by Mike! He did an awesome job and is yet another great example of the Tim Ferguson company!

After wasting two days with American Home Shield and another local plumbing company, I called Tim Ferguson. They had two people ( Jeremiah and Jonathan) at my house that evening and I was back up and going. They were professional, knowledgeable and hard working. Time is money and I know from now on who to call. Tim Ferguson should take care of employees like this and I hope they do not burn them out. If I have any future plumbing issues, I know who I will call and who I will ask for!

Even though I reported a severely clogged kitchen drain on a Sunday morning just prior to Thanksgiving week, Zearhan arrived from Tim Ferguson’s within the hour. He worked professionally and diligently until he diagnosed the issue at hand. Though his work was not easy, by the end of his visit, Zeathan had the sink draining like never before (no exaggeration!) in my 45 year old home. I was so pleased. My MLGW bill was getting higher. I was having a leak.He found the problem and fixed it in just a couple of minutes.On time, friendly and was honest.Great job.

If you have a job that requires going under your house I can’t recommend this company. The tech they sent obviously didn’t want to crawl under our house so he made the estimate so ridiculously high there was no way we could pay it. We had an outdoor faucet (spigot) on the house that was leaking. The estimate was nearly $500. We got someone else to fix it for less than a $100. Not cool Tim Ferguson.

Just wanted to get a quote on having a dehumidifier installed in my crawl space. Was informed of an $89 fee for service call. When I questioned I was told the dont do anything for free. Well, this is at least a $4000 job that they lost due to their attitude. Fyi Hiller will give a free estimate.

Stephen Eaton came out to our house on Russell Road and did a very thorough inspection of our heating and air. In the 14 years we have owned the house, it was the best inspection we have ever had. He was very honest and detailed in describing the problems with our system. He pointed out all the necessary points with both the heating and air system. Repairman on time, listened to my description of heater problem, then went to work. Replaced bad part, explained why it was needed. Very friendly.

I was charged $89 for them to look at what needed to be done and give me a quote. Then was told it would be a week before they could fix my electrical pole that was sitting on top of a vehicle and that I would be better off “shopping around” to get a better quote. They then emailed me their quote and addressed it to my husband who they have never spoken to and does me no good to give to my homeowners insurance because my husband’s name is not on the house. I would look elsewhere for your electrical needs based off of how unprofessional they are alone. I have no idea if their work is good or not, but I’m not willing to chance it.

I needed an estimate for some major home repair and Mr. Jeremiah came out for the service call. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and understanding of what I needed to have done. He made sure the estimate would be within the scope of the project and also offered suggestions. Based on him, Tim Ferguson would be a good organization to call.

Post 1 - The repair man, Brandon, was here only an hour after I called the office, he fixed our air unit, got us set up for annual maintenance, and the price was way more affordable and reasonable than I anticipated! I highly recommend this company. Ive had Tim Ferguson Plumbing Air and Electric out to my house numerous times in the last 4 years and their service has been excellent. One service pro in particular Stephen Eaton. Stephen has always been honest with me and made me feel very confident that the work he was doing (repair or general maintenance) was what was needed on my old heat pump. TF has gotten me a few more years than I expected from a 20 yr old system. They will be installing my new one and look forward to their service for the coming years. Thanks guys.

Richard Black checked my A/C unit as part of the 4 seasons program. He was very professional and courteous. He found one part needing replacement. He took time to explain what it did and why it should be replaced and assured me that the A/C will work more efficiently and cost less this summer. Great job. He was informative, quick, and provided helpful suggestions to improve the functioning of my unit. Also, made me aware of the January 2020 regulation that R22 is going away. On this same day, at the recommendation of Stephen, I spoke with Zach Edwards regarding some possible options to replace the existing system in light of the anticipated 2020 change. As always, pleased with the service and information provided.

They good just Susie need adjust her customer service because its unprofessionally. I would recommend this company. They are expensive but its worth it when you need heat.

We have used them several times and always been pleased with their services. They are easy to get in touch with. They call when they are headed your way. They take care to be neat in what they do, and they fully explain whats wrong and your options for fixing it. I particularly like their new e-receipts that are emailed to you.

Had leak on top of water heater on carport, easy to get to, 412 dollars later, two feet of three quarter pipe and four elbows, about ten dollars worth, six hours for a guy who has no business being on call for the weekend when they charge an extra 99 dollars, the guy was nice, but had not been trained, always used Tim Ferguson but very dissatisfied with this

Return call Monday was by 8 a.m. Stephen here by around 9:30a and answers by 10a. Replacement system to be installed tomorrow morning. Incredibly efficient team. Probably not the cheapest now, but Id bet they are over the next 15 years. Warned of costs at every step- no surprises so far.Update 3/22/2019 Havent changed my impression of this fine team of personable professionals. Real people doing a real real job really well.

I recently had my spring check up done by Tim Ferguson pluming, air & electric-Jackson TN. The technician that I had Richard B was very nice, professional and on time. He called ahead of time to let me know when he was coming and like I said was on time. I am pleased with Tim Ferguson services, I have had to use them several times and each time the technicians are courteous, and very professional, and do an excellent job. I am part of the 4 seasons home comfort club which is an amazing deal I think.I would highly recommend Tim Ferguson plumbing, air & electric co.

Mike and Tyler arrived with 3 issues to deal with. A leaking tub, air conditioning duct work that was staying wet all the time, and installing a trap on the shower to prevent the smell of the septic backing into the master bedroom.After evaluating each situation, they determined there was no trap needed, it was just in an area that was hard to see. The air conditioning duct work was just a sweat issue.However, the issue that needed attention was the leaking tub. Initially they dais they would need to make an access hole in the closet to get to the pipes. Again, after careful evaluation, they determined no access hole would be needed.Mike and Tyler were very respectful, friendly and curtious not only to me as the home owner but also the petting zoo we have. They cleaned up the work area better than it was when they arrived. They were very informative and showed me the work that wad being fine at many points through the process.I would recommend Mike and Tyler hands down without question.

If you need plumbing, electrical or heat and air work, these are the people to call!! Absolutely the best crew around!! Courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, hard working. They checked in on me during the process and Larry came by on his way to another job to check to see if the pressure held and came back after he finished his other job. All on his own. They will go above and beyond to help you!! I will be calling them again if we need them!!

***WARNING***To all commercial contractors... If you need to get a quote for plumbing, These guys want to charge you $175 just to see there face. If you have to get more than one quote like most contractors, Id not waste my time. That being said, looks like they just want to do residential work. If thy charge their residential customers just to come and look, well. Then Id not use them. I have a couple of plumbers back home in another state. They laughed when I told them about their see their face charge.I dont usually post these, I just wanted to warn all.

I had a motor go out on my outside unit around 9:30 PM on a Friday and called Tim Ferguson for help. Im a club member. Got a return phone call from Richard within 15 minutes and we talked about the symptoms. He gave me a couple of solutions and said he could head my way. After he arrived he checked the capacitor which had failed. Quick and inexpensive fix. Nope motor had also failed so both had to be changed out. Richard was very professional and we had good conversation. Finished up around 12:30 AM. Good job!!!! I highly recommend Tim Ferguson and being a club member!!! Club members receive discounts on service calls, parts and scheduled checkups to your home system (air, heat, plumbing, electrical, ect.) through out the year!!!

Liam and Levi did a great job repairing my faucet. They secured the loose fixture and repaired the hole behind it to where it looks like a new tub and shower with a little bit of style! Also wore shoe covers which I thought was a respectful work practice. Great job guys and thank you!

Richard Black, was very professional. He was welled mannered with a knowledge and understanding of what he was doing. He was early, called when he was on his way, and explained what was wrong with my unit and fixed it promptly. Richard, is the only one, I will ever allow to work on my unit again. Tim Ferguson, you have a hard working employee, who puts his heart into his work and is a well rounded gentleman. If you havent given him a raise yet then you should, he has got to be one of your best employees Ive ever had the chance of meeting!!

Devan and Chance were great!! They explained everything so that we understood what was going on and what would need to be done to fix the problem. Our issue was very extensive and we would need a couple of days to fix the problem. They even talked to our insurance adjuster. It’s not very often you find good people who care about you and not just money.
