This has got to be the WORST service Ive ever had at a Speedco. 3 bays for oil and lube, 2 bays for tire issues. I understand that its a busy location, so then Management, staff it properly!! I pulled in at @17:14, checked in and was put in front of a bay immediately. Fantastic, wonderful!!! I was also told that it may be a minute or so because there were other trucks in front of me. Understandable. I had a nail in my tire leaking air and it was noticeable. At 21:38 I was pulled into the bay. ATTENTION!! ATTENTION!! Car Haulers, Lowboys, RGNs, Movers, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET HIGH CENTERED and PAY ANOTHER $700 TO GET UNSTUCK. The city of Irving is doing construction and have created an unsafe entrance/exit for drivers. From the road its estimated at a 10% grade, go 10ft and then go up 15ft 15% sand packed driveway to the concrete. The reason I mention this is because after being here for a simply tire repair that took 5 1/2hrs, a car hauler got high centered. I forgot to mention that in the 5 1/2hrs of being there it poured several times and we all know what happens to sand/ dirt when it gets wet. Very positive attitude and great customer service by the staff, but the actual servicing of my trailer tire sucked royally!!! Management: I write very FEW negative surveys. The driveway situation is NOT against even though it sucks!! But from the time I was pulled in 21:38 to finish at 22:54 is acceptable. NOT 17:14 to 22:54. Dont worry, I wont be back to your location anytime soon!!! Good day!!!
Chris is rude. Also 4 hours estimated time to install 7 way 2 in one airlines that I just purchased from him. Hes obviously being petty. While in the store being service. I hear a guy with roadside needs call for help. Im asking prices of lines to get a better option, he puts roadside assistance customer in front of me. Even after I reminded him even before I came to the store I explained my situation and called Im advance. I saw a comment say they dont care about people, and based on his tone, his confrontational body language and this petty move to install my lines in 4 hours, putting me behind customers that call after me. Its petty and we dont have time for this stuff.My load is first come first serve. Im going to install them myself and figure it out. Btw Im a new driver so a little more understanding and better customer service. You wont find it here.
Talking to the Service Manager. Kenn- he is the worst employee ever to deal with. I thought he would communicate differently, as the Manager but heck no. He got no professional skills whatsoever. Very rude and told me I could do whatever after asking him about a price difference having brought in my own Oil Filter.Instead he wanted to charge me $300 more on the quoted price. I’m previously a dispatcher for a local trucking company. Do not send your truck here if you can avoid it. This location is derelict under new management. The general manager Chris Brown is rude to employees and drivers, he has made discriminatory comments towards multiple mechanics and technicians. Most of their experienced technicians have quit recently and seems the store is struggling to backfill positions with the labor shortage. You can expect to wait anywhere from a few hours to the entire day to get service done. Speedco/Loves executives, pay more attention to this store and management.
The first time I did an oil change in this place, the estimated time was expected but the quality of the work was the problem, when leaving the workshop the truck turned off and the problem was that the diesel filter was not properly adjusted, I lost more For an hour waiting to look for the problem, the good thing that the manager came out and sent a mechanic to check and confirm that it was a bad adjustment in the diesel filter. I hope they improve the quality of their service because if it had happened outside the premises it would have cost me more to request a road service.
Always to busy amd not enough staff ! I always have to wait at least 2 hours so i have chosen to take my business elsewhere!Went there today and they didnt even know if they could get to it due to time constraints of closing on time!

Went in for clearance light work and a few lights replacements. They did the clearance lights ok, recommended turn signals to be replaced and a clearance light, charge me for them and did not replace them. Oh here is the worst part, when I said something about it they replaced the turn signal lights with regular clear lights instead of the amber lights. Who does that.....poor customer service and bad experience in general.....the techs need more training just to say the least.
Call 45 and min before closing. Ask can I come in to get a oil change. Even though they where about to close....they change my oil n gave me the best service.
At times the service is quick and others is slow. Annual Inspection paperwork had 3 wrong issues involving wrong VIN#, wrong Truck# and wrong License plate#. Great prices and nice employees

Garbage. Checked in, was told to get in line at a certain bay. 3.5 hrs later, was told that the guy who does the DOT inspections had left, and that I was S.O.L.

I dont know why they call it Speedco? 3 hours so far and still not done. If you arrive here and there are trucks in bay then be prepared to be here 4-6 hours.

BUYER BEWARE -They will overcharge you and dont care. I was there for a DOT inspection and also asked them to install a headlight assembly that I ALREADY had plus 2 foglight assemblies. AGAIN, these were parts I already had with me. Well, the guy was training a young man. He and the trainee were really nice in assisting me, the trainer found 4 screws to attach the fog lights in corner bumpers (didnt even have to plug up fog lights as I had new harness back home) -took them less than 15 mins. They did the quick inspection and services were finished within 30 mins of me being directed into bay.15 mins later, Im given a bill for 1.5 hours of labor for $179.99 + $11.50 shop materials + $1 training + $49 inspection. Figured it was an error and asked to speak to manager/trainer or whoever wrote this nonsense up.Keep in mind, I ALWAYS use Loves and Speedco - Ive actually been to THIS particular location before and they were fair, honest and took care of the repairs properly. But THIS time, they were outrageous! $180+ for FIFTEEN MINUTES of labor - I was expecting an half hour of labor for just turning a screwdriver, but not THIS. Not even upset about shop materials. But their logic of half an hour for each light assembly is beyond absurd. Then they try to convince me if I went to Volvo they would charge me more. I KNOW how much labor costs and I KNOW when Ive been taken advantage of.As I cussed and put my card in to pay, the computer froze - it even realized that this was some b#$@* and it wasnt right.BEST BELIEVE I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION. I normally tip the service techs and mechanics to show my appreciation, but not this time - GENERAL MANAGER LORENZO VASQUEZ is trying to reach his monthly quota by taking advantage of owner operators.Now I see why they nobody was there. Very slow. It took 2 hrs to get oil changed. Oil would not pump so they worked on other stuff instead. I had to suggest getting oil off the shelf so they could finish and get me out.
Been here 3 hrs for a tire plug still waiting no one is in the bay. Dont come here
Brandon did a great job!!! His customer service was absolutely fantastic!On the other hand the Ladies restroom was a cesspool. It looked as though it hadnt been cleaned in months. Men had obviously used it as well. Covid-19 sanitary.... LOL.

I came here at 9PM on thursday I was the only truck here .I needed my transmission oil topped off due to small leak.they said they didnt know how to charge me for a top off but could do a oil change and charge me 140 $ so I okd the change.Thats when a different tech showed up from lunch and said he knew how to charge me for top off.This is a computer check out system they use to charge the customer for their service.. So they topped off the transmission. The charge for the service was $16. These guys may have an issue with operating their computer check out but they are really nice guys .They were willing to help me anyway they could and that is what will bring me back to this location in the future . Thanks guys .
Never ever ever will I come back to this place . They are so slow and lazy . There was nobody . Walked in at 2:30 left at 4:30 . For f... oil change . They fiddle with the filters for 30 min not having the right tools. Then talking and playing with each other . 3 times had to tell them to put the right oil . Just Horrible place . Save your time and go someware else .

Well.....They were nice! I couldnt get the truck and trailer greased because they had only 1 grease gun, and it didnt work. Also, they were reluctant to put air in the tires. They did not have the fuel filters for a carrier a.p.u, so I had to go to the other location on the south side of Dallas to get finished what was missed.
Took my 2014 freightlighner cascadia to to off my transmition and was over charged put about one can of oil and was charged 18 pints. worse service and ripoffs😡😡😡
I called them before I came here I asked them you guys change Def filter they said Yess They change it I asked them again if you change def filter Im gonna be there after 1 hour guess what Im here right now and they say there is no def filter 😳 its annoying and horrible I dont know why they are lying and wasting time to the people

The staff was courteous and transparent with servicing my truck. The customer service was remarkable although it was not my issue the service attendant handle a uncomfortable customer with respect and understanding, she took the initiative to have managerSpeak to the client, the manager listened without interrupting and provided a resolution the customer was comfortable with. I will go back for another PM at this location.
Came in for some PM. Told them I had an oil leak and to check it before they started any kind of service. They never checked the oil leak (already changed the oil, filter and fuel filter) until asked about it and said it was leaking from an area where it wasn’t. Then a few days later my truck shuts off in my parking lot and now I can’t get it to stay on longer than 10 minutes.
Beware this Speedco location. I blew a trailer tire at 5:00 AM and limped the trailer into this location because it was supposed to open at 6AM. The manager showed up at 7:30 AM to open the store. On top of him being extremely late, he just laughed it off and said better late than never. No apology or any ownership of his irresponsibility. When asked why he was so late, he said he just didnt feel like getting up. Then to top that off, they tried to tell my company that I had ran over something and bent the wheel and that they needed to purchase a new wheel. I have included photos of the wheel and it is not bent. This is not only poor management but dishonesty. The last thing this place cares about is the driver and the company.
Speedy service. The diagnosing my service was explained to me as well as at the end of service everything was printed off and detail given to me along with my reciept. Meta most nicest people theyre in the service department as well as in the mechanic Department. These guys are definitely going to be my all-time maintenance shop.

We are required to have Quarterly Inspections, which I bring to this location. Today, I needed a PM oil and filter change and a DPF Filter. I cannot say enough good things about Michael, Brandon, Phillip and Alicia. All other Speedcos should adopt this locations courtesy and professionalism. Their tire guy leaves at 3 & no 2nd shift tire work done. They cant do Texas inspection due to no one being qualified to do it. They need someone certified to do tires they say, along with an inspector for Texas. & they have a loves truck for tire repair that they cant use after 3 due to that as well & havent hired anyone yet.
Bought a pair of centramatics had them installed free Mr Brandon hooked it up

The have always been very pleasant and make your visit a good one. Today I was pretty much in and out. I went in for a PM. They got to work and got it done and I was back on the road in no time at all.

Called and asked for steer tires and a 3 axle alignment. Told them Ill be there in an hour or so. Got there and they only had 1 of the tires. They went and got the other. 4 hours later they said they cant do the alignment,then asked how I was paying for the tires. Needless to say I wasted 4 hours of my day and got nothing done. WILL NOT BE BACK.

I was having issues with my Qualcomm and was asked to stop by and have them take a look.I waited over 2 hrs for the Qualcomm tech to return from a road call, then finally got my Qualcomm unit diagnosed and they dont have the part in stock. It wasnt an unusual part that needed replaced, it was an antenna. Some one had used the last one and hadnt reported it so it could be replaced in their inventory. Wasted all that time!! Not impressed!!
Since I had the oil changed on my big rig done here the check engine light and low oil pressure light comes on every day. I usually have my go to guys for service but needed an oil change in a pinch. Will not come here again, ever.
Really great service, its does take a while so make sure you have a few hours to spare, but they do a great job and makes trucks happy.

Nice people but 20 miles down the road and my engine is GUSHING oil all over my truck and trailer! Its basicly pooling everywhere I stop. Now waiting on yhe side of the road for techs to come out so I will now miss my delivery window which is still 400 miles away. I wonder who is going to pay my $250 late fee.

..I am writing my experience. It is not Texas standard shop at all. Unlimited workers doing nothing let me wait hopelessly. I have been waiting for more than 55 min. I am still there and decided to turn OFF my engine & write a review my bad experience at this location.I dont know how long it is going to take but I am sure they make my day ugly. Cuz The load with me is going To NJ about 1550 miles to go. I see now before I even finish my comments people bucking and leaving because nobody give them attention. The first 30 min I was guessing they are in lunch break.But not.JUST DONT GO THERE UNLESS YOU ARE OFF DUTY AND HAVE RELAXED ENOUGH TIME

Drivers watch out for this Speedco it has bad management, I was given a quote $2200.00 by the mechanic Hector to fix my manifold. I took my truck to this place on Monday July 22, 2019, my truck is under warranty with Premium 2000, the mechanic Hector promised me he would have my truck fixed in two days. I told Hector I really needed my truck fixed cause Im getting married on August 17th 2019. I also gave Hector the estimate form I got from Kenworth of the part & price of the manifold it was $1504.00 at the Kenworth dealership.Hector left work Wednesday evening & told me he sent in the estimate to Premium 2000, he did not tell me he was going to be off of work July 25 - 29th 2019. The whole time he was off of work the front desk clerks and the other mechanics was calling him trying to contact him to find out what he did with the paperwork for my truck & he didnt answer. I called Speedco the whole time Hector was off of work & there was nothing nobody could do. Again I called Speedco on Monday 29th 2019 & I finally talked to the me mechanic Hector. He told me that he been talking to my warranty company Premium 2000 & they havent given an approval. The next day I called back & they gave the phone to Mark the manager, Mark told me the warranty company approved $2650.00 & my truck had been sitting cause the warranty company wouldnt pay the full amount to fix my truck & the dealer part was $2200.00 & the cost of my truck would be $3700.00 total & I told Mark thats not rite. Immediately when I got off the phone with the manager Mark, I called my warranty company Premium 2000, they told me they never heard from Speedco until today on July 30th 2019, they said the estimate had just came inn through a email. And they never gave an approval of $2650.00 to Speedco. All this time I waisted being off of work this company been telling lies to me & thank you so much Speedco for ruining me & my fiance wedding, you destroyed everything that we worked so hard for, we just wanted to have a good wedding.$ mookie $
PM mechanics are good, work deligently and in time but now repairs!!!! Thieves of all thieves, they play around and bill you all their time and whats more? The Machine they use to repair, they bill you its time too!So i walk in to repair Freon leak, I bought the Receiver Dryer and Expansion Valve from a shop so all they were to charge me was labourThe BILL CAME UP TO A FREAKING $425RUN! RUN!
