Timothy came out to repair our air conditioner and install a new thermostat. He was the most professional and knowledgeable technician we have ever had in our lifetime. He was honest and taught me about our unit and also taught us how to setup and operate our new thermostat. I would highly recommend this company, especially if the rest of their technicians are of the same work ethic as Timothy.

Paul was our service tech. He was great. Very knowledgeable and willing to share what he knew. He took time to explain what he did and went over everything in the end. I’m glad to have had Paul come out to the house to service our AC unit.

He introduced himself, and although the mask mandate has been lifted, he wore a mask. Further, he was careful to put on and off the disposable plastic coverings over his work boots before entering and reentering our home.He came right in and got to work after I showed him where the unit was located. He was not vaccinated. When I asked him if he was, he said no, I told him I was, and then he asked if i wanted him to put his mask on. I said yes. As he did he said “Vaccines don’t work, ya know”. I responded, Yes, they do,” and held up my hand not wanting a response from him. He was in my home and telling me that vaccines don’t work…really!?!

We have the coldest weather in years and our heater decides to stop working. I called Environment Masters and within an hour, Ben called to tell me Tim was on his way. Tim diagnosed a couple of problems outside and one inside. He then had us up and running with heat. Tim is a very personable guy and explained what he was doing. He is super knowledgeable on heat pump systems. I would highly recommend Environment Masters for your heating and cooling needs.

Brian and his helper Matt were professional, courteous and patient. They worked tediously to locate the leak in our water line and replace the leaking pipe parts. I scheduled a service call, but was contacted the day the technician was to arrive and told the appointment would need to be rescheduled for two days later. I was called again two days later and told the same thing. I asked about a day the following week when the scheduler thought they would surely be able to do the work. We set a day, and guess what happened... yep. So I told the guy to forget about rescheduling a third time. I’d take my business to someone upon whom I could depend.

Asa was quick to get to us and correct the AC problem that I thought was a bad thermostat. He analyzed the situation and traced it to a bad plug in the receptacle located in the heater/ac closet. The AC plug in was moved to a new receptacle location and the problem was fixed. Good Job!

I called on Wednesday and had a new water heater on Thursday. The technicians were friendly, quick and efficient. They answered all of our questions and stayed around to make sure everything was working before they left. Their prices are reasonable and the technicians are honest about repairs that you need (unlike Draingo who quoted us $5k with no other option besides a tankless water heater).
