Rented two vans (cargo and passenger) last week. Communication was excellent. Met the rep in the short term lot at LAX and went over the paperwork. Newer model vans were clean and ready to go. They already had the minor scratches pointed out on their form and then thoroughly looked over the vans with us. No issues. Dropped them off in short term lot and took the shuttle to the terminal. Will use United Van Rentals again.

Best kept secret in Irvine! The guys at United are the absolute best! They only have quality and dependable vans in their lot, and will go above and beyond for their customers. When renting with United you can expect excellent service, intelligent and kind staff, NEW/clean vans - nothing but the best. I was planning a family trip and called United Van Rentals. Pricing was in the low end so I was a little suspicious. The employees were pleasant and easy to work with. They made the whole process simple. They delivered the vans to us and even came and picked them up at the end of our trip. I couldnt ask for better service! We will definitely be using them again!

I returned the vehicle to where I had been instructed and was then charged 300 bucks for a parking fine because this was the wrong location. I explained this nicely to the staff on the phone and via email and they would have none of it. They just wanted to recover the money from me even though it was clearly their fault. Had a great experience and would highly recommend for the Orange County / SNA area.Our business has expanded, and we found ourselves needing two vans for a few days to facilitate a move. Ended up getting two extended cargo vans. The vans were in great shape, clean, easy to drive, and fit what we needed perfectly.The whole experience - from reserving to pick up went super fast. And my colleague had no troubles finding the location by the airport. Most appreciated drop off was smooth and easy. Ill definitely go back again and would recommend over UHaul and other rental agencies in a second.Thank you guys.

Be aware - United Van Rental has this hidden clause of geographic restrictions. If you go visit national parks and cross your location they will penalize you for each driven mile huge amount of money... Not very professional. Customer dont need hidden charges and it ruins the whole holiday trip ....

Excellent service (thanks Tony - Las Vegas) and the Van was clean and full of fuel when we picked it up! We were able to set up the rental and do ALL the documents via email & phone, which was ideal for my situation. pick up and drop off were very easy.This was the easiest rental I have ever had.They had drop off on Sunday too, which saved me an extra day of fees. (Something the other guys wouldnt allow) which was a deciding factor as well.Bottom Line: I would definitely recommend them and I will rent from them again!Additional Notes: We needed to get 11 Men to a Retreat near Big Bear, CA. for 3 days. With full sized men and gear, we needed the 15 passenger van just to get everything in. I mention this just as advice to travelers, plan for fewer seats - if you have a lot of gear. We took out a row of seats to get camping gear in the Van. But it worked!Thanks United!

On our tour through United States we hired several rental-cars from different rental-companies. But the easiest and most correct way of booking, reserving and picking-up and dropping off the car was the cargo-van from United Van Rentals! I never made such a perfect experience renting a car!And now the best:One of our group is a car-mechanics. His duty was to check the cars before we started the tour from San Francisco to Santa Cruz, Fresno, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Yosemite-Park back to San Francisco.The only car who was fitted correctly, was the cargo-van from United Van Rentals!!So our mechanics said to me: “The only car who is correct is the cargo-van: All fluids are ok, tires very ok, all works. United Van Rental made it best!”So I have to say thank You very very much for all Your effort and the correct car You gave us and the very easy way of booking, renting, picking-up and dropping of.
