BE AWARE!!!!This place is a JOKE!!!!Paid a full year upfront for renter’s insurance with my debit card and actually paid more than it turned out to be. They then credited back my debit card for the small difference I over paid. I called to cancel, so I can switch with another company, and this place tries to recharge my debit card as if I was renewing. I was literally 4 months in to a 12 month policy. Now why in the world would I be renewing and why would they try and charge my card more money?!?!? SCAM LIKELY, just bad business. Now since my card declined their fake charge, thank God, they said they can’t refund my card but have to mail a check out that takes 7-10 business days. THIS PLACE HAS NO PROBLEM TAKING YOUR MONEY YET CANT SEEM TO REALLY GET IT BACK TO YOU! Office staff seems incompetent and unable to do what is needed. I WILL NEVER USE ALLSTATE AGAIN AND ESPECIALLY THE ERIC DOUGLAS AGENCY... GO TO A COMPANY THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!

The worst experience dealing with Eric Douglass office!!!!!!! The offece help there is awful dreadful mean rude sarcastic!!!!! I have never in my life paid to be treated in such an ugly manner! THEY ALMOST NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND WHEN THEY DID I KNEW IT WAS GOING TO BE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!WARNING WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!I really doubt the owner even knows what is going on!

Never answers the phone... canceled my policy one day after it was renewed, without my knowledge... Ive called several times with no returned calls... I need to get an update asap on my policy...

Everyone who i spoke with concerning my claim was informative and friendly. My adjuster, David Flores, was particularly supportive. I think Allstate is the greatest!

This agency is is there to get your business and then they are useless when you have problem such as a claim. The very first time I called them to report my issue, I was rudely told by another office manger that I would just have to wait until whenever someone got to my home ...No effort to help me try and save my valuables. I also had encounters with Dee who said she was the manger and who kept giving me the run around for months giving out information and making statements that she was not authorized to make regarding how the claim was handled and what she was going to do to fix things. The most disturbing issue is this has been ongoing for over a Year and the agent has not bothered to speak to me but 1 time in a year. I have ask to speak to him, left messages for HIm and to this day, nothing. then a new manager comes on Board, and still no resolution to my issues. They simply pass the buck. This is totaaly unacceptable ---youre in good hands, well, not here!. Yet, he is compensated very well for my several policies....well, enough is enough and so Ive moved my policies elsewhere...Thank You Mr Douglas, for.......

My experience has being fantastic since I have been with this firm. I like the response time for my questions, and the follow up I get both on the phone and via emails.

Spoke with a Dee and had the worst customer service ever. I don’t know what people like this are doing in customer service. She claimed she had no boss or supervisor and had no one else above her I could speak with. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Well normally I do not open at all to have the policy with automatic payments but you see that able always has problems the people who work there are rude and unprofessional today. Agent change I do not recommend.
