I will never rent car from here. Cars are dirty and head tons of missing parts. They charge more than usual Airport Rental agency. You dont have unlimited millage even it says unlimited when you book the car. Even Uber doesnt allow its drivers to drive junk cars like this . Dont book with them

Pretty much the same terrible experience as everyone else. Read the fine print! I booked online where the website printed boldly “unlimited mileage” then once I’m there I’m notified that’s only if I have an out of state license?? On top of that they charge an extra $9 per day for paying with a debit card when the car itself was only $15 bucks. Also count on putting down a large deposit! They will nickel and dime you for every little thing they can gouge you for. My car wasn’t finished at the dealership so I called to try and book this $24 a day car for one more day and was informed to extend it would be at the rate of $70 per day now. No thanks! I’ll return the car. This place is a joke.Go with a well known company like Hertz, enterprise etc. you’ll save money!

Be sure to follow the rules to the t. A good price has no wiggle room. They are great if you treat them great.

Great Rental Experience!!!The staff was very friendly, and the car was new. The rate was reasonable, and the best part was that we didnt have to pay that expensive airport tax.

BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!!! I rented a car from “Economy rent a car” and used my credit card, and the charge went through for 180 total. Ok cool.Then the “shuttle” which is actually a minivan came to pick up ONLY the drivers to take to the car rental pickup. When it was my turn at the rental desk, the guy charged me a full $460 on top of the $180 I’d already paid, assuring the $400 deposit was going to be returned to me. I called yesterday to inquire about my deposit being returned, and the girl on the other end did not want to look up my information, and did not care to look up my previous reservation when I asked if she could take my information so she could look it up.Today I checked my bank account and I got $200 back, when I should have received the full $400 back, as I returned the rental to the hotel front desk before they even opened the “rental office”.Do NOT rent from these scammers, get a reliable KNOWN place like enterprise. I will plan my rentals next time I go back to Anaheim, and NEVER rent from these people again.

Very polite, caring and professional associates.I had a great experience in renting my card, several times in each of their branches ! They have the best locations! Airport ( both) and main streets in OC !

They refused to rent to me with a temporary replacement license from NC yet still ran my card before telling me and refused to reverse the charges. They are crooks pure and simple. Avoid these scam artists at all costs.

Bad bad bad bad bad. You get a confirmation for economy rent a car that has a disconnected number. They never show up to pick you up. Their real name is allied. I’m calling weeks later and still can’t get my deposit back.

They were hard to get a hold of since I was looking for Economy instead of Allied. Was stuck at airport trying to find their number to get shuttle. Very stressful. Was charged for smoking fee but did not smoke in car. Never again
