I have been working with Jerry for years now. He is always helpful and professional. He always gets the best rates for my insurance needs.

Dealing with insurance can be frustrating (car is in the shop, need a loaner car, cant find the insurance card). A real person answers the phone when I call and fixes the issue quickly and with much patience.

I cant say enough about the integrity of this group. There was an oversight made on my policy and they stepped up and took responsibility and made it right at their own expense. They are always fast to respond and complete professionals. Highly recommend working with Jerry.

I’ve used Total Coverage since I found them a couple of years ago when I went through Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University. I knew having been endorsed by Dave Ramsey they had to be good and they’ve done an excellent job for me. Jerry( the son, LOL) took over my account this year and he’s been responsive and has really helped to get me a competitive rate for home and car insurance. I felt he had my best interest at heart and I was pleased with the coverage he found me. I have friends that sell insurance but when you have a good thing why leave!! If you want a company that will work for you and get you the coverage you need and at a good fair price call them!!
