I got a phone call from the management in the spring and they said they were willing to be timely in repairs and to do a great job as the new management company because the last one was so bad. As a long-time resident I thought, Great! Finally a responsive staff. Well I place a work order for repairs for my garage door to be fixed and in a few days it was fixed. The next week, the same thing. In about a week it was fixed again. The 3rd time in the next week, same issue. I placed a work order and also called with a request that they find a permanent solution to my garage issue. Well...nearly two wks later they let me know that the work order as complete....Uh...got home and no it wasnt. So I let them know. They let me know within in a hour it was there error and they were having someone come two days later....(Why couldnt they made that call two wkes earlier?). I got home and guess what? Door goes up, but remote is not working. Let the apartment know and crickets....No resolution after two weeks...This is not responsive...just sayin!
I have had a beautiful experience and met a accommodating staff. They listen, follow up and come through with the expectations set. My move in was effortless and I was always met with a smile. They are unique apartment settings with the layout of homes, intimate and an active community. The newly renovated apartments are refreshing, sharp and affordable. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
Even for any big or small maintainers requests need to wait for 10 days, NO use of NEW Management, after new management came, worst service i ever seen in my life.
Although I love my apartment and Karen has tried as hard as she can to make my new apartment a wonderful experience I am ready to leave after a month of my neighbors above me and because they are two very large service German sherperds that can run and make noise all day and all night I am looking for better accommodations that fit my needs since the dogs come first so before you move here check out the people who live above you ask a lot of questions I wish I had Karen is the best but she can only do so much tho new manager doesn’t care about people just animals
Its been more than a year for me staying in this community and that was not a bad experience at all. But I could see drastic changes, when new management came few months ago. They have been working on the maintenance throughout the community whether its inside the apt for any fix or outside, like having a new exterior paint. People from the new management are really nice, helpful and cooperative. Schools falls under this community belong to a very good school district, groceries, restaurants and so many places are near by.......Last but not the least rent is comparatively lower than other surrounding apartments.....I would definitely recommend to go for this community, if you are interested in having spacious apt for comparatively lesser rent.
I was looking for communities to move into in the Las Colinas/ Valley Ranch area. I saw Anthem on the one of the apartment locater apps and had made an appointment to view the community. My lease associated was Karen. She really went above and beyond to show me different apartments that would meet my needs and answered every questions I had about the community. Although they were short staff that day and as busy as she was, it was amazing how she attended to every future tenant needs.This review is for Karen, thank you for be so wonderful and making apartment finding a breeze. Although I did not rent there, I would definitely recommend Karen as your go to lease associated when viewing this property. Thanks again Karen for your help that day.
Don’t live here if you have a nice car!!There’re unattended kids playing in the middle of the road scratching car and hit them with basketball ball and the management don’t do anything about it.
Anthem Office action were all good and pleased with service, we choose Anthem after seeing the Model apartment & service, but the actual apartment Move in experience is Terrible, the apartment was not ready for move in. Kitchen & Self were not clean, Kitchen appliances had fungus and need to do self cleaning. Cooktop coils were all in pieces, Microwave vent filter not clean. The windows are tight to open & Jammed, Walls have lot of patches and cracks. All these are because of Poor maintenance workmanship.We parked our Kids Bicycle outside our entrance door & Missing. I am not lucky to have good experience in my move in, I made a mistake and need to wait for 10 months to correct this mistake.
Very good place to live. The new management from march 2020 has been doing wonderful and fantastic job. They are maintaining the property by constantly checking the issues, gathering feedback and upgrading the services. They respond very promptly for any requests. And also resolving complaints quickly.
I have lived in this complex for 3 years. During that time there has been at least 5 office managers and there has been some type of construction going on but never a visible change. In the last couple of months the new owner and new management have made immediate improvements and upgrades. The office staff and new owners are passionate about revamping the property to make it the best and they are very professional and pleasant to deal with. Not to mention the location and the school district is superb. I would definitely recommend this property!
I had bad experience with anthem Management, actually I suppose to pay the rent by 3rd Dec midnight, but due to some financial issues and they not understanding the Covid-19 Situation and Jobless people, I was ready to pay on 4th Dec and paid as well, before paying the rent I reached out office and asked as first courtesy excuse to waive of the Late fee charges, but management told then cant waive off the Late Fee, in pubic domain every one will do the mistakes even police, credit business people will waive off the first mistakes, but anthem apart management people are not waiving OFF the Late FEEs at least they are not talking to there Higher Management. ” simple answer is sorry Anthem Higher management is not waiving Off the first time courtesy Late FEE Also” .
Poor maintenance. Not responsive. They got rid of the best member of their team who was the only responsive one in the office. The post office hours and dont keep them. Dont answer their phones. Maintenance requests dont get answers. Poor management. Wont upgrade apartments, paint doors on the outside. Wont clean carpets.

We are staying here for last 3+ years and the new management under City Gate as Anthem this team is doing really good. Kudos and best wishes to Anthem team. Most of my calls are attended by the manager, my service requests are getting addressed in timely manner (like a dream come true). I will watch for few months and upgrade it to 5 STAR.Earlier as Vista Pointe I had to call atleast 6-8 times to connect to someone, had seen office just ignoring the calls. Had to personally go to office to get your things done and at least 3 to 4 times.. Created multiple online service requests and after 2/3 months management will call ask to consolidate it in 1 ticket and close others but never got this stuff fixed.
Ultimately I found another location closer to my job, but I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone whose looking right now. Good prices, nice floorplans, and most importantly, the staff was very nice and accommodating!
We have seen many apartments recently and these are different from the rest - love the attached garage.
I was looking for properties to move in. Send inquiry by email but did not get any response in four days. So I decided to call office. While giving details of available properties, they put me on hold and then after sometime call disconnected. Did not get any call back. Does not look like they are welcoming new customers..One way its good to know before heading there...
Excellent on time maintenance and good management.

I recently moved to this apartment and would like to share my experience with the leasing office staff SAIRA - such a sweet person. She always help people finding the right apartment with her all time bright smiling face. I have been roaming around this area to find a good apartment and none of the leasing office staffs are flexible enough to help people. I am very much new to United States and Saira helped me a lot to find the apartment. Whenever I write an email, she used to reply back to me, call me with the same smile. She never hesitate to answer my questions. Thanks a lot Saira !!!
So far my experience has been friendly and professional. During my meeting with the very polite manager, she explained in detail all charges and any possible future charges that I may be responsible for includinding potenial cleaning fees if or when I decide move forward elsewhere. This manager took the the time to make feel comfortable, confident and at ease about all aspects concerning Vista point apartments. Two thumbs up service.
I am a resident for 4 plus years now. I am happy to say that the current management of Anthem, erstwhile Vista pointe is the best ever. Their response to service calls, proactive maintenance, care for residents is awesome. My hearty thanks to maintenance team, support team and management.

Apartments are decent but the “24” hour fitness room is a lie the door is always locked when I go and the office isnt even open when it was supposed to be today is 7/13/2019 and it’s 11 am and the office is supposed to be open at 10 am no one is there and every door is locked I’d like an explanationUpdate just went to their “gym” for the first time and nothing worked treadmills don’t work bicycles don’t work missing equipment etc. this is terrible
While the staff is nice, we are struggling due to the age and lack of care at these apartments. The black mold in our unit is being taken care of VERY VERY slowly. It’s gotten to the point where we’re scared to stay. We now get migraines, nosebleeds, severe “allergy” symptoms, constant coughing, etc.DM Kristen has been very helpful and we’re hoping she assists in making this better.UPDATE: 01/2019Wish I could say it got better after moving to a new unit.You pay nearly $1700 for a 2/2 and it’s outdated, damaged and not cared for. So many patches and painted over mistakes. We had to repair things on our own. No effort to make it look nice...sadly.Water damage seems to be a problem that is overlooked, which is unsafe in all aspects. Due to the lack of inspection and repairing, our personal dryer has crashed. (There is a clog or leak in the wall which has gone through our exhaust tube, to our dryer)This has been a horrible experience and I would not recommend this place. Unfortunately we are trapped in a lease and can not afford to leave. Very disappointed because with care this could be a lovely community. The lack of effort put into these units truly shows. They paint and bandaid every single issue instead of investigating and fixing.
Today I went to Vista Pointe for leasing 2 bed and 2 bath apartment. I met both Mrs. Saira and Mrs. Saima for checking the availability. I am totally impressed with both of their skills on treating with future tenants. I believe Saira took me for the tour and explained me very well about each and every section of the apartment and once I was back to leasing office, Saima also helped me to fill the application form. I really appreciate such people and need more similar people in Vista Pointe to give good service to existing and future tenants.
I don’t usually write reviews but felt I must for Saira and Saima both of them are really great at their work. They always either answered calls immediately or got back to me as quickly. I found them really helpful, accommodating and most importantly transparent. There was none of the pressure or talking up you get with a lot of other property officials, which quite frankly makes me turn away; they were just friendly and helpful. As a resident for past four years I am happy with both for their services and professionalism.
The worst service ever. Maintenance people entered our apartment forcefully without our consent to do some repair work. Later we found our items missing. We were in the process of vacating the apartment but hadn’t handed over the keys. They kept our main door openand unlocked after their service. Brandi doesn’t listen at all. Its the worst 18 months of our life. The apartment across the street is much better in comparison to this one. Please if you find an apartment anywhere else go there.
Worst and pathetic I will say! Worst management not cooperating with their residents and very rude manager. They have unskilled workers who will come and will never fix anything properly. If you will say them to send any worker to fix something they will delay it and will send them after days. Thats not how it should be. We are paying a good amount of money but not availing good service.
Service is horrible. AC doesnt work. We had to bear the heat during summer for many days. There were many instances of work orders not done for 9 months. The only reason to stay there is due to school district. Dont be surprised to see inflated and false charges in your account after you move out. They use these $$ to make the apt ready for next resident to move in. We should file a complaint with local authorities. Wanted to give Zero rating.
1. Cockroaches. And lots and lot of them.2. Though the cost is upscale this is a very cheap place. So if you have any kind of class, dont go there.3. The new management - they are very very rude and they want to rip you off for everything. They set you up and get your money as late fee and everything. Very unethical - watch out
The staff Saira and Saima are excellent. They treat customers with please. They both adds a value to the community.
Vista pointe is one of the worst community near by Valley ranch.Staff is so rude and no action on complaints for more than 1 month. Too many roaches in most of buildings and leasing breakage and fines are more than other communities. I will not recommend to any one.
Terrible terrible service, A/C not working for the whole year round, called multiple times and no fix, only sent email said the service ticket is completed. What did you mean service was completed? The room temperature is over 90 degrees and there is no way to stay inside to sleep or breath. And its not real summer yet. We cant live in such condition. Dont move to this apartment even its the cheapest or the last apartment on earth.
We stayed here for 2 and half years, Saira and Sima are excellent in addressing all the concerns but beware of move out charges first time in my life had to pay $750+ seriously?
The most professional,honest,hardworking staff ever.Brandi,Saira and Samia made the application process easy and painless kept me informed every step of the way .I can not say enough positive nice things about the ladies in the leasing office they make you feel. Like you belong there from your first step into the leasing office . These gals take pride in there work and work very hard each day . Let me start off by saying moving into these apartments have been the best experience! I have never witness so much excellent customer service from a apartment complex. The front office team is amazing. Saima, Saira and Brandi have been so helpful through my moving experience. Saima is extremely charming and helpful. She made me feel so welcomed. She went above and beyond to make sure my move in went well. I noticed a stain on the carpet, she had the cleaners come on the filling day to clean the apartment. Brandi is extremely informative about everything and ensures that I’m happy with my stay. The Maintence team is so awesome! I needed a light bulb replaced and they came immediately to replace it. Excellent customer service! Nothing but great things to say. My new apartment is beautiful!! The neighborhood is quite and peaceful. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Thanks for all of you guys help.
The manager Brandi Gambrell is very rude and unprofessional, misbehaves with the residents. There is absolutely no service, my work orders are pending more than 6 months, still not fixed. Stay away from this broken roach infested apartment.
The service and the condition of the apartment are not at par with the rental amount. You will be penalized for not paying rent on time. However there is no solution to delayed service and worst conditions of living . Most of the tenants stay here due to the fact that this apartment feeds to Valley Ranch elementary and Coppell Middle School East.They do not even deserve one star.The apartments are infested with cockroaches, bugs and rodents . Pest control is a part of rent but hardly any care is taken.If school is not your main concern rent elsewhere.
Living here for a year now and extending for 1 more . Nice quite place, major highways and airport is close by, 5 stars management crew, apartments are old but designs are unique, huge closet, reasonable rent.

This place sucks! Horibble management and nothing gets fixed. Just wait til after you move in. Walls start cracking and falling apart. No repairs are completed. Numerous Tennants have had items go missing after maintenance entered. What a joke!! Not even a worth a star. Counting down the days until Im out of this s*** hole!! Oh and Brandi is a dumb f*** As well as the regional manager!

Very Poor Management by the current manager Brandi Gambrell. I lived for more than 2 years in the apartment but the last 6 months after the new management, it was pathetic.Brandi treats the residents very badly also she doesnt keep her promises.After complaining of rats in the garage, Brandi (Manager) was saying that these places are their home you are just living in rats home. She never apologized for the inconvenience or even took responsibility to fix it even after a couple of months after the complaint.When the new management started they announced a referral fee. After referring a resident I had to walk in to her(Brandi) office for more than 5 times to claim a $50 referral and even after 5 times she only gave a $25 gift card. At the end i gave up and asked her send someone at the door. This itself shows the way the management keeps their words.
But they have to travel long to address the maintenance problems.
Im giving 1 star because of the poor maintenance and inefficient staff. They ask you to log service request for any maintenance related issues in their website and they sit several months in queue with no resolution .Poor quality fixtures that will always give you trouble and roaches and bugs everywhere.
