(Disclaimer: This is my opinion based on my experience with Umer and Allstate)I had 3 houses and 2 cars insured by Umer (Allstate). I had been with them for years. In the beginning, he was great. Now he is never in the office when I call or visit in person. His staff changes so often that you can’t ever talk to the same person or develop a working relationship. He is great at selling but sucks at maintaining customer service. At one point, he had a great assistant named Joy. She was awesome but is no longer working there. Then, when I finally canceled all of my policies with him, I found out that I had not been insured on one of my cars for about 6 months! All along I thought I was “in good hands” but that was not true. As my agent, he should have had my back. He knew that all of my properties/cars were with him (Allstate), so when he noticed something odd he should have called me about it. What if I had gotten into a car accident?! I would not have been covered. Even to this day he has not returned my calls. I have called Allstate Customer Service and they are also difficult to deal with, but they are better than Umer.Umer, you should pay attention to your customers and not to your other business! Allstate, your commercial is a fake; I was not in good hands. I know that you guys are a billion dollar company so my business does not really matter to yall, but if I can warn future customers so that they don’t have to go through what I did then I feel vindicated by writing this review.

All the time i call to this office i get great service and friendly people, The agent Umer Usman has explain all my coverage and plans to to a way that i understand it. witch i appreciate greatly. Not only are they friendly and kind to me they always return my calls and e mail me any changes right away. I hope there where more agent like this one witch make buying insurance easy.

I work at one of the offices under Mr. Usman. I can truly say I enjoy working for Allstate and helping customers get the lowest insurance possible. I love coming into work and helping customers with whatever they need. Working for Mr. Usman I have learned how to build a relationship with our customers. My coworkers and I will do whatever we need to do to try and get you the lowest insurance and save you as much money as we can. So come by our office we are ready to help you start saving money and place you in good hands.

I was treated more like a friend than a customer. Never pressured, It is from loyalty to someone who allowed me to benefit from a discounted rate although he was not obligated to do so. That is the kind of business relationship I am looking for and the kind of person I can respect.

Bait and switch operation. Owner gives himself a five star rating below. Stay away at all costs. Not worth the headache.

Service was great when I signed up. Now I have an issue on a recent claim and I cant get anyone at the agency except Umer to help. Hes too busy to call back and has not responded to an email. Allstate says that the information I require needs to come from the agent. So Im probably going to shop for another agent

We started working with this company in the last month, MR Umar, Usman had a discussion with us while saying that we have to take care of the call center for the firm All State Insurance. We agreed on this and we hired 5 people. We worked for Umar Financials/all state insurance for about 2 weeks.And then they stopped the whole project, we did hire 5 resources for the whole month, thats why we have to hire the whole team for the whole month. When we requested for the salary of 2 weeks, which they worked we were not given even a single penny for the services we offered.In total we are at a loss of about $2000 because of this. For all the people who are reading this comment they should take this as an experience and do not work with them in regards to call center outsourcing.

I requested a change in my policy, and they have been taking forever, I have tried to communicate with them so many times but I am feeling like I have not been taken seriously and being ignored. Because they didnt work on what I requested, I am paying for two quotes.

Worst insurance agent ever! If youre in good hands with Allstate then this is the no hands amputee office. Ive had my policy sent to cancelation 3 times in the last 3 years because of clerical errors from this office.

I do not recommend it at all. Read the entire report to find out how this agency works.The worst service you can find in terms of home and / or car insurance. It is not possible that these types of agencies exist. They offer you accessible prices for after two months to make an adjustment where they increase the cost but not only that, they make you charge from the first month they gave you coverage, no agency makes it retroactive but they do, it is very unpleasant that they do not have respect or professionalism in your agency.When you call to speak with your agent, it turns out that he is not there nor does he return the call, after so many messages and days of waiting to clarify the changes and adjustments in the policy, it turns out that the person no longer works in the agency, really ?Finally, someone takes your issue and they send you to collection because according to this even though you canceled the policy two weeks after the adjustment and even though you have paid the full month and expect a refund for not covering the entire month, boom, the aguste goes against you. First time in my life that canceling a policy in the middle of the month, it does not cover the total payment already collected. Pickpockets.
