We booked an appointment and they said there was available for 3:30 for two peopleThey didnt have anyone available and they told us to sit down.At 4:30, one technician was available and did one of us. (to note: I ignored you cause you had the more complicated design)I was left with nothing.At 5:00 one of us finally had paint on our hands.They said there was someone else available to do my hands 10 minutes later.I did not feel comfortable paying to get my time wasted more.In conclusion waited 1.5 hours to come out with nothing.To note: during this time other people were getting serviced that came later than us.Please do not allow customers to book when you dont have any opening to wait an unnecessary amount of time..

I’ve been a regular customer of this salon for 3 years now. They canceled my appointment 2 times this week. The first time, the manager called me and canceled it 10 minutes before my appointment time while I was there already, then rescheduled me for today with Tony. Today, they called me in the morning and confirmed my appointment with him. So for the second time, I drove 30 minutes to get there, after checking in, they told me the technician that I booked with him isn’t here today. Guys, why did you call me and confirmed my appointment since he isn’t there today? What do you think about your customer? I would give you zero stars because of this lack of management. By the way, never waste your time and money with this salon. So disappointed!!!!After all this back and forth, I went to the different nail salon and they took off the previous acrylic and the attached picture shown my nails that became black, so disappointed!!!!Never never never TRY this salon for any service.

NIGHT AND DAY difference to Happy Nails on campus, this place is 1000% the better choice. My nail tech was gentle and did an amazing job and my manicure cost less (!) here. Very pleased and would return again.

I got the Diamond combo mani pedi and it was not the “upscale” service I was expecting for paying extra. The pedicure was ok. Not really sure what the 15 min massage was. It was just rubbing my calf up and down a million times. The manicure on the other hand is what I’m most upset about. She didn’t ask if I wanted round or square, only if I wanted it shorter. She just went ahead and cut my nails super short. It was to the bed so it had that pain. She barely cut my cuticles. If she missed some, she used her own long fingernail to push it back. My right thumb was cut so short it looks funny. My cuticles look like I just peeled them off. The underside of my nails are all jagged from weird filing. I couldn’t read her name tag on her cart. It was M Dang. Please do not get her.

Everyone was very kind for my visit! I stopped in the day before to get an idea about cost and they weren’t pushy like other places to get me in a chair. I came back the next day to get my nails done and they were great! They lasted forever too! I can’t wait to go back!

This place does great nails and designs. You dont have to wait too long for an appointment and the technicians are all very nice. Great selection of colors and gels!! Pricing is pretty fair too!! Come here :)

It’s in a nice place, has a good receptionist. They have verity of very good colors. My specialist would show she knows very well,I did not like my nail work, when the nails grow, it will not look natural, which is the biggest negative point of her work. She charged $ 60 but even could not figure out what nail shape is best for the fingers.

Had great colors and sanitizing following Covid procedures but my acrylics were not up to the standard I expected. I got a full set of gel acrylics in a coffin shape and they fell off after 6 days. The shape was uneven as well as the acrylic was uneven. You could also see the clear part of the unpainted acrylic when looking at the nails in a Birdseye view. Not only that but they took a little longer than 2 hours to get done. My mother had a great experience there just getting a regular manicure so maybe acrylics just isn’t their specialty. I have had much better experiences at other nail salons and I personally won’t be returning.

I went here to get my nails done before our cruise. I also got a pedicure with a design on my toes. Both girls were excellent. The leg massage wasnt spectacular but the nail design was really good and only $5 for both toes. Nails lasted the whole trip even without gel so I was happy. I have recently went to a different salon because Im new to Irvine and wanted to try another place, but wasnt as pleased even tho they were cheaper. This place is worth the cost. Just make sure you have an appointment they were very busy.

Such a great experience! I made an appointment for dip and a pedicure and they were right on schedule. Nikki did such a great job on my dip nails! Very friendly and welcoming staff. Offered me wine right when I walked in. I came with a 3 month old baby and they were SO accommodating which helped me so much. Prices were fair too! Awesome discounts if you pay cash and check in with yelp. Definitely going back. Thanks ladies!

My wife went there a few times and always gave them a second chance! But definitely she won’t go back there anymore! Their customer service is 0 star! No matter if you have an appointment, you have to wait 15-30 minutes! Then they change their nail stylist in the middle of the work, because their schedule is messy! Their nail work can be also done dirty and not satisfying because they don’t pay attention and don’t care about the customer!!!!Last time she made an appointment and she went there 5 minutes late, and they canceled her appointment, because she was a few minutes late, while you have to wait a long time before they check you in most of the times due to their terrible scheduling!Not Recommended AT ALL!!!

Amazing service. As a business owner myself, I appreciate the cleanliness but also the customer service. They offer champagne, sparkling water, water and goodies! If you get a chance, ask for the VIP room. And I love the Chanel retro chic modern look they have! 😍.And ask for Nancy! She’s amazing and a sweetheart! She did a great job and I’ll for sure be seeing her again!

Best nail salon in Irvine area yet! Ive been getting my nails done for decades so have been to my fair share of salons in and outside the area. This spot is extremely clean, nice ambiance inside, quality nail technicians and reasonable prices.

Really bad gel manicure experience. I had Vicky do my nails. She left a lot of dead skin on my nails and she didn’t even use cuticle oil she just poked at my skin with her tools. I just have gel on my nails, no decent manicure was done. Very disappointed, won’t be coming back here!

Very bad experience. Stressful and unprofessional. The lady that was working on my nail was watching TV while working on my nail And had headphone and listening to music at the same time and was filing my nail very aggressive and harsh . Bad customer service, old instruments. Stay away.

Nails have always turned out great, BUT if you’re like me and enjoy whatever massage time your procedure comes with, you might be disappointed. I just felt the emphasis on the massage was very weak and could use improvement.
