I did my own shopping around and found this location to have the best prices as well as service. They even gave me a discount to start.And then, 2 weeks later they kept calling saying Im late on payments. I asked why if my month wasnt up. Well came to find out first month you pay 2x and then pay again on the 28th of each month. So you pay an instalment of 160 something and then 65 2 weeks later and then 65 there after.Called several times to get an explanation why i wasnt told just to be talked back rudely and impatiently. Since they already got my money why bother being friendly. All of the people I talked to said i should have been told but I also had to read what I signed.Well wise words. Never again. Thanks for the life lesson. Would give -5 stars but google is kind to give 1 star only.

On Saturday the 23rd I was rear ended at the stop light on Beltline and Pioneer. I was a little shocked when it happened, so unexpected. Who ever the man was that took a moment out of his day to speak to me and help me get thru a few moments....GOD BLESS You. When I called the police they said they had another person call in as a witness. If it was same person or another...I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your help. Thank you again!

On August 31 I had opened a policy with the company. I had set everything up over the phone but was not able to email the documents back to the person who I had set up the policy with. I asked if there would be a problem if I just take the papers into the office. She said no so I drove to the office on belt line in Irving. At this time I did advise that there is a lien holder on my car and will need to be added to policy. She said ok her friend came and took pics of the car and I left. I was told 2-3 business days before the lien holder would be added. Ok a few days later the owners called and stated that my car is not covered and could be placed on the repo list f not done. I called the office and spoke with the same person who I turned the papers into and advised that this needs to be done or my car would be repo. She assured me 2-3 business days. Ok a week goes by and I was called again by the owners of the car and again my car is not covered. I called again spoke with the same person advised them I have called many times to get this done she assured me 2-3 business days and she would make sure of it. Well obviously not because on Oct 1st my car was gone. The reason why for no insurance to property. I called the dealership and explained the situation and they advised by contract if the lien holder is not added they can repo. So I called the insurance company and explained the situation to them and they were able to add it immediately to my policy. But they advised me that my insurance is missing a lot of information and now I have multiple surcharges. Also they have not received a picture of the car and also some other information. After speaking with the insurance company I am finding out that also due to the agent not sending all the information my insurance almost got voided and then the information was sent later. I had to spend 400$ on a repo that I had no reason to pay if the agent had added the information to the policy. Or if she couldnt do it she could have just advised me to call the insurance company. I have spent multiple and I mean multiple attempts to speak with a general manager and I kept getting the They will call you back. From Oct 2 when I had first asked for a general manager. Oct 4 when I went to the office and was told that they were in training. Called again and again and apparently there is no supervisor or manager for this company.

The telephone service is dismal .. They are in a hurry. They have no patience. That way they dont convince the client to sign a contract with you. I dont recommend them.
