I received a mailer in the mail. I will say that I was a bit skeptical. Typically suck you in with a low rate on the mailer. I do realize that there are several variables that depend on what the rate would be. I spoke with Lane this morning. Professional, provided the time and commitment to help me with my questions. Although my car insurance was a little higher, my homeowners was very reasonable. I did not feel any pressure. Everything was professional. I am very pleased with the quote and the entire experience of receiving the quote.

I asked for my auto insurance to not be renewed 2 months ago because the rate skyrocketed even though nobody is driving and we had no claims. I emailed the request so there would be a paper trail and thank goodness I did. I followed up yesterday to make sure it hadnt and wouldnt renew and was told it would not. Today, they took out 6 months worth of premiums after they said they wouldnt YESTERDAY. When I emailed Serena to fix the error, she responded that it was my fault because I didnt ask to not renew in writing. I provided the original email back to her and we will see just how unethical this company is. COMUNICATE IN WRITING AND KEEP YOUR DOCUMENATAION WITH THESE PEOPLE!

For the most part, I have been happy with this agency. They are generally pretty courteous at meeting my requests. My issues lie with Allstate Insurance itself and its raising rates continuously. I work in the insurance defense legal field, and I understand that the more claims that are placed by all, causes every ones rates to increase, but give the good drivers some kind of reward.

All state has been my insurance agency for several years. They are easy to reach. Always help me filling my claims. Best customer service. They don’t stop helping me until I am completely satisfied with the service. I recommend them to everyone 😊

I responded to a mailer about a policy for my home. I dealt with Amelia, who identified herself as an agent. This is classic bait and switch. Do not respond or give this business your information! My wife and I received four notices about Allstate credit inquiries, which were not discussed or authorized. The actual quote was 40% higher and included discount for auto bundling. I asked for but was not provided with a quote without bundling and was not provided with a quote I could compare directly with my current policy. This is despicable. I’m embarrassed that I fell for it, assuming that this business had some ethical compass.

I got two or more letters from Wes Norwood from Allstate quoting me a policy for two of my rental units for under $500/year. I e-mailed him and asked him to raise the coverage a little. The quote came back more than double. They offered a lower price if I gave them my home and auto but I dont recall seeing that in the original quote, nor was it close to the original quote if I did.They told me everything was DP3 coverage, the higher coverage model but never could explain why the quotes were so far off and why the quotes said coverages that are in DP3 like theft and vandalism were not included in the quote. They kept wanting to talk rather than explain in writing. I like a written paper trail to avoid a later, he said, she said scenario, when I think something is covered and they dont want to cover it.In addition, they seemed to apply a tag team approach where Wes would start the conversation, then without any discussion, his son Lane would take over. Unfortunately, Lane didnt seem to know what I had asked Wes to do. Then he went on vacation and didnt respond to e-mails for ten days. Eventually Wes reached out to me again.I could be wrong but it started to feel like a low ball, bait and switch, to me and a reluctance to put much in writing. I asked them to cease and desist as I lost all trust and confidence in them.

Worst Aganecy to deal with. Even the worst Insurance company to deal with. Truly dishonest reps working here including Norwood himself. They will lie to you to make a quick buck and have nothing to prove there actions with and will refuse to prove themselves when they know theyve screwed someone over. This goes to Rio and Norwood. This is by far the worst agency I have ever delt with. Even the employees that worked here have claimed that this aganecy is a scam.

I have been a customer for several years. Recently decided to rent out my apartment and asked for an updated quote based on the fact that I will not need any insurance on personal property, guest liability etc. etc, the response I receive is that there is NO price difference, which is just not possible since they are responsible for lesser services.The agency is run by cheats and they make sure to suck as much as they can from gullible customers who rely on them for an affordable insurance based on truths and facts and do not have time to look in detail their insurance premiums.I advice NOT to choose this agency at any cost
