Been having Altima for 5 years on all my vehicles approx $550/mo, that’s over $30,000 without ANY claims & now I am forced to wear a MASK to go in & sign to change vehicle which I denied but asked them to bring doc to me outside which they also denied so I CANCELLED! F*** your masks 🎭, I will take my couple dollars elsewhere...

Today I referred a person to whom they already had information and the lady did not ask anything else but she did the process of the documents and then we told her that it was another vin # and she got upset and charged extra for the change, I think Exaggerated that they charge for a change when I drive almost an hour and I am referring to that person, that little Professionalism.I will not refer anyone else again !!!

My agent was Nereida and she was very nice, patient and knowledgable. Due to my prior ins at another company that was giving me a hard time, I had to be there for about an hour but she was very patient and at no time did I feel rushed. I truly recommend them.They also have the lowest rates! :)

If I can give it no stars I would. policy was bound with out authorization by a csr or agent without the insureds consent this so ridiculous and unprofessional for someone to do that. Whomever did that should be an automatic termination.

I called and I had very bad service over the phone. Rude and seemed like I was stupid because I asked about upgrading to full coverage. Then hung up on me when she felt like the conversation was done and didnt even bother answering any other questions I had.
