Had tint done after making an appointment with moe over the phone. Once i got my car back everything seemed ok minus a little trash left behind from the tools used. I left the lot in route to my next destination, but once i looked in my review mirror i noticed a gap behind my rearview mirror and some peeling. So i pulled over to do another walk around to see if any other spots were peeling. Only the windshield sunscreen was peeling but i noticed small bubbles and one quarter sized bubble on my rear glass. I called audio masters and let them know what was going and moe told me to come back so I did thinking they would correct my tint issues. A younger guy that works there came outside so i could show him my tint job and he saw the bubbling and peeling too. Not even 3 minutes later after my car was pulled in the guy that took ownership of the job done came up to me and told me because the tint was freshly done and with the temperature being low outside was the reason behind the bubbling and peeling and that i needed to give it few days four to be exact for the tint to settle. I asked how could some parts of the tint settle if its not even touching the glass? The guy that performed the tint service seemed irritated just by his body language and how the conversation went I guess because I came back the same day. Supposedly theres a lifetime warranty for the work but i dont trust to have them touch my car anymore since I gave them the chance to correct it the same day and no attempt was made just excuses on why it was not right the first time.

Really bad car audio install. Sub was wired to rear channel even though Sub preout was available. Parking assist was wired to hazard lights. Both were inoperable. Had to pay for second install an different location to get corrected. Attached images of what second installer found

The owner is horrible, not only to the customer but also his employees. Apparently he looks at your vehicle, scopes out the fact you have more expensive equipment than the trash he sells and changes the price that you were already quoted by his employee. It was obvious as well as unprofessional and instead of making things right, he just walked off on the phone.

Had my rear window re-tinted, they ended up having to redo it and the result was even worse than the first time. It appears the old glue was not totally removed. Went back for a refund and was told only the individual who did the work could authorize it and he wasn’t there. I never received a call back. I hate to leave a bad review but the job wasn’t done right, I just want them to make it right. These guys work hard but they missed the mark on this one. Man the owners is so dope. Has a bunch of experience in retail.. had my hookah bar Poppin when I first started. Im now a truck Company and me and him magically reunited lol. Im like dont I know you and he remembered me like yesterday. Its nice to know the person your buying from looks at you more than just a number. and now he owns a detail shop.. man its none better Id trust to get stuff done and done the right way without feeling like a paying to much.. its alot for the money he gives you and he prides himself on making that a customer experience.. and also real enough to come down to earth and understand that you may want to be cheap about things. So glad I ran into this entrepreneur again. Like minds think alike. I cant wait to pull up on My Semi Truck.. I know its gone sound good and look even better. Pictures coming soon

Great place for window tinting. I took my vehicle here on 2/23/2021 and they did a flawless job. Going forward I will use this place for all my window tinting needs. Audio equipment & install quote was far too expensive at this location

Called and called. No one is ever around. Showed up several days and the store was closed. Not sure if the company folded or no longer being managed but you cant make money being open at random times. Spent my money somewhere else. Voice mail is full so you cant leave a message.

This is a great and legit professional business. I went here and they did nothing but treat me with kindness and respect. Their work is very excellent and it leaves a lasting impression on your car. I would recommend this business to anyway wanting car audio and their windows tinted. Also the owner was kind enough to fix my subwoofer audio for no extra charge since I got an entire tint job done. Had a groupon offer and they were cheaper lol so we got 35% done and they were well installed. He was great enough to inform us on one of our windows wouldnt go down and made sure that we had a 1 year warranty and to come back if it comes apart. Great honest work!

Update2: I spoke with the shop owner who originally assisted me. He assured me he would personally work on my issues with my car and walked through all of my concerns with me. His care and professionalism has made me a loyal customer. Thank you Audio Masters for keeping your commitment to customer satisfaction.Initial compaint: I will only state facts and let you decide. I am seeking wholeness from Audio Master to fix what they have done to my car. So you be the judge. I was informed at 3pm the car will take a couple hours. My car was not ready until 1230am. I asked for a balanced system. I had a twetter blown which made distortion in my sound. In trust, I relied on the owners judgement to sell me what was best for my car. However, I recieved high and mids with no base after waiting almost 8hrs on my car. I was told $900 as an estimate for everything purchased and installed. Additionally, I told the owner to call if any adjustments needed to be made. When I went to pay, the price went to $1200. I was charged for an amplifier to be mounted; it is in my trunk unmounted with a piece of wood under it. As I began looking over my car, there is a tear in my tint from them installing my speakers.

Overpriced. The greasy little man that gave me a quote was very condescending. Did not want to listen to my opinions or needs. When I stated that I wanted to get other quotes, the guy got belligerent. As you can see, it is family and or friends doing Google reviews here. Beware. I went to Ovation and had a system installed for hundreds less with name brand components. Shop elsewhere.
