We’ve had Alex for 10+ years. He never once called to explain to us any of our policies. This year when our Policy increased by over $1200, we started shopping around. We found a better company, where the agent explained how we were over paying for less coverage. We now have more coverage, an agent who has educated us & have saved over 2,000 in the first year alone!!! And he’s already made an appt to come to our home & see out home & vehicles!One of Alex’s employees called to to sell us MORE insurance because we needed MORE coverage in his opinion but couldn’t explain how so. I asked him to review our policies & let me know how we could save money. He said we were already low prices. I wouldn’t recommend Allstate to anyone. Go to Farmers Ins! They are better & less expensive!! So glad we have a different company now. Our new agent even told us to always call him first before filing a claim to see if it’s worth filing & “dinging” our record because some claims follow you for years & impede your ability to switch carriers. I didn’t know that!! Never again Allstate. Never again.

The people here are GREAT, helpful, friendly and take the time when you need it for the help. Also, AllState has great plans that help to save you money when paying in full, you get discounts the longer you are with them. Ive been with them several years now and very pleased.

I would give more stars if it was possible. Alex is knowledgeable and thorough when it comes to taking care of his customers. He explains everything with detail and will answer any questions you have. Customer service is great.

My Allstate agent Alex Long is awesome. He answer my questions in a timely manner. I got a new vehicle and was able to get everything transfered with no hassle. He took care of everything. The Allstate Drivewise rewards programs is also awesome. I was able to use what I earned to get a Christmas gift for my husband and still have earnings remaining. The only thing I can say I wish was different is the cost i have to pay but hey full coverage in Texas just isnt cheap. Thank u Allstate
