Went for oil change did oil change charged 5 dollars for antifreeze top off they didnt do charged for 6 qt of oil my car only takes 5 so charged extra 8 dollars said checked tire pressure nope said had oil leak I dont or didnt before went here dont know yet wrote review after sat and looked at receipt

I am a frequent customer at this location. Today was definitely not reflective of any of the other 5 times I’ve been here. There was a guy (J?!&$) that was smoking a cigarette inside while the doors were down and was working on my car. INOT a smoker! Then, the guy who usually gives great service did not even bother to reset my settings. Today was not a great service day. I hope they see this and change the defects.

Synthetic blend oil change 3 months lasting

This store used to be the best place for me to come change my oil but now, the manger or the workers that works there are very unprofessional and they aren’t taking their faults that they’ve made.. they trying to blame us on what we didn’t do.. I will never go to that place ever again.. When Josh was there, everything was very great and professional but now new people and new manager, they just not professional at all... they even try to make you change things that you didn’t need to too...

I arrived at 539pm the store closes at 6pm. The employees stated he has 2 car ahead of me and would not bed able to service my vehicle because it will be after 6pm. I asked the employee since I arrived before 6pm I would still receive services, he stated no because they dont get paid for overtime. If this is true, there should be a sign stating we close at 6pm but stop taking vehicles at 530pm. So needless to say you have lost a customer!

Terrible! The rudest folks you would ever meet. Always close before 7 when their hours state 8-7. They start shutting at 6:40 right under your nose and ask you to come back the next day!

I went to get the top off offered after 3 months. I was told I needed a filter change and I believe a flush. I had previously been leaking antifreeze. However, before I could share this information, I stated I wanted the top off. The two technicians were dismissive of my request. The person checking my oil told the other, Top off?and laughed. He dipped the dipstick 3 times and showed his coworker. Never addressing me. He put the dipstick back in, closed my hood and motioned for me to pull out. I didnt see any oil being put into my car. No one reset my oil level. This is my second poor experience here with these same technicians. As a longtime, repeat customer, Ill never return to this location.

Staff was friendly! Two cars were in front of me and my total time from waiting to finish was about 20 minutes. They washed my windows, and offered to top off oil if needed prior to my next scheduled change. Price was about $38, not bad for the quick great service.

Quick service nice mechanics trustworthy service

I used to be very loyal to them. It was quick, convenient and a great crew. Crew may still be great, but I wouldnt know......I am a traveling sales rep and used to love coming here when in town. However, in the last weeks I have tried 3 times to get an oil change. Twice their credit card machine was down. I was told it was because every time their regional manager was there and sent a fax it would mess up the credit card machine. Now I pull up and am told they are all going on break and to come back in 40 minutes. I WONT BE BACK!

Went for an oil change at last minute. The guys here were very friendly and very efficient. Definitely worth trying and would definitely recommend.

I have went to this place before and normally it’s fine. I got my oil changed about two weeks ago there however and they forgot to put my put my oil filter back on my car causing me to lose oil and my engine locked up😩I called to let them know and they gave be their office number. I have been calling and have left several messages but no one will return my call. I would be very cautious about going here. I feel they need to fix their mistake. Just be careful. I won’t ever go back.

The staff was very unprofessional and rude, the head person trying to argue with me because he was trying to put a filter on my car without even showing it to me. Then when I asked him he immediately gets an attitude with me because he thought being a woman he would put a filter on my car and then try and charge me. I will not be supporting this place ever again and I’m calling the BBB to file a complaint. I normally don’t tell people not to support a business but this place has gone all the way down.

I have been going to Quick lube for 3 years. Josh is amazing he have the best customer service I have ever had. Outstanding performance Josh.

I have been a customer for years. Didnt recognize the guys there today. Didnt have enough oil for the change. The older gentleman was confrontational. I has to ask the younger guy to stop leaning on my hood. He left prints all over the left front and side even after he tried to wipe it off with an oily towel. Drove in from Brownsburg for the crappy service and didnt even get my oil changed. Wont go back!!

After leaving this place while on the highway, half of my full metal aftermarket skid plate fell off, the guy who worked on my oil change is a complete idiot and disassembled it and didnt put it back on, do not go to this place it is absolute garbage, go anywhere else.
