It doesnt matter what time you call or go into the office, you will wait forever! Once you finally get someone on the phone, they are rude-very poor customer service. Ive been in the office waiting to make a payment and one of the reps was bad mouthing a customer whom didnt speak Spanish to understand what they were saying.
