Im not going to tell yall to take your car here or not, Im just going to tell yall about my very bad experience with this workshop. I took my truck with an exhaust system problem, it turns out that the owner told me that I had to buy the original part that cost $ 1500 + labor I paid him all the money and it turns out that when he gave me the truck I discovered that he put a part that It is not the original, I found that the piece only cost $ 600. I called the police to the workshop but they could not do anything because it is a civil case, I went to my lawyer to file a lawsuit but the lawyer told me that there is no signed contract so the case would be more complicated. I decided not to sue but I lost my money or in other words my money was stolen.Be careful.

I don’t recommend this place or Blend Air which is in the same building. They installed a new ac compressor along with all new parts. I spent $800 with them only to get a rear hose coolant leak on the way to Destin. Luckily I was able to put the hose on right. They acknowledged that they had been working on the rear ac and they had moved a coolant line to get room but didn’t put it back on right. They gave me $80 to cover the interior detail. My Navigator smelled like coolant and was sticky. Also they had my truck for about 2 weeks in and out because the AC was never cold. FYI I had purchased the AC compressor from Blend Air and they are China cheap made. My AC compressor lasted exactly 13 months. I went back to them and they weren’t trying to even talk to me. Ali would dodge me. So they finally check my truck and confirm the compressor went bad. They saw my receipt and that I was out of 12 month warranty period. I had paid $190 for compressor and expansion valves. The expansion valves didn’t fit. I had to order from dealer. They wanted me to pay cost price for the compressor $150. But then Ali was saying to install and labor was $450. I hear him say $450 to a lot of things. Seems to be his favorite number. Since they didn’t even offer to cover some labor cost, I chose to go buy a kit at AutoZone with lifetime warranty as long as a legit shop installs. While I dealt with the shop I would see many customers waiting weeks for repairs. Also when I spoke with mike the owner of blend air and confronted him about his business practice he was more interested in finding a receipt. I showed him my digital receipt and he was still wanting the paper copy. Even though he uses a POS that sends email receipts lol. When I asked him if he changes out his AC compressor every 13 months he said no, so I asked him why does he feel like his customers need to?? His response was that he replaces his Beamer or Benz every year so he doesn’t have to worry about that. Once he said that then I knew what type of individual he is. Believe me you don’t want the headache. Go to Abbas Auto & Body shop down the street instead.

I took.my dodge truck for evap leak and thermostat problem. Did not fix either problem but cost me 690.00 and told to bring back if I still have a problem . Well whatever they did they didnt connect my ac lines and a few other things and I had to take elsewhere to find out what is wrong. Was told by other mechanic it was sloppy work or they were in a hurry and didnt pay attention .

I came on here because I lost their phone number having switched phones and moved out of the area. When I read the reviews, there was a very negative one saying the positive ones were probably written by family or friends. I am leaving my review because I found them to be one of the MOST HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY mechanics I have ever had go to. As a single mom with a disability on a fixed income, these guys are VERY THOROUGH, tell you like it is and recommend the least expensive solution. The first time visit, the owner drove my vehicle for just a couple miles and got me through emissions with a cheap (free) fix until I could afford the repairs. That was a 22 yr old car. I have since replaced that vehicle but my point is that these guys genuinely care. I have found all of them to be exemplary in their service. Glad I found their site as I need an oil change and they are worth traveling to. Hard to find good and honest mechanics, they dont make the cars that need repairs, they just keep them safe and on the road at, (in my opinion), more than a fair price. I am not family but they have become trusted friends because they treated me like family with sincere compassion and kept my family safe when I needed it most. Have recommended many people to them over the last few years.

Took my truck to get air conditioner fixed paid $625 it was only blowing hot no other issues till taking it up there now it makes a really bad sound like the compressor they put on it is bad and they won’t fix it so I’m out my money DO NOT GO HERE. They refuse to honor the warranty for labor and warranty on the part. I am taking them to court. Mike, Ollie, and Joe also were very rude when all we wanted was for them to fix our A/C that they messed up.

The shop owner is very knowledgeable. He drove my car for less then a minute and told me what was wrong with it, then showed me why. When I asked him the prices for the parts he immediately called and I heard from the shop what they charge. When he took my car in I got it the same day. He was able to work on my Jaguar and my Kia. I will always recommend this place first.

They have never tried to up charge me, and always tell me the best options for my car. If I have something that is starting to look old, he tells me how long until I have to get it done.I have an old 2000 Taurus, and used to bring my 1999 Taurus to them too. Always great service!
