I never met Vickie or even talk to her .I have had my auto and homeowners policy from (Allstate) since I believe 1998 . At that time this Allstate agency was owned by anther sidebuster. I can’t remember his name but apparently Vickie purchased this agency from him or took over. It was around the year 1999 or so.The old agent eventually move to Korea .He began working at Kia Motors as risk assessment officer.. He eventually worked his way up and now is the Chief Operating Officer for KiA.I don’t now what he does now. He might retired by now.Her staff is a pretty happy go lucky bunch .I made a few small claims over the years and we get a big laugh about it.One time I called them angry about the rate increase.By the end of the conversation they had me laughing about the rate increase. I been to their location one time in 25 years I been with them.All the ladies in the office are easy on the eyes if that is important to you.

The staff is always friendly personable and attentive to my questions/concerns. They help me and my family save $ and bundle services for additional savings. You are treated with respect, I really appreciate all they do.

They will charge you and increase your policy payments. They will cancel your policy if a payment does not go through when their agents enter the wrong information from your bank account. They lack knowledge and the agents are rude and disrespectful to the customers. They don’t write down the notes correctly when you speak to different agents in their office and make it seem like it’s the clients fault for not making a payment. You can’t trust them if you get in a car accident and end up in the hospital to handle your claim right. You deserve something better than a bitter, careless company who only wants your money.

The opinion of an insurance is often effected by the agent representing that company. In the case of ALLSTATE, and their local representative, Vickie Lundquist, both are well represented in this area, Ms. Lundquist makes ALLSTATE automobile, home, and automobile maintenance exceptionally good buys.

No complaints about the agent but Allstate is a real shady insurance company when it comes down to paying out for damages. I highly recommend a different company.
