Bill Weese did a fantastic job, as hes done before. He goes over everything and cleans everything. Years ago when he first serviced my furnace, we were having an ignition issue. Bill was the only service representative that took the time to correct it and its been great ever since.

Justin was very good with keeping me informed every step of install. Answered any questions I had and was pleasant to have working here. Pleased with everyone I had contact with.

My technician showed up when expected, was very thorough and efficient, and extremely professional. Fixed the problem in 20 minutes.Very happy with my experience, highly recommended!

I was very happy with the service and price of the package to do yearly maintenance for my HVAC and water heater. Andy was professional, on time and very knowledgeable. He took the time to do an indepth cleaning on my system that wasnt included because it really needed it. I was very impressed with the work, the professionalism and the price. Our air conditioner quit working Sunday night in this terrible heat & humidity. We thought an appointment for repair would be a week out. Instead, we got an appointment for the next afternoon!! The repairman was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He replaced the bad flex capacitor, and was on his way in no time! We are amazed and truly grateful! We were told by Consumers that we had an interior gas leak in line to pilot light. Grant came out morning after we called and found no interior leak - it was on the outside. He apologized for having to charge me for the call - it was definitely not his fault! Appreciated his compassion, though.

I used Aspen for our AC unit that was not cooling the house enough and wanted to find out if there was a problem. The ladies I spoke with when setting up the appointment were so helpful and friendly it made the stress of having to deal with the problem itself disappear completely. I received a text, email and phone call from our tech Andy all with 5 seconds of each other to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived he was friendly and ready to resolve our problem. He provided me with great customer service and as a first time home owner, he explained our issue in lamens terms and did not over complicate the situation. He gave me my options for a solution and did not sway me one way or another to pick a more expensive option which may or may not have been needed. That made me feel like he really took a genuine interest in helping me and not just profiting from my problem and inexperience as a new homeowner. I am grateful for his help and our ac unit was blowing colder air within minutes. We will certainly be reaching out again the next time we have a need.

One of the worst companies we have ever dealt with. Horrendous customer service! Paid over $1,300 for a new water heater and installation. Was told at time of installation the water heater could cause a bad smell in the water, and if this occurs its no issue just call them up and there is a rod they would need to remove. Days later, the water smelled so bad you can not even turn it on hot. Called to have the rod removed and the technician arrived a couple days later. Did not have the proper tools for the job and asked to use several of my own... not a huge deal but slightly unprofessional. After using my own tools, leaving my basement covered in water and insulation from the job he tells me I owe $140 for a service call... WHAT? $140 after I spent $1,300 to install a water heater that cant be used. Paid and figured we would just move on and not recommend.. unfortunately our water still smells so bad we cannot even use it. Called for second opinion and they can see where the seal for the anode rod had not even been broken, let alone removed or replaced. So essentially we were ripped off for $140 for a tech to borrow my tools, make a mess, and do nothing to my water heater.We are having another company come take care of this issue and could not tell more people NOT to use Aspen. Worst customer service, products, and just unprofessional overall.will post photos of the mess and tech name to avoid at all cost.

Great response on a Sunday! We had a partial power outage that Consumers had to repair lickety-split, but in the outage it toasted parts of our boiler and we did not discover that fact until late Saturday night. With an outside temp of 7 degrees F, we had to have someone on SUNDAY. Aspen was quick to get here, quick to assess what broke, quick to open their warehouse (thats closed on a Sunday), quick to get the parts and repair it. We really appreciate their fast response, knowledgeable staff, they are friendly and really helped us on a very cold day. I highly recommend giving them a try for your heating needs. We have used them for 4 years for routine maintenance and they are great on that, too. Thanks Aspen!

I guess these guys dont want my business. Called them out at the end of June for a quote on a good sized project (3-zone ductless minisplit + tankless water heater). The guy showed up on time and seemed professional, told me Id receive a formal quote the following day. Nothing, went completely dark. Finally got an informal quote just for part of the project, but nothing in writing, and then he went dark again. I finally gave up trying to get ahold of them, and Ive taken my business elsewhere. I strongly recommend you do the same.

Awesome service. This last visit was a followup on the central air unit. Since it was put in in February they couldnt run it then so they scheduled a check up on it. Great service. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast.

They showed up on time had AC running within half an hour the part probably cost between $15-$30 if I bought it myself, but I needed it fixed ASAP they charged $399 for the part and $99 diagnostic fee just for showing up I felt like there was a little price gouging going on here thanks for fixing it, they have you over a barrel when its 90° in the house probably wont ever call them again. To expensive for my blood..

Great work! We just moved into our house a year ago and knew from the inspection the furnace was on its last leg. When I turned on for the season it would not work. Aspen had a service technician out the same day and when we decided not to put money into repairs but to replace they had a salesperson out the same day and the installation four days later. Done in a day as promised, professional, timely and did a good job with clean up. They even moved our AC unit to the other end of the house to get it out of our way in the backyard. I would definitely recommend.

Had an issue with furnace working sporadically. Got a same day appt. Received a call from tech as he was on his way. He was curtious, friendly & respectful. He listened as I explained the situation.He found the problem & tested to verify the problem which was a part that needed replaced. He had the part with him. He replaced it & verified everything was working correctly. He shared info about duct cleaning I asked him about as well as a filter system for the house for excessive dust.I appreciate him using shoe covers entering my house.

I am beyond impressed with my experience using Aspen One Hour Heating and A/C! We signed up for their seasonal maintenance package, which included flushing our water heater tank, a furnace diagnostic/cleaning/tuneup and safety inspection (for the winter season). For a flat yearly rate, it includes a fall/winter and spring/summer visit (which includes an A/C diagnostic/cleaning/tuneup/charge and safety inspection. With the seasonal package, you become a “Comfort Club Member” and receive additional discounts on any additional products/services you may need in the future. I decided to try this because we are first time homeowners and we are not yet familiar with some of the maintenance our home is going to require, nor do we currently have the spare time to figure it out while juggling our other home upgrade projects. I was very comfortable with the price, as it was relatively inexpensive (IMO) for the piece of mind we gained.For our first appointment, we were given a window between 1300-1600. I received a call around 1250 from Tyler notifying us that he was approximately 20 minutes out and verifying if it was a time that was convenient for us. Tyler was beyond professional and efficient during his time here. He took his time to answer several questions I had about our units in our house. I felt he was extremely knowledgeable and for the questions he was unable to answer, due to that not being his area of expertise, he was able to setup a consultation with another technician. I have my next appointment for a consultation to install a utility sink in my basement, and to see if there can be anything done about the bad water hammer we have, in a few weeks (at my convenience... they had appointments available much sooner).But as for my experience so far with Aspen and our technician today (Tyler)... I am incredibly satisfied and I will highly recommend to anyone searching for a reputable and local company to service any of their needs. I felt their prices were less than I had anticipated (though I am not familiar with how much these services normally cost, so use your own judgement) and their service was better than I could’ve asked for. The only other person I would trust with my home is my dad (HVAC licensed), but unfortunately he is a snowbird and is currently in Florida 😏 If you’re debating on which company to use, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Aspen One Hour installed our new furnace one year ago, this is the One-Year Checkup. The Service Technician was on time, polite, courteous, practiced social safety, worked diligently on the furnace, among everything else, cleaned the flame probe, tightened loose panels, verified that the furnace filter was clean, it was. I could not be more satisfied with the with the service provided by this technician, and with Aspen One Hour Heating and Cooling.

Here are the facts. You be the judge. I called Aspen on the morning our furnace would not light. No emergency, but I appreciated that the serviceman arrived the same day. Within five minutes of arriving, the polite young man informed me that we needed a new pressure switch and the repair would be $439.00. I was stunned and asked how it could possibly be that much (I know what a pressure switch is). He responded that he didnt set the prices. With cold coming, I had no choice but to ok the repair. He was in the house for a total of about 40 minutes. When he finished, I asked for the part and later looked it up on amazon. It retails for $39.00. So I paid Aspen at a rate of $400 per hour for perhaps the simplest repair one could imagine; taking out two screws and the faulty switch, placing the new switch in place and replacing the screws. I called after the gentlemen left and complained about the price, asking the woman who answered to relay my serious disappointment to the owner. Never heard a word back from anyone. And Ive never, in 68 years, been charged so much for so little, by any vendor, for anything. No excuse for this exploitation.

Found the problem very quickly and was up and running in a very short time. Very happy with Aspen !

He was able to get out here quickly and was able to get us an install appointment for Thursday which is amazing considering all of the calls they must be getting. So far I am very pleased, will update if needed come Friday after the unit is installed and had time to cool the house.
