Since moving into my apartment in January, I have had a couple of small issues with the unit but Carlos is very quick to fix and take care of my work orders. The Manager Angelica and her office staff are so sweet and understanding she gave me an opportunity and now I have made it my home. I LOVE IT!!!! I would recommend WOODSIDE VILLAS to everyone.

If I could give 0 stars. I WOULD!!!My AC has NOT been working since April 24, 2020. I called the emergency maintenance line on the 23rd of April and realized that the number is not working. (Which I can report to the city by the way). I have been very patient these last few days. I have called the office daily and have been told the same story multiple times. Their are other emergencies in front of you, the maintenance will be there today or tomorrow. When I called on the following Monday (April 27, 2020) after waiting now for 4 DAYS! the lady in the office said the same thing and that I had to wait. I called Tuesday (April 28, 2020) I have waited 5 DAYS now! The lady in the office said that I had just reported it on Monday and that the maintenance will be there today or the next day. I AM  EXTREMELY upset at the fact that this work order was placed on the 24th of April and not entered in your system until the following Monday (4 DAYS AFTER!!). I CALLED EVERYDAY SINCE! on Saturday (May 2, 2020 - IT HAS BEEN 8 DAYS SINCE I FIRST REPORTED MY AC), I asked my mother to go to the office because they were NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE (my parents take care of my son while I am at work) and told the lady in the office that they still have not gone to fix my AC. She said the same thing - their are many work orders in front of mine, maintenance will be there first thing Monday morning.  I decided to give them one more chance before contacting the city AND corporate. Keep in mind, it has been well over 80 degrees Fahrenheit outside THEREFORE, THIS IS CONSIDERED AND EMERGENCY WORK ORDER. Today is Monday (May 4, 2020 - 10 DAYS AFTER MY WORK ORDER WAS PUT IN!) maintenance told my father today that the issue was with the outside unit located on the roof and that they were going to go check it out, come back to my apt. and get my AC working. I just got home, it is now 7:39 PM and my AC IS STILL NOT FIXED. I ATTEMPTED TO CALL THE EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE LINE AGAIN (they have a sign that is required by the city of Irving that gives the number to contact in case of a maintenance emergency) AND THE PHONE NUMBER IS STILL NOT WORKING! I NEED MY AC FIXED BY MAY 5, 2020. This is ridiculous. I understand that their are other maintenance emergencies, but to wait MORE THAN 10 DAYS for my AC to get fixed is outrageous!

I lived here for 2 years. BEWARE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Bud bugs, roaches, you name it. Electricity goes out in the winter I was told to go to the side of the building to flip the switch. They have only fixed TWO things since I’ve been here and I had to get the health department involved for them to fix my AC. They didn’t replace the filter they took out so water got all over the carpet and my clothes in the closet and made it mildew. They don’t come and spray for bugs, they don’t keep the grounds clean, my microwave has been broken for over 3 months, low water pressure, the downstairs toilet works when it wants to (brand new toilet btw) staff is extremely rude. They also say they are going to get it done and they dont. I have emailed corporate and have never gotten a response. In order to get the downstairs lights to work you have to hit the wall with your hand for them to turn on. The dishwasher goes out often so I have to hit the switch under the sink then go upstairs and hit the breaker box switch then back downstairs to hit the switch under the sink again and then it will work. I had leaking pipes under my sink for months before they finally came and fixed the pipe and spray painted over the mildew. They towed my car for parking in backwards. Bed bugs in the laundry room, some of the dryers don’t work so you gotta eenie meenie miny moe. I came home and I told them about broken windows I found and they still haven’t came to fix that either. They have lost a couple of my money orders and tried to charge me late fees. I needed another shower rod because mine broke and I waited 2 weeks. Finally had to go in the office and wait until they brought me one and the maintenance man called me a b**** in Spanish (yes he still works here) etc etc I could go on and on. Don’t move here. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere cheaper and nicer. The last thing you need to be worried about is going through the same thing I went through and so many other tenants on this review thread. I strongly believe these other comments are from robots or people being paid to write positive posts.

Worst apartments Ive ever lived in do not recommend at all!! I havent had hot water in almost 2 months, last night there was a leakage and my daughters bed got ruined because it leaked allover her bed. I called emergency maintenance and nobody showed up. I took videos and pics just in case.

We havent had any hot water in days and now the A/C is out. When we call the office NO ONE answers. I call the emergency number no one returns the call or even comes by. Its been weeks we have been calling and even went to the office for them to come fix things and no one shows up.

I called ahead and she left early.

The new management are very rude both the front desk lady & the manager acting like they doing you a favour when u come in..I dont recommend living here for no one with this mgt..Zero star if there is..

Don’t even think about this apartment. A lease is All Bill Pay and the new management charge for the electricity bill too. If you don’t pay they going to bother you a lot.Now they charge for cable and water bill too. Even they don’t have an individual meter for electrical they are still give you a bill.what ever the money they put on there you have to pay. It’s ridiculous

Never in your life think bringing your family in this apartment. It is the worst apartment in Irving. The manager are so wicked and doesnt like people.when you have a problem they will never assist you. The worst one they let us in water over the entire living room for 2 weeks before coming in to fix it. You can be sleeping and water will come from the roof and wet you in the bed and when you let them know they will not do anything.too much ugly thing but let me stop here. If you dont trust me you will see yourself .🤑🤑🤑

Visited and now stuck here when they stole my car. Had a pass. They decided backing in was illegal but there is nothing in the lease agreement or Texas state law to support their claim. *Next morning* They claim their sign at the entrance, where you need to stop traffic to read, is more important than any lease agreement or law. This rule is exploitative of those in a corporate culture that require backing, nothing more. Be careful if you visit here. The vultures circle here often.

Worst apartment ever please do not rent here, the manager and her staff are jokes, they tow your car for no reason even if you live in the complex, they do not care about their resident. They talk down on people like they are better than them. Please stay away from this place! This new management is a freaking joke.

Worst apt complex ever! Ive lived here for two years. Your car will get hit if you park it in the parking lot, that is if your even able to find a spot. Thats right residence cant even park here, too many people and not enough parking. I now have meth man as one of my neighbors. Hot water goes out every 3 weeks. Its like clock work. Please dont expect to take a hot shower here, that is dream living. The laundry facility is disgusting. Blood on the walls, they flood, machines never work, and they will continuously eat your quarters. Facilities are never kept up, yet they will fine you for a cigerette but or chair on your patio. Hold on to your electrical items, this places electrity comes from the 1930s and will fry anything you plug in. Light bulbs plan on replacing those weekly, management charges for those and refuses to fix the electrical issues. The electrical issues are so bad the back building burnt down from them. Yes almost the whole building burnt to the ground from faulty wiring. Management changes every few months and each time there is a new one they still neglect the same things the last one did. Ac hardly works and goes out often plan on fixing that yourself, management wont, and trust me you will be burning up in this horrible apt. Please head this warning, do not bring yourself or family here. The price may seem great but trust me anything more than them paying you to live here is more than its worth.

These apartments are horrible. Please do not bring your family here. I had 3 visitors whose cars got towed while visiting me. The water turns off all the time. I recommend that you think of coming because I reported that the sink was clogged, I went 5 times and never came, I had to pay separately to repair it and when you report something it costs to send to the maint
