From our first call to Force Mechanical LLC we were treated professionally and respectfully. We preferred a Trane A/C, because of the quality, pairing up with our Trane furnace. The gentleman didn’t call ahead so we were a bit surprised when he arrived as we hurriedly put the dog in the bedroom, but aside from that small mishap it was a perfect service call.He was nice, professional, informative, and patient. After contacting Consumers regarding our furnace they had Nick from your company come to look at our furnace as it was not heating. The Lusby brothers came several times between em after a basement flood last month from a root-clogged drain. First night was to re-light pilots for an ancient water heater & furnace. He got us heat safely in spite of a corroded circuit board, came back next morning with the new specific circuit board. The next week the poor old motor just gave out and had to be replaced. The guys were so pleasant, professional and kind to this eccentric old crazy dog lady, they just cant know how much I appreciate them!

Came in after a different company through Consumers Energy had diagnosed our ac unit as bad compressor. Force Mechanical came and they diagnosed the issue with the ac compressor as bad connection. Checked all the wires and made sure they were plugged in and the ac compressor is running fine. Very professional.We will always us them going forward.
