No one is willing to help you here.They are quick to sell whatever policy without explanation and once you are locked that’s it!They really don’t care about helping clients here,so if you have an issue might as well call State Farm directly not this agent.I cancelled my renters insurance and they were still charging me for almost a whole year.When I found out,I went to them and they asked me to provide proof that I had policy with another company during that time,which of course I did but after that they refused to refund me.I guess the reason for asking for proof was because they thought I had no coverage!Not right!

I recently had some billing questions in regard to my old car which I sold, and the newer car I just purchased last week...I called my local State Farm office and spoke with Erica, who was knowledgeable, courteous and very patiently answered all of my questions! I had recently purchased a car and decided to add it to an existing policy of my boyfriend. We were quoted one price while at the dealership with a warning that the price could increase. When the bill came, I was floored with the price increase, despite the warning. Nearly $100 more per month than what so was quoted and paid in order to drive my car off the lot the previous month. Concerned, I reached out directly to Mr Howards office and left a message. After a week of not hearing anything back, I called the toll free customer service line. The agent that helped me wasnt able to give me any information as to why my increase was so drastic and assured me that I would receive a call directly from Mr Howard. I still didnt hear anything back and decided to keep the policy in place in order to keep both our cars on one policy listing each of us as drivers.Unfortunately, my relationship ended and upon moving out, I knew I needed to cut some costs. Again I called Mr Howards office directly and once again, did not hear anything back. I started price comparison shopping and found a similar policy through Progressive for about $80 less.I called Mr Howards office, yet again, and spoke with a lady there. I tried to question my price increase before I told her to cancel but she couldnt help me and told me someone would call me. Frustrated by the situation, I told her that I didnt want to wait for a call and I wanted to cancel. I asked her how much I would owe to terminate the policy and she put another women on the phone. I cant remember her name but she was less than professional, speaking over me with a horrible attitude. She wasnt listening to my concerns and my fear that removing my car from the policy would impact the coverage for my ex.Finally, in frustration, I ended the call abrubtly. I informed my ex to contact them to make sure he wasnt cancelled as well.I still do not know how much I owe since I cancelled. Nobody has reached out to me. I have yet to hear from the ever elusive Mr Howard.Very unprofessional service all the way around from State Farm. I am gladly spending my money elsewhere.

NO REFUND AFTER TRANSACTING FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR A YEAR? cancelled a policy in 2018, they never documented it and the employee I was dealing with no longer works there anymore.They asked for proof that I had policy with another company and I provided that information.There are very sweet and helpful when they are trying to get to to sign up and when you are paying for insurance but wait until you have a problem that requires then to refund. Super rude, unprofessional, unhelpful you name it.The lady laughed sarcastically when I asked to talk to the manager and went ahead and told me they dont have a manager...Like what?Guys always get a document when you cancel.I guess we make mistakes and learn.....Had to write a review for the first time EVER.

They need to know how to take care of different customers. Everybody might not speak good English or make them understand the situation clearly so instead of getting mad or rude they need to try little bit more effort to take care of the situation. We are not paying our money to hear their rudeness.

Because Google wont allow me to give a zero rating. Left my existing policy for a cheaper rate and then the rate increased by $100 even before the first month of my policy. Had no help, and now I am forced to pay extra $600 for the policy. Lots of good guys out there, dont get into this trap.

Ive been waiting for Richard to provide me information on my policy. He calls me, then forgets that I spoke with him almost two weeks ago. Im still waiting on the information I requested....Then he tells me that the office is short staffed and thats why he has not provided me the information requested. He states that Raquel is no longer there, this really upsets me because she was very helpful and courtesy. If she told you she would call you back, she would with the information requested. Im still waiting...I need to change insurance carriers. There is no excuse for treating paying customers this way. I have always had this issue with Richard and my account. Sounds like the best decision for me will be to change insurance carriers or do not use this State Farm office anymore.

I have been State Farm customer for 29 years. Of those 29 years Ive been an Adrian Howard customer for almost 20 years. While his office is always helpful, I must say, Raquel Andrade goes above and beyond any time my husband or I call for help. Raquels brand of customer care is something ALL customer care providers should aspire to provide! In fact, it is because Adrian Howard has staff such as Raquel that we have never even considered looking for an agent closer to home and have remained loyal customers to Adrian Howard even though we live some 50 miles away and have agents right here in our hometown.
