Worst insurance company ever. Owner and agent will not respond. They will definitely take your money but if you have a claim it’s a nightmare. You (agent) will not even call you back to assist you if you have issues with a claim.

I have had a very bad experience with the State farm agents at this office. My billing is all over the place. I once received 4 different bills within a month with none of them matching the quote I had received. Efforts to rectify the situation were unsuccessful. The staff kept promising that the issue would be resolved within a week and its been more than 3 months now. Emails remain unanswered and on the call I was repeatedly told that I would be given a call back but never was.Avoid.UPDATE: Upadting star rating to 3. Kameren promptly got in touch with me and sorted out the issue. My billing is accurate now.

I can totally understand why this guy has so many awesome reviews. This is a one-stop shop for all your insurance needs. Homeowners, car, life. They’re on top of it. Not pushy. Not trying to oversell it. He and his team really do make you feel like family! Happy to do business and and highly recommend his agency.

This State Farm location has been by far one of the best State Farm offices Ive ever received customer service in. The employees are extremely friendly and humble and do everything they can to provide me with the help I need; they take their time on every customer making sure their standards are achieved and get everything done in a timely manner. This has been the absolute worst State Farm agent/Office I have worked with. (16+ years with various SF agents). On three different requests, this office failed to follow thru/complete the requested additional coverage in any kind of a timely manner. 1. It took several follow up calls and emails to simply get my insurance card 2. Several attempts to add insurance coverage for my wifes wedding ring 3. Now 3-months after informing me they would take care of adding my wife to my policy (after providing them her current agents info and the policy number), we receive a bill from the other SF agent for my wifes SEPARATE policy. Terrible customer service all around.Also note some of the positive reviews were posted via coworkers.
