The gentlemen at Take 5 were awesome. They did a great job recommending and explaining what additional parts and service that I needed. The service was fast and convenient. And the customer service was outstanding. This was my first visit as usually take my car to the dealership for oil change service. Based on my experience today, I will definitely be a repeat customer going forward.

Never used a drive thru oil change but the customer service here was AMAZING. More affordable than the normal mechanic I go to, it took 15 minutes instead of an hour, and on top of this they even checked all my fluids and topped them off and my tires for free and everyone there was so sweet and helpful! Elliot was great I don’t know much about cars so they walked me through everything :) . They earned a customer for life today !

Joe and Chris were very professional. Was greeted with water and a take 5 candy bar. Explained everything to me. Checked my filters and tire pressure. Showed me the level of the oil. I love the fact that you can see what theyre doing and not assume it was done. Didnt have to wait long at all. I was in and out in a timely manner. You have a new regular customer from now on. I puller up and was in and out Darron and Kwame were very knowledgeable and professional. Everything happen so quickly and they were so smooth about it. It was over before I knew it. I had my 1yr old daughter with and so the convenience of getting this handled without getting out the car with her was a huge blessing. I wish there were more pull up shops. Thank you. 24hrs later my car is running smooth .

This place is super fast. This location is not nearly as friendly and didnt top off. Not sure if it was because it was only one person working. Overall they got the job done.

The service here was very professional and I had my oil changed in less than 20 minutes. Very efficient, explained everything in regards to my truck in depth with me. I will only use them for my oil changes from now on.

This was my first time there. I happened to notice the shop as I was driving to work one night and bc of road construction, had to go down Binford Blvd rather than take interstate entire way.I looked this place up and found a coupon without doing much search. I never knew this kind of place existed!Super fast to get in. There was an SUV in the bay when I pulled up but it was out fast and they got me right in and started. From the time I pulled into the lot till the time I left with new oil was no more than 15 minutes. And I got to use the $10off coupon I had found.Why isnt everyone going here??????Very happy with the quick service! The guys were nice and helpful! I will definitely go back!!

After trying to go WalMart early & they said the were not open until 12 noon, yet @ noon they were still not open, I called around & Take 5 answered, even via phone, they were explanatory, & detailed. I ended up going right over, I was given a water, they gave me the best price for an oil change, topped all my fluids, checked my air tires, & also helped me with a coupon! The assistant Manager greeted me, but he should really run the whole thing! Ill keep going back!

Im a previous Jiffy Lube person but after they put the wrong filter in my car and had oil leaking all over my engine and the street....NEVER AGAIN....Mr. Russell made this experience stress free, I got a free water and chocolate. The service was excellent!! This was my first time going to a Take 5. I was there at the end of the day and had no wait. They gave me a bottle of water and a Take 5 candy, I got to stay in my car the whole time, they checked and topped off all fluids and checked my tire pressure and other things I cant recall. They even showed me the level.of oil on the dipstick which was reassuring to me because Ive had places add too much oil a couple times and have had a bad experience with that. I couldnt find any prices on the website before I went, so I was a little surprised that it was more expensive than the $20-25 oil changes I was used to, but the majority of the oils they carry are synthetic. I opted for the cheapest oil option, and had a coupon from their website, so it came to under $40. As long as I can find coupons I will keep using them because the service was really great, no hassles or long wait times like Im used to at other places. Definitely 5 stars!

Staff were rude and dry. They complained about being sleepy as I was the first person of the day. Staff cursed and had music playing that contained bad language. Horrible experience and I won’t return to this location. The location on Michigan was great the time before but the Binford location is unacceptable. You need a new team that actually cares about the job and the customer.

If someone want oil change, stay a way from this location, I told him Im regular customer just check my previous service for last time, and he putted what he want, the most expensive oil he got. Not happy at all

The staff is extremely helpful, accommodating, and very pleasant. It was the best oil change experience Ive had in the ten years of owning my vehicle. They communicated well to ensure the correct oil, parts, and points of service were completed. It was swift, efficient, and their hospitality went above and beyond. Russell, Dashawn, and Darian (plus one other associate whos name escapes me) did fantastic jobs.

Take 5 is the best place I’ve ever been for an oil change. They’re thorough, kind and informative. The guys don’t try to upsale you trick you into getting other services done. I went in recently with an expired coupon for $8 off, not only did they honor my coupon but they gave me an additional $2 off. The best part is the oil change took about 10mins and there was no wait. I highly recommend making them your go to spot for oil change services !

Christian was great! The only problem I had was hearing his directions to me while he was under the car. A sound system would have been awesome. Oh, I also have to wait for my air cabin filter to come in because it was not in stock. Good first experience and love that they offer an everyday military/veteran discount.

Wonderful experience! My husband I and had our oil changed and filter replaced for our Subaru at this location. Christian and Izy did a great job working on our car. Jason in particular was extremely polite and courteous. He explained everything very well and helped us pick the best service for our needs. He even gave us cold bottled water while we waited and he went out to buy a filter for our car. Superb job! Highly recommend.

I have ditched Jiffy Lube and glad I did. This place is so convenient especially when you have a kid with you. You stay in your car the whole time. Came here yesterday 2/1/2021 about 5pm. Russell worked on my car with a new guy in training who did an amazing job as well. I liked that I could stop there anytime and get my fluids topped off or my windshield cleaned, or even air put in tires; while my vehicle was still in the 3,000 miles of having my oil changed.. don’t forget to use the coupon from their website !! I was in and out in about 17 mins. I will be back !!

Once I got there, they were professional but they’re also quick! I was in and out they started on my car immediately. They even offered us water bottles. I recommend them. It’s a lot better than Walmart who have me there for a hour to two hours

I went to Take 5 located at 5253 E. 64th St., Indianapolis, IN today. My team was Jason, Josh and Sunny. Jason was very nice and professional and explained everything to me so I do would fully understand what was best for my car. Once we agreed on which products to use and the cost, Josh and Sunny went to work and got my oil changed quickly and efficiently. When every thing was completed, Sunny did a safety check and then Jason helped me reset my oil sensor.With today being Veterans Day Jason ensured I got my discount. Jason, Josh, and Sunny were all polite and professional and thanked me for my service. This was my first time to ever go to any Take 5. This was the fastest oil change I have ever had. Not only was it quick, but the team was extremely friendly and knowledgable. You may pay slightly more than you would at a standard oil changing place, but I believe the time saved was worth it. I will definitely be returning!

I had a very great experience here today. Pulled up and the workers offered me water and any snacks for the kids. My oil was changed very quickly. They even checked my transmission fluid, washer fluid, tire pressures and cleaned my windshield for $60. Wonderful customer service. The manager Starling was very helpful and kind. There info said they close at 6 pm I was there at 5:50 pm and was turned away because they were cleaning up and the guy said he had to be home by a certain time. So now I am at Jiffy Lube. Very Disappounted.

I just got my oil changed a few hours ago. The experience was so quick and easy and Christian was very helpful. From start to finish, it took about 15 minutes. The convenience of being able to stay in your car while they change your oil is a huge plus since I have two toddlers. Also, they offer you bottled water, fruit snacks and juice for the kids! Great service, super friendly and fast!

Super quick and convenient! Christian and his team (Aaron, Russell, one other) were truly awesome. As soon as we pulled up they handed us ice cold waters and our daughter fruit snacks and a Capri sun. The shop was updated and much cleaner than before when it was Quick Lube. In and out in under 20 minutes. Definitely will keep coming back!

I like their business model which is to stay in your truck or car... there is no way for a employee to go through your glove box or CLEAN your astray of all the change you have in it... its a bit pricey... but the service is great
