Im currently renting a house where he put a heat pump unit on the house. I have been staying in this home for five weeks. Shane has been out three different times to work on the unit. He installed the unit about two years ago. I have been freezing in this home. Two days ago during the blizzard of 2021, Shane said the breaker kept tripping and he didnt know why. When asked when he was going to come back out to fix it and if we needed to call someone else (because he didnt know how to fix it), he cussed and said, Yes, and leave him the @#$& alone. Extremely unprofessional business owner in the service industry.

Shane has always showed up on time and did the work on our unit. He does what he says he will do and I trust him to my home while I am at work. We have a St. Bernard that lives in our home so we have to keep it cool. Thank you Shane for caring about my baby boy and keeping our home at 60.

Shane has an excellent track record and has demonstrated a very professional working relationship for our family and for many of our friends service needs also. I would recommend his company to all my friends and family.

Shane is very professional and would never hurt anybodys feelings. He is to kind hearted. He loves his job and loves to help his customers by giving them the best deal out there. The majority of his customers have been using him for years. He would never act the way the last post says he did has to big of heart.

Several of my friends have had Shane work on their AC units recently and every one of them raves that they now have the coldest air in town! I will definitely be calling him when my unit needs to be serviced next time.
