I have been a longtime tenant (10+ years) for 120 Market Suites and have had an excellent experience. The staff has always been professional and really looked out for us over the years. The rent is very affordable and they offer the most unique layouts & conference rooms I have ever seen-- each floor has a different theme. We love the location and it is one of the the best spots in downtown Indy.
Just make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing. They promised me a few items before I moved in, and then when I asked about them items later the owner got very upset, called me a liar, cussed at me, and threatened to sue if I wanted to leave before I gave 30 days notice (I wanted to leave because they never did any of the 3 items promised). I will not recommend the management or the quality of offices (but hey...theyre cheap so Ill give em 2 stars instead of 1).
Good location., best value 👌
This is the best location in the city!! The package deals for office space is unbeatable. Great staff and tenants! If you don’t believe me, come take a tour today!
I’m renting my office here at 120, it’s got an amazing location. With amazing free high speed wifi and free conference rooms whenever I need to use them. It also has an owner who is always on site and willing to help anytime we need him to. The building looks amazing inside and out. I’m really glad I picked this place for my office and will recommend anyone that needs space to rent here!
I love the space. Anytime Ive asked for anything, its done by the end of the day. Every space is completely different from contemporary to tradition. I would recommend 120 Market Suites!
CF and Courtney run the building. Not a gem by far. WiFi always down. No security at all. Cameras nothing. Owner rents to anyone. Has a happy ending massage parlor who tried to solicit myself. This is very unprofessional dirty building. Feel free to check out the response from management regarding my review, it really shows.
Absolutely adore our two office spaces in 120 Market Suites! Great space, free WIFI, no CAM fees and many other perks. Courtney is amazing to work with and takes care of all of our needs!
Been downtown at this location for 2 years, have never had any issue that the management wantwa willing to solve. They are communicative, professional and always looking out when mail comes to my door unattended. I love the location, and Im proud to say Im a tenant at this building.
Great location right in the middle of downtown at prices I didnt believe. But its true. Owner is on-site. Free conference rooms is the best deal around, wifi is good and free, and nothing like downtown.
Rented an office here. This place is a hidden gem. No deposit, no extra charges, free conference rooms, and it is right in the middle of downtown. Great location for my startup.
I have my office here now for about six month, I can say that I am very pleased with my office space here at 120 E Market and I love the fact that I can have free conference rooms, I use them at least one a week, free wifi is a great plus as well
IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: Sir, from reading other reviews I can tell you don’t take kindly to hearing the truth. I did not list the business as I didn’t want to give them negative attention as the only thing they did wrong was rent from someone who cares more about bullying people on the internet that give an honest reviews of his building, instead of actually looking at what people are saying and addressing it. You must not have much experience with taking constructive criticism. You would get much further if you spent the time you’re taking to look people up and bully them if you used it to fix the nasty bathrooms and address the many concerns in your building. For potential renters & customers- You don’t have to believe any reviews, simply go to the building and see the bathrooms for yourself and write your own review. I didn’t understand why this place was so run down, but after seeing the response from the owner to each and every person who tries to give him constructive criticism.. I understand. The owner doesn’t care about this building, it’s renters, or patrons.. if he did he would know that in business, you don’t treat people, especially customers or reviewers, in this way. Might I suggest a business class and some maintenance training for your staff.. if you have any. As for me not living in Indy, that is also correct. I live about 1 hour away, but my family is in Indianapolis and I travel there frequently for periods of time. As for biggest liar. You simply googled my name and read articles written about several different people. The particular one you are speaking of was something written unrelated to me, as I would have been in elementary or middle school at that time. When I googled your name, Chance L. Felling, I found some very interesting information from 2004 where you were charged for adding 90$ cash to your tenant’s rent and you were investigated by the Housing and Urban Developement Department. So again sir, the problem is not with me or your very honest reviewers (except maybe the dishonest ones that yourself and you building manager listed) but the problem is with lack of care, maintenance, and cleanliness of your building. It seems you have a Trump complex crying fake news. Stop spending your time attacking people on the internet & fix your building. Also, you may want to ask yourself why you would think people would MAKE UP dishonest reviews about your property? That seems ludicrous to me that someone would make up lies about a building.. leads me to believe you must have not been a very good landlord & maybe angered some previous renters. After googling your name & seeing you’ve been in trouble with the Housing department I can see why. Good luck to you.*** I was a patron of a business located in this building and I have to say that I will not be back. I’m not sure who owns the building or who is managing it, but they’re not doing a good job. This place smells, it’s run down, dirty & the bathrooms are straight up NASTY! I advised the business that I won’t be returning & if they want to be taken seriously, they need to find a nicer building or perhaps speak with management or their landlord about the facilities.
***Update: the response below is from the landlord. As you can clearly see, he is unprofessional just by the way he talks about people. My review is an easy one to verify - just check out the building for yourself******Dirty building that needs improvements. Building owner and staff have no desire to keep the building well maintained. Most of the restrooms have no hot water and smell or urine. The landlord will approve anyone to lease an office, which brings on a whole list of problems. Security is a joke. The owner is abrasive and rude to his employees and to clients. This could be an awesome building but there has been little effort in maintaining the building. Some floors look like they did in 1956 when the building opened, and, not in a good way. There is an extreme amount of unprofessional behavior by the landlord and his employees.Try to get something fixed in your office and you may wait several weeks before anything happens and the work is shoddy at best. Take my advice and look somewhere else. This building has high turnover for a reason. While the rent is relatively less expensive compared to other buildings downtown, you get what you pay for. WFI internet does not work in all office and I had to purchase my own internet. There are a few nice conference rooms that are nice and free. BTW, the review by CF is the landlord of the building - Chance Felling. He has posted a fake review. With a little digging it was easy to determine as Chance owns an elevator company and it just so happens that CF who commented on this post also praised the elevator company.
