Got my breaks done two weeks ago. Went on vacation and they stayed squeaking like they werent ever changed. The sound the same as they did. They ordered the brakes, put them on for a great price, v time efficient but not a good brake job. Lets see if theyll charge me to fix it.

My car stopped working after the recent winter storm here in Texas. So I had my car towed to a different nearby mechanic (I won’t name names) and they wanted to charge me $599 for a new alternator. So, before agreeing to pay that much money, I called my dad and asked him if that was fair. He said to hold on and let him call a place he trust. That place is Rami’s. Ramis auto towed my car to their shop and assessed it and found out that it was just the battery that needed to be charged. So not only did this place save me hundreds of dollars, they’re seriously amazing and I can honestly say that I really trust them. They even kept my car overnight to recheck it in the morning just to make sure that everything really was alright and it was just the battery. On top of that they didn’t charge me CLOSE to what that other mechanic was charging. I’m a customer of Ramis auto for life now. There’s a reason why their parking lot was full with customers :)

Ive been going to this place for about 6 months until 3 weeks ago. I went in for an oil change and all of a sudden my car is now acting different. I start to hear clacking and clicking noises. I take my car to another mechanic and come to find out there was NO OIL IN MY CAR!! There was no leak whatsoever so this place never CHANGED MY OIL!! I will NEVER come here again. I almost had to get a new motor or car.

Not professional at all. already discussed with them for an oil change which i always do for 40 straight cash and even discussed the price before oil change after doing that other person comes and tells me its 45 and the person who told me 40 is new employee. this is not what you say to your regular customer who comes to do oil change everytime over here for 40. boss was not here and the other guy is so rude he is directly discussing with me rather than calling the boss and asking him.

I went in for a simple tire plug due to having a nail in my tire. Most establishment charge no more than $5 for this quick fix, which is what I had paid previously at THIS establishment. When finished, I asked for the cost and was told $10🤯 I asked when did the price increase, as I only came prepared with $5 cash. The tech pretended not to understand. So, I told hin I had $6. He says, okay fine. This led me to believe that he was up charging me, I am uncertain as to why🤷🏾‍♀️...because I am a woman? Because it was 100°+ outside? I am not sure. However, they need to have a firm price, and stick to it. I will NOT be back, and I will NOT refer anyone to do business here.

If I could give 0 star, I would have given them. Dont stand on their words. And employees are rude, doesnt know how to treat their customers. If you can, just choose another autoshop for your car.

One of the best places in Irving for engine oil change, repairs of your car and tyre works. The guys there are super friendly and helpful. This place is relatively cheap as well!

A better place to fix your car...and the price is moderate

Yes you save some money but is it worth risking your life? If yes then go to this place but if not then spend some more money and find a reliable place. I went to there to replace my brake master booster. Owner handed the over the job to a rookie who seem to not know what to do. Completed the job without bench bleeding. Fixed one problem but later created another bigger problem with brake: brake stay pushed in while driving which messed up all four rotor and brake pads in shortly. Most importantly created a huge risk of stopping in the middle while driving! Took car back addressing the issue. They said nothing is wrong with brake. At the end after few weeks while driving in highway in 70 mph car brake started acting weird and yes...the car steered onto the side concrete divider of the highway. The accident did not kill me but left me bad bruises in many parts of my body. Car which I bought 1.5 months ago for $3000, now is not selling for more than $350. So its your choice!

One of the worst cheater auto repair. Every time you fix some thing the other day same thing you have to repair again. They don’t want to even give u the real receipt

The service is good, fast with little wait, the owner very pending and friendly also the tire assistant, good worker and effective person but ... the mechanic leaves a lot to think about it is certainly remarkable that he is not interested in anything, very poor customer service and very Little interest in helping and doing a clean and effective job. clearly the mechanics bad attitude which plays an important role in this kind of business, is the problem here. ( i’ve come a couple time already)

Okay so tell me why this is okay...Also you didn’t let a person know that you messed up their car?Then they go back for a oil change...And now their motor is blownAnd you take no responsibility for your actions...When someone does not know about their car...And goes back for a oil change and you tell them that they don’t need a oil change “ because you messed something up before “

This was the best experience I have ever had with an automotive shop. Friendly prompt service and if I needed a ride to and from his shop, or to pick up a part they gave me a ride and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely reccomend his service.

November 2017Got my oil changed and they did a great job. Way cheaper than Firestone and QuikLube. Also they did it in like 5 to 10 minutes. Very nice people. I have dealt with them nearly three years and I am not regretting it. I recommended them to my brother and he also brings his car here. I will continue to work with them. They have saved me thousands f dollars worth of dealing with BMW dealer. Not an easy one to deal with. It is true that I come here as an Emergency basis and honest to God, they respond fairly quickly every time. A+ service and extremely fair.

They dont care you though you were waiting for someone’s assistance in the lobby or in the office. You need to keep following them to make them respond to you. But I can say they had a nice working team and really had a reasonable price for any kinda repair or oil change.

They do not respect your time and they charge different amount for the same job at different times. They can be a bit expensive depending on the task. If they mess up and take more time to do the job they put it on your tab. Some of the guys are arrogant and can be racist, and some nice. Shady people!

They never pick up the phone. I was never told that damage was done to my car till I went to pick it up for another issue -they still haven’t fixed it a week later. Waste of time I’ve never had a place take this long to fix something. Go to a place that has people that actually answer when you call.

Went there for an oil change twice and recently discovered that they never changed the oil filter. 10,000 miles on one filter. I asked the head mechanic if he changed the filter and he said yes. These people lie, don’t go here

I asked for an itemized receipt of the work done on my car. This insulted them and they started getting loud and agressive to the point that I simply said ok and I left. I have not been back and I dont plan to.

They did my oil change and later found that there is a oil leak... I took it to one of the auto repair shop to check ...they said the problem is in last oil change. Drain plug and oil filter is not fixed properly and advised me to take it to same place to fix it for free ... I took my car to Ramis Lube and their response is very bad ... They are not trusted people .. I will not go here again ...

State inspection no pass but still have to pay. I can count mutiple locations that arent near in irving that have no hassle for it. And how would you not have a person working there already know how to work the machine...having a wait time of 30 minutes to 1 hour for someone who does know is just outrageous.
