RUN!!! Horrible service, needed money up front to purchase materials not once but twice to supposedly cover my entire windshield. Claimed there’s no film big enough to cover which i have windshields rumored on my other 3 vehicles. Horrible craftsmanship as well to be tinting for 20+ plus years. He ended up installing the windshield tint in 2 pieces then comes back and say i wasn’t specific about it. Bubbles everywhere! Short film cuts all around allowing light through, and no close cuts around sensors. He offered to fix the tint but have been getting the run around for 4+ weeks now. Had to take it else where.

This guy put window tint on a front door for me in January and its the worst job that Ive ever had in the last 25 years of being in business. And he will not come back out nor will he answer his telephone calls or texts. Ive been to his place of business four times and of course he is never there. Waste of money and time! He has promised several times that he would be out there to make it right. And of course never shows up. He has more excuses that anybody that Ive ever heard of. And now its the middle of July and he still will not answer my telephone calls.The reason I have waited eight months because you kept lying to me and tell me that you was going to come and fix it. And I have talked to Shelby several times and she promised me that she would get you there. Still nothing. I paid you good money for a very bad job. I did not even want to give you a 1-star rating!

I had to wait for about 3 hrs and that was fine cause they had others ahead of me. Then they came out and had me pull my vehicle in. Pulled my vehicle in and then Ronnies window tinting employee told me that he had too many vehicles in the building. That was fine so I pulled my truck out and then they moved a Black man car in. After they told me they moved too many cars in. I guess I am to white for there businesses.

Ronnie not only tinted my windows, he buffed out some minor scratches on my car😎 Always willing to help before and after service.👌

My experience here was terrible. I initially spoked with someone over the phone and had a set price for my window tinting, however when I got there, Ronnie changed the pricing. (which wasnt a big deal) Ronnie seemed to be in a rush and was everywhere. My window tint came out horrible, there was lifting on the corners within the first week and bubbles and residue left underneath the tint. Then I tried calling multiple times within a span of 2 weeks and he would never answer, only texts. And that he was always booked. So I decided to drop by unannounced and I finally caught up to him, and then I showed him all the issues on my tints and he proceeded to say that the issues were not enough for him redo the tint that he couldnt do anything for me. Definitely not coming back here again, waste of time and money!!

Terrible communication. Calling and texting multiple times. No response. And quality of work was not good at all. Bubbles all over the windows and the tint was cut incorrectly. Had to get all the tint taken off and redone by another shop. I don’t know how this shop has good reviews and customers. Definitely would not recommend Ronnie to anyone. My vehicle is a 2019 Dodge Charger.

If you need your windows tinted on your car, this is the place to go! Quick service for a great price. My car looks great after my windows were done! Ronnie was very hospitable and entertaining as well throughout the whole process. He explained the difference in the shades of tint and explained all the benefits of the tint. He made sure to explain it in a way that I understood. His shop was completely full when I arrived but he still got me in and out in a reasonable time. I won’t trust anyone else to tint my windows but Ronnie!

I came in here today wanting my car windows tinted for the first time and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service, timing, and pricing. Ronnie took care of my car and made sure it looked fantastic. No air bubbles or anything. Lasted about 1hr 1/2, and turned out amazing!! Definitely recommend coming here! Will come back to get my windshield tinted next!

Had just purchased a Black 2015 Cadillac and of course one of the first things I wanted to get done outside of Maintenance was to have all windows tinted with the strip along the top of the front windshield. Found Ronnies Window Tinting through Google search and Yelp. Not to many reviews, but the ones given were pretty positive. With the countrys current pandemic going on, not to many businesses open for window tinting services.Through email, Ronnie reach out, saw what I was looking for and gave me a pretty good price. Through e-mail, we set, Price, Date,Time and Place.When I arrived, I tried calling Ronnie a few times, but his phone was going straight to VM. He didnt have the film(tint) needed at that time to get started. Ronnie said Auto Zone usually delivers the film(tint) to him but the delivery driver either left or they didnt have one today. First time I ever heard of Auto Zone delivering(but whatever, no one knows everything). So I had to drive him down to Auto Zone where he had supposedly had film(tint) waiting for him but when we got there, another business owner came in and bought the rest along with what was set aside for him. So we went to another store a few blocks down to get what was needed. When we finally made it back, Ronnie had to get set-up to start working.He kept saying it would take him about 10-15 minutes a window, but shouldnt be no more than a hour, hour and a half. I might was there right at two hours.He kept starting and stopping on EVERY window he was doing. There was also alot of other traffic to say, that kept him from really focusing on the paying customer in front of him.There was decent conversation taking place between Ronnie and I. He kept complimenting my car. Which I thought would have him take just a mustard seed of more time to make sure all would be as needed.The left rear passenger window gave him a little trouble. You can see wrinkles in the bottom corner of the window. He had tried to smooth it out. With the heating gun, he didnt want to melt anything(true) and I guess time, he finished the rest and said to come back for that window as well to give it another look all around. Face to face, we set a Time, Date and Place. Not letting my windows down AT ALL, my car sat in the parking lot of my place until it was time to meet with him again. When I got home, I look around myself and saw a few other things to bring up to him when we meet again.When I called Ronnie the day of meeting him again, I got no answer the first three times I called. It was after 9am when I tried calling. No communication from Ronnie until AFTER said time. He told me he was at his Keystone location all day and business was slow so he decided to go home and didnt bring any of his equipment with him.(Strike 1)Me frustrated, an agreement on another Date,Time and Place was established.Again, I start calling Ronnie right around 9am, with no answer. But did leave a VM this time.Honestly, this time around, not really sure what cause this appointment to be missed, but it was not from my side. There still was a LACK OF COMMUNICATION from Ronnie. When we finally got a hold of each other, I explained my frustrations with the lack of communication and about the other deficiencies found on the car. (Strike 2) Time,Date,Place were set again(See how this is going right?)Meet Ronnie at his keystone location and by this time, I was just ready for either my money back or re-do the whole car, cause I had others look at it and tell me it was not done right.Roniie told me he was not a B*tch and doesnt walk around with his phone all day. (STRIKE 3)The question was ask if he was a Business man of any sort and had customers (paying(PAID) customers hoping to do business with him? For the life of him, he couldnt understand why I was not willing to wait behind any other customer to have my car looked at and worked on when I pulled up. He suggested I come back(LOL) tomorrow morning at 11am, I told him I would be there at 10:59:59.Showed up at 2pm, got my money back and left. Be VERY CAUTIOUS!!!

Met Ronnie today off of a highly touted recommendation. Got my 2020 Nissan Rogue windows tinted, Ronnie was quick, reliable, professional, and accommodating.
