I love Atlas Insurance! I have used them for a while now and I am grateful for their great customer service! Dayna took great care of me!

Dayna is amazing. She worked hard to get me the best rate possible. We have been using Atlas for years but working with Dayna today was my best experience yet.

Horrible experience. Unprofessional. Asked to send photos of vehicle, so we did, then canceled policy saying they no longer accept photos from owners. Charged fee to reinstate policy and a month payment ahead of schedule. I think this place is a scam. Will be looking for other insurance company. They never answer their phone either, so when it comes down to needing to communicate with them they are in available. 😤

This is rediclous Im a parent of 3 kids. I have a hair appointment at 12pm. I arrived at this place at 9:45. Im a bit early. The company business hours states Saturday hours opens from 10am 5pm. If I knew the employee going to arrive this late. I would of made my payment on Friday. 1 reason I didnt I had so many errons to run when I got off from work. Im a nurse so I dont get off til 5 pm sometimes 7pm. This location needs to inform their employees to arrive on time. People do have other places to be and things to take care. I been sitting here since 10:30. Still havent anyone showed up. So I left just to get back home to get my daughter ready and flat iron her hair before arriving to our hair appointment. Very piss!

Only giving this place one star so I write a review. This place is a rip-off. Canceled my daughters insurance for non payment after like 2 months for non payment when we had this set up for auto draft. When I called them about it I dot two different stories from the staff and an attitude. Thumbs down!

I give it a star for q for two days that it passes the payment they charge you 10 additional supposed but when I saw the remainder 35 dollars of others and if you pay in cash they charge you they charge you 5 dollars if you pay with a card they charge 7 that is theft I think. That is not true taste
