Great place.. Great folks..they are honest mechanics..yes I know its hard to believe but its true.. I gave them a option to replace whatever was needed as I was away from the phone and could not be contacted..They did the job as quoted and did not find anything else that needed repair. A lot different than what I am used to..No upselling just straight good advice and quality job..I just love the mascot/ greeter..cutest little dog youll meet.. I hope this helps you.. in my experience they are my go too option..

Outstanding service. Was stranded in Jackson TN on the Friday afternoon before Labor Day. They were able to fix the car (alternator) within two hours at normal prices.

Having some weird ECU / sensor issues with my 2004 Dodge Ram. I normally do all my own repair work but this was beyond me. I asked KB to take a look and they were able to find a sensor bad that I didnt see on my code reader. They really took the extra time to dig into the issue with this truck. They are now on my very short list of shops I trust to work on my vehicles.I was also very surprised by how reasonable they were on the cost of the repair.

Well they were the only shop out of about 10 to do the work, after about 10 other places I had called, I had just to Trenton a few months ago from Detroit. They were friendly, helpful, courteous, and fast. Oh by the way my oil light used to steady come on not anymore, Thanks a lot, my SUV drives better like when I first bought it. Hey very very pleased with the service. I called last minute trying to get a oil change on Corvette which I normally take to the dealership. But no more. The team at KB’s Auto Service Center are wonderful folks. They have a clean and comfortable lobby, the staff is friendly and communicative and Tucker is the best greeter in the business. I went in for an oil change without an appointment, and despite having four others in front of me, I waited less than an hour. And the price...less than most quick change places and certainly less than the dealership. There’s no better place in Jackson to take your vehicle for service than KB’s Auto Service Center.

My daughters car is a 2003. But they treated it like a brand new car at a great price. We brought it in because the gauges would not work. They did A/C and radiator work that I didnt think possible. They were all kind. And the gauges... they work now.

I was frantically looking for a place to help with a battery cable that went bad after my battery died.KB’s was so nice when I called to ask if they could help and also when got the shop. It was so clean and very welcoming! They actually finished with my car in the same day! Everyone was so nice and explained to me more about what happened and what they did to fix it!

Ive been coming to KBs for years. Initially, it Kevin worked on my Infinity. On his own, knowing my tailite was broken, Kevin went to a scrap yard and replaced the tail light. That meant a great deal to me. Kevin is honest and thorough when working on my car, and at fair prices. I know when bringing my vehicle to KB Auto the work needed will be done and done right. KB Auto is a great auto repair shop for all your vehicle needs. I take my vehicles for oil change and new tires and repairs. I even have my mother in law go there for vehicle service as well. KB Auto prices are always lower than any competitors and the staff is friendly. They will tell you the cost before they repair your vehicle so that you have no hidden charges or surprises when you pick up your vehicle.

KBS always my go to when I have issues with my vehicle, and this time, once again, they were excellent in get my pathfinder fixed and back to me. I never have to worry about it being done right, or being overcharged. Wonderful work and always a reasonable price!

Staff was friendly and Kevin ordered superb customer service. Most of all they are honest people. Meineke wanted to charge me $800 for an oil leak that seems to never existed!

I had been taking my vehicle to them for a while. The last time I took it to them I paid a pretty good price for them to fix it and was told all what they doing should fix the problem..Three weeks later the same problem. Very disappointed... and Mr. Kevin is a nice guy but feel let down....

This time, I needed my alternator replaced unexpectedly. Kevin and his team were able to get me in and get my car fixed that same day. They did an excellent job and are always professional.They always call us beforehand and go over the parts needed and labor costs before starting any work. They always give us our total before starting work and make sure that we are ok with it before starting. We never have any surprises on the invoice when it is time to checkout.I leave with confidence knowing that the job was done right the first time.

Brought my Ram in not sure where the coolant leak was. Wanted some other things done while they had it. They called me with the problem, leaking water pump, and explained before starting any work to make sure I wanted to get it fixed. Got everything done that I wanted and in great time at very reasonable costs. I found them a year ago and was satisfied with the first job they did for me and I wont carry my vehicles to any other place. Great people, friendly and honest.

From the time I walked to the time repairs were competed they treated me great and answered all of my questions. My car is running better than ever thanks to them. They are professional and do a very good job. I will recommend them to everyone.

This man will take care of you. Sent my wife and then my daughter to him after dishonest experiences with a local car dealership. KB’s saved me a lot of money and solved the problem honestly. He could have charged a lot more than he did. He stopped what he was doing to take a quick look and then solved the problem on the spot when dealership gave us a dishonest diagnostic and us we needed to replace the power steering pump. I will never do business with this dealership again and will let KB’s do all maintenance on all of my family’s autos.

I am over thankful for the wonderful service I have received from Kevin and the KB crew. Due to circumstances out of my control, I had to trust KB’s shop with my car. My car quit about 200 feet away from their shop on the Saturday night before Christmas. I was able to get the car in their lot. I sent a message to them on Facebook panicking and they responded within minutes letting me know they would look at my car first thing Monday morning. By noon on Monday, Kevin called me with the issue of my car and how much it would cost if I wanted him to complete the work. Kevin was patience with me and all the questions I had. After getting in touch with my warranty company, Kevin told it over from there. They worked in a timely manner. They kept me updated with the progress of the repair. And once I received my car back, I couldn’t have been happier. They did a wonderful job and I am very thankful. I would recommend them to anyone and I believe I have a new mechanic for all my car needs.

Really liked the new location. Spacious parking lot and well appointed, relaxed waiting room. Several bays for mechanics to work. Got an electrical repair (water got in back lights during storm) and was quickly fixed at a reasonable charge. Staff is friendly and professional. They were good before and better now.

They worked me in for oil change even though it was close 2 quitting time. Appreciated it to. Didnt take long and solved an engine light problem with a little cleaning and not making it out to be something it was not. Ill be going back when I need to. Nice lounge .

Woman upfront was being unprofessional. Probably from the stress of how many cars they had to work on, but that had nothing to do with me. So I didnt get to experience the supposed excellent service that this place is known for. A shame. Maybe next time things will be different.

KB’s Auto is great!!! They immediately responded to my car issue and came to the spot to help! From what I thought was a problem that would take a while to repair and cost a ton, they finished within a day and a half and the price was cheaper than I thought it would be! My truck broke down right before the holidays and I was referred to KB’s. They were able to find my problem and get me back in the road quickly. I felt like they treated me well and fairly. I’m outside of Jackson but will be returning to KB’s for future work on my truck.

Went in to get truck looked at. Seven empty bays and was told they didnt have time. Lol. Went right across street to my normal shop thats actually busy, and they got me in and fixed. Shiny and new doesnt make you a good business!
