Henry is the friend/guardian angel we never thought we had but we needed! He made our move extremely easy and seamless. My wife and I absolutely love the apartment and it’s countless awesome amenities! Of you are looking for a nice and calm place to live, I would HIGHLY recommend reaching out to Henry now!!

The staff at Eastshore on Lake Carolyn are excellent. Rachel and Henry are always on top of things and the maintenance staff is very engaged and professional. The location is perfect for work and play and well run. Back in February with the freeze they went out of their way to have residents stay connected to the situation to include the warming bus which many places never thought ofDoing.

First impressions are everything....I recently 7-2021 toured the Eastshore facility with one of their team members. The facility was very well maintained, extremely clean in the recycle and garbage areas with no odors to notice or any visible trash - even in the trash chute areas on the floors I toured. The website did a very accurate job of expressing the available spaces, when i walked them I liked the 2 bedrooms plans best - my taste. Security was very modern and in place. The finishes are clean and welcoming. I was very relaxed there which is not the norm for a tour of a very occupied building. We discussed rental options and timing - my team member was professional - knowledgeable and quickly brought me up to speed on options. Was a very pleasant experience, I am looking forward to returning for a longer stay!! 7-2-21.

Don’t waste your time. We had an appointment at 5 pm, took off work early and drove out of our way from Dallas, only for them to say they close at 5 pm and can’t give us a tour. Even after I showed him the confirmation of our appointment at that time. I wouldn’t want to live somewhere that is this disorganized, nor somewhere that does not care about their potential residents. If I were in the employee’s position and was worried about providing good service, I would have upheld the appointment. Posting a pic so it can’t be said we got the wrong location or time, like they did to someone else in these comments.

It has been so great living here. Henry is the BEST and made me feel welcome from day one.Everyone is very responsive including maintenance.Definitely recommend!

**Update response: The tour was scheduled under my partners name Jennifer and confirmed by Henry stating that the leasing agent James would be showing us around. Are you looking at the correct date 4/10? The door was locked and we called as well. See photoHad a scheduled tour at 12. I received a follow up email the day before confirming the tour, however upon arriving there was no one in the leasing office. I’ll take that as a sign I shouldn’t lease here

Towing is $299 and that’s ridiculous!! The permit application was misleading where it says ‘verify’ instead of ‘submit’ and by not doing that despite painfully filling up that application, i had my guest’s car towed and i had to pay the money!

Love love love it here. The amenities are great. Love my unit and the lake view. Couldn’t ask for better leasing office staff. The best apartment in lake Carolyn hands down.

Ive been living here for 3 weeks now and love it so far! So glad I chose Eastshore.

I have been living at Eastshore since 2019 and have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The office staff is extremely helpful and friendly (special shout out to Rachel!). The latest management has made sure to be transparent and communicate all updates with the residents as soon as possible. The maintenance staff is great too. Overall, highly recommend these apartments!

I lived at this complex when it was Jefferson Eastshore and run by ZRS Management. I was really concerned when Bell Partners took over because I loved the staff with ZRS so much. However, my concerns were quickly eliminated after working with the Bell Partners management. Rachel was kind, warm and helpful every time I talked with her. The rest of the staff follows her lead in being engaging and providing excellent service. During the winter storms when we were without power for a few days, Henry and Rachel continually emailed residents with updates and even provided a warming bus one night. I know they were exhausted from the storm and all of the issues too but they worked so hard for the residents. This was an example of true leadership. Im moving out soon because I need a bigger place but Ill be sad to leave behind such a great management group because I know they are hard to find. I guess the only downside to Eastshore (and why Im giving four stars) is that this area is attracting younger residents. But that could be a plus for some.

Security is too bad. Moved in at first day, got all my packages being stolen because the manager forgot to give me the key . Got all my expensive personal stuff stolen, lost over 8000 dollars in one night !! And the manager HENRY ALCALA keep ignoring me. I need to talk to the regional manager ASAP!!! Bell partners, pay attention!!!Stop ignoring!!!

Many thanks to the staff, here at Jefferson Eastshore. Unfortunately my job takes me to another Area of Dallas. My stay here has been first class. From the beginning, last year, Aurora assisted me in a flawless lease process and guided me to the perfect apartment. The maintenance staff is awesome. I cannot say enough good things! Management is very rude!! Apartment was dirty at move in, I sent pictures to the management and they had to send someone again to clean it. The management don’t communicate with each other and are very rude when you try to have issues addressed. My first worst experience with a luxury leasing company in 10 years!!

This apartment community has been extremely great. The management goes above and beyond day in and day out for us residents. Rachel is a gem!

These apartments aren’t bad...nice complex but when it comes to handling things they are not on top of it. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone while this current staff is in office.

I was one of the residents recently affected by the power outage resulting from our snow storm. I braved the cold & powerless apartment for 29 hours and then had to leave. It was devastating being displaced for so many days, but throughout this whole ordeal, the Eastshore Mgmt team did a heck of a job with keeping us updated on status updates related to fire alarms and Encor communications. With management not on property, it really warmed my heart to see them trying their best to do what they could from afar. Although I still wasn’t home, when I got the email about the warming bus coming with food, I truly got the impression that Management cares and was with us in spirit. Same for providing the pizza, last minute items for those who didn’t feel like running to the store, as well as the Taco Loco and BBQ food trucks for all of us. And the true shining stars????? CHRISTIAN and his amazing maintenance team. Christian is so skilled at what he does and he’s truly an asset to our community. Any time I have a maintenance request I specifically ask for him because I know he will go above and beyond to ensure that my requests are completed to perfection. He is so pleasant, kind, he loves what he does and he’s quite handsome, too! 😉 He and his team worked tirelessly to ensure that each and every unit had power on Friday night. When I arrived Friday evening, my unit still didn’t have power. I was a bit bummed but knew eventually it would be restored. I texted Henry and spoke with Rachel as well. Henry’s exact words were” we aren’t leaving until everyone has power”. I was flooded with a sense of relief that is indescribable. It came back on at 7pm but I know that they, along with Christian and his team, were here for hours upon hours making things happen behind the scenes so that our lives could get restored to some type of normalcy as quickly as possible. I am so proud to be a part of this community and am extremely grateful for how everyone came together during this weather disaster. To my Eastshore Mgmt Team-THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!!!!!!

Update due to new management and after move-in: Still easily one of the best options in the DFW market for apartments. Impeccable complex, fantastic amenities, extremely friendly staff, and very modern units. Rachel and James are always incredibly attentive and a pleasure running into, maintenance requests are resolved in a timely and effective manner and the community here is very welcoming. 10/10!

Excellent team working at this building, Manny, Aurora, Shanna, Brenn, and Alicia go out of their way to make the residents comfortable. I am thrilled with the community events we have each month. One of my favorite parts of living here would be going to the Guts and Glutes class every week. There is something here for everyone. Great event spaces, a glistening pool (cant wait for summer). The apartments are very comfortable, with large bathrooms and soaking tubs. I look forward to coming home; its my happy place.

Although I have had issues with this community (which can happen from time to to time), their leasing manager rachel is very understanding and willing to listen to any concerns. Ive had a couple of problems resolved through her directly.

Manny was so helpful during my search for an apartment. The property was beautiful and well maintained. LOVED the pool area and the atmosphere! I have nothing negative to say. Manny greeted me professionally and helpfully and attended to my every need. Truly happy with my experience and visit to this property! If not for choosing something a little closer to my job, this would be my new place! Thanks for the time and effort Manny. GREAT JOB!!

Since Ive been at Jefferson Eastshore Apartments, I have really enjoyed it more, importantly I enjoy the staff. Theyre very receptive and helpful. Maintenance is quick to resolve any issues that arise. I really appreciate the upkeep of the property the security is on point. I would recommend Jefferson Eastshore Apartments to all my friends plus its in a great location; its just an overall great property. This is very important for me seeing that this is my first experience with apartment living. Five Star Property in my book!!

Eastshore on Lake Carolyn has the best staff anywhere! Rachel Farrow, Community Manager, is extra attentive to our needs. Shes very responsive and follows through as needed. Her performance helps make this the ideal place to live, as she consistently puts residents first with responsiveness and proactive oversight of the property. The management team here is amazing! They were the team I had at my previous apartment, I moved properties once I found out they were leaving. Manny is great, he responds to everything in a timely manner and makes the living experience at this property second to none. I just moved here but so far I love living here, at Jefferson Eastshore. They have amazing an amazing path by the lake you can walk and clear your head. As a student, their conference room with high-speed internet and free printing is great for me!

It is a good community area. However, I was informed from another apartment associate that during this time of an pandemic they are still expecting and requiring people to pay rent. Which I guess means they will be evicting people during this time that can not by day 10. It is sad a company only cares about money when thousands are without employment right now especially for those who cant work from home. Good community but no ethical, compassion or moral standards for those during a pandemic.

It’s been really good living here! The staff that clean up in the am do such a great job, it smells nice and is always clean! The office staff is readily available. They even helped us out when we weren’t home with an emergency with our dogs until we could get home!

Found this complex through smart city and so happy I did! Worked directly with Aurora leading up to move in and she was great! The complex is full of friendly people and very dog friendly which I love! There’s a sense of community here already which makes it very enjoyable!

Jefferson Eastshore is a great place to call home! The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to your needs and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . Manny was a lifesaver! I was super stressed about the apartment shopping process. Manny listened to what I wanted in an Apartment Home and I couldn’t be happier! I leased in less than 24 hours of taking my tour. Beautiful new property with amazing lake views. What more could you ask for!!

Jefferson Eastshore has been my 3rd property with Manny and Shanna who has gone above and beyond to make my move to this property smooth and such an easy transition. I have chose to lease with them each time I decide to move because I know the quality of customer service I receive will be A+. The maintenance staff is very quick, nice, visible onsite, and very helpful. On top of that it is a dog friendly place because they all love and spoil my baby boy Duke! It truly saddens me to write a poor review since I live here! But 7 months here now, and no improvement but worse. I have never lived in a community where people just don’t pick up after their pets; perhaps they think that someone else will? When I first moved here it appeared to be a lovely place but between the unbearable noises from your neighbors (building is poorly made) to dog poop everywhere - it’s a darn shame.

Charging exorbitantly on move-out charges equivalent to a month charge when there is no reasonable need to replace everything in the apartment.The living experience was good . But too aggressive on move-out charges . Watch out on that part

Great experience! I love living at Jefferson eastshore. We have a very nice apartment complex. You would not believe how great the staff is especially Manny...very accommodating. Every week my HelloFresh comes in and he hand delivers it to me after I get off work. So so sweet. Jefferson is the best. Live here with us!!!!!

Building, amenities, and staff are great. The building is so new that half the elevators aren’t working yet which made (and makes) getting around a little inconvenient, especially with the movers. It’s easy to get lost in this place it’s so big. The little maps showing “You are here” are way too small. It would be better if either those maps were bigger or you had other ways to tell people where they are in the building. Can’t wait for construction to be over as this place will and should be amazing.Update: Walls are paper thin but youll probably find this in a lot of new apartment buildings. You can literally hear everything your neighbor does (and I mean everything). Noise can be a bit much after-hours but not much you can really do about that.

My roommate and I looked all over Las Colinas for the perfect re-location apartment and we could not be happier with choosing Jefferson Eastshore! Modern✅Cleanliness✅Brand new facilities✅ Office staff✅ Value✅ There currently has been construction but the construction crew has been working hard to get this complex up and running and the office staff has gone above and beyond with assisting in any way they can to make Jefferson feel like home. Personally, Manny, has been amazing and always willing to assist in any form or fashion. I recommend working with him when signing your lease. Sign at Jefferson. You won’t regret it!

The staff in the leasing office are very kind and welcoming throughout the whole touring and renting out process. It has great amenities and is in a remote location.

The fire alarm goes of like once a month for no good reason

My girlfriend and I moved in recently and we absolutely love it here. We worked with Manny at the front desk and we were blown away with how accommodating and helpful he was. There are a lot of apartments in Las Colinas but I am so happy that we picked Jefferson Eastshore. 10/10 would recommend.

Beautiful property with top-shelf amenities: an Architectural Digest-worthy swimming pool area, large resident lounge on the 1st floor, plus a nifty lounge on the 5th floor, some access entrances that can be controlled by your smartphone, versatile fitness center, etc. Manny has been my primary contact for tours, leasing, move-in, and miscellaneous inquiries. Manny is trustworthy, follows-up & follows-through, a true professional, and takes pride in his craft. Shana, Aurora, Brenn, and Alicia also have been eager to assist. Grade A+.

This is a great community to live in, walking and running around the area is really nice. A lot to do in the apartment complex monthly, yoga, swimming, neighbor gatherings.

The staff at Jefferson EastShore is phenomenal. Weve only been here a few weeks, but so far everyone has been warm, positive and genuinely seem to want to help. Boki makes us feel like family and is so considerate that hell ask what time works best for us before entering our apartment. Thats never happened before, so when you add that to his excellent workmanship and attention to detail, youre reminded of how beneficial renting can be. But its Manny, whom we leased from that manages to elevate the property as a whole. He is on it - on so many fronts. It reminds me of staying at a Rosewood or Four Seasons property in that I know I can count on him to advocate for us. He is available, he resolves issues like a seasoned pro, and hes always in our corner. Ive dealt with property managers in the past that treated their position as a job. Thats not my impression with Manny. He takes pride in his career, and it shows. Its evident that he is intelligent, talented and above all kind, and he could likely choose any industry to thrive in. Lucky for us hes chosen the rental sector and Jefferson EastShore.

I went to visit a friend. There was a rodent running down the hallway. Trash all over the place. I was mortified.

I lived here for about 1 year 3 months but the apartment is very expensive.. management has changed abruptly sometime this year amid pandemic. Trash and amenity fees are high compared to adjacent apartments and they offer minimal specials! No events whatsoever and we have been paying $15 every month. Parking garage is always busy with cars coming in and out, very narrow inlet. There is only one entrance/exit for the entire apartment. The new management was not helpful and charged me $1800 rent coz i extended lease for 3months as I couldn’t move due to my newborn baby.. they don’t have consideration and charged me so much ruthlessly for a small 1bed apartment! Very disappointing! I told them i lost my job due to covid and i have a new born, they didn’t show minimum consideration and charged every penny from me. $1800 rent for a 700sqft apartment is a lot for me but they didn’t honor any kind of concession. Las colinas is a pretty good area but it is kinda far from convenient stores and grocery! So bottom line besides these issues, the apartment was decent and safe. Plz don’t rent on the first floor particularly next to courtyard- people walk all the time with their dogs and most of them don’t pick up after their pet waste, so infectious. I complained but no action was taken. I still can’t fathom why these apartments charge so much for itty bitty apartments! 1500$ is too much for a one bed and forget about 2-bed .. sky rocketing prices, rip off !! The positive thing is they do have washer and drier in all units.

Hope Eastshore have better and nicer service.

Awesome community

NOT SAFE!!! Management stated it was just a firearm that had discharged but I later learned that it was a shootout on the top floor of the garage with several bullet holes and blood stains everywhere. I guess management wants this to be swept under the rug rather than being upfront about it. No communication on what actually happened and who was involved. Nothing on how they will ensure safety. Had a positive view on management till this. Seems like they don’t care about anyone’s safety in this building.
