Got the liability month to month plan & they said I can cancel anytime and there was no cancel fee. I got laid off to covid-19 call them and told them to cancel lady didnt want me to cancel that I couldnt or that they can go ahead and help me out I said no I want to cancel so I thought it was cancelled after that call turns out well I have the bill $297 for two months they are not human excuse that they help me out but thats not helping out especially if I canceled
I do not like the fact I cannot or could not speak personally with someone to solve my issues.I was told I would be able to do that.Yet you daily the number given and eventually it hangs up.Instead or transferring you speak to someone.Very disappointed ☹️

One of the worst companies to try to do business with in the United States. Took over 2 months to get an answer on a claim. Not a resolution, just a denial on a very cut and dry claim. Avoid this company and tell all of your friends, neighbors, loved ones and casual acquaintances.

Complete and utter garbage. If I could give this pos company negative stars I would. If you want an insurance company who will actually do their job? Stay away from these crooks.
