Looking to move your office? DONT use Novel Co-working! Weve had them them as a landlord for a few years now. Things that never get done; broken windows fixed, heat turned on in the winter, lights changed, bathrooms cleaned OR stocked... Just to name a few. And no matter how many times we ask for heat, ask for clean bathrooms, ask for anything, it always takes days to get a response. (Window in photo has been broken going on 2 years now). We cant wait to move!!

The building has a nostalgic feeling as soon as you walk in. The black and gold marble takes you back to the 1930s. If you appreciate the original architecture of old buildings, Circle Tower delivers. My experience with the staff at the downtown location has nothing short of fantastic. With every new hire, Samantha is always friendly and efficient. Santos at the front desk/entry area is so nice and always asks how your day is. I am a huge proponent of good customer service, and both individuals excel with that skill. Times have changed downtown this year that may have overshadowed the overall feel of working downtown Indy; however, the staff is accommodating, making coming to work a little easier. They do the best they can with the resources provided.

Great to work with in the beginning, but not at the end. Was much better as Level Coworking; cannot recommend based on the latter part of my experience there as one of the locations very first co-working tenants. How customers are treated & handled at the end of a partnership is more important and telling than at the beginning of a relationship. Very hospitable at the beginning; acted as though they couldnt have cared less about me at the end. (Except for the gentleman at the security desk; hes awesome.)

We moved in as one of the first tenants in Indianapolis in July 2017 and Randi and her staff have been amazing. Great location overlooking the Circle, great amenities, great price and beautiful, bright, clean and new open work space in a fantastic historic building. WiFi is as reliable and fast as anything available as well. Level also has a great mix of clients like tech startups, creative firms, marketing, non-profit and others. Highly recommend!

I enjoy working in the Novel Coworking space. There are a variety of office and desk set-ups to meet my needs and the location could not be more convenient.

I would highly recommend this Novel Coworking in downtown Indianapolis. It is a beautiful, historical building with an excellent location in Monument Circle. Kelli and Casey are on top of everything, and are truly client-focused. They have made my time managing my office in Indianapolis an enjoyable one. Also, Kelli is an excellent cook and has provided excellent food enjoyed by all of us. They have made an excellent work environment and I would undoubtedly recommend it to anyone looking for a space.

Wow what a great location ! You can network or work alone in your own private area. The overall layout and flow of the whole office is designed very well. Dont even get me started on the beer tap for after work refreshments :-)

I work from Novel on a regular basis. The space is open, clean, and bright. I love the options for working, from a private office, to a reserved desk, open tables, and even quiet phone booths. The coffee is great, and who can complain about great local beer on draft! Its a great place to work!

I love Novel. They welcomed my small Houston start-up with opened arms. Kris in sales and Erin as the property manage are a perfect couple. I never have to ask twice for anything. They always have smiles. The other tenants for the most part are nice too. I feel like I have a reason to not work from my couch. The mixers/ get-to gathers that they have for customer appreciation are a nice touch.

Great facility in a cool location to get out of the office or meet coworkers for a meeting. The lounge with free refreshments is a huge plus. I would recommend trying it out to anyone who is considering it.

Very nice space to work from. The office is conveniently located downtown with excellent views of The Circle. I also enjoy having the kitchen on the 7th floor that is stocked with plenty of drinks and snacks.

Keli and Casey are incredible to work with. They are/was extremely professional, responsive and personable. They are/was thorough and informative anytime you need a helping hand. I would highly praise them anytime that would be needed.

Novel is an excellent choice for Coworking in downtown Indy. The location is great- an iconic building overlooking the monument, with many events on the circle throughout the year. Our firm recently wanted to open an Indianapolis office. We found Level to be the best fit for our needs. Since getting there, we have loved working with the management (who is always very kind and responsive). Randi and Chris are great to work with, the offices and common areas are very clean. I love working out of the Level Office in downtown Indianapolis. The location is perfect for staying connected with the people I want to see regularly (and the restaurants I want to eat at regularly!), and the facilities and bright, beautiful, and comfortable. The best part is that Randi and Chris are friendly, welcoming, and always available to help out. Randi even found me a parking option within the price range I wanted, and set up the monthly parking permit for me. Definitely glad to be part of Level!

Everything is clean, bright and well organized. Friendly staff and they always keep the fridge stocked with cold beverages. Also love that they have a keg of Bier Brewery beer on tap at all times. Cant beat the location either. So many restaurants too choose from and there are always events on the Circle in the summer.

This office is in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, with a beautiful view of Monument Circle. The space is minimalist, so it is best for companies that are mobile and do not require much file space. Theres a kitchen with a fridge, a coffee and tea making machine, and a microwave. Parking garages are within a few blocks, plus sometimes parking is available right on the Circle. There are several entrepreneurial companies in the building, so the atmosphere is lively and spontaneous.

Level has combined offices and co-working space and modern amenities, yet still incorporates some cool, original features from the original building. Great vibe and excellent tenant experience! I was looking for an inspirational and more upscale co-working space that was convenient to my base of clients. Leasing a dedicated desk in a window overlooking the circle and being among a great mix of active private offices has been a motivating experience. The friendly staff and community members take a great physical space to a whole new level! After exploring many options, I know I chose the perfect work setting for me. I am parking farther away to lower my monthly expenses, but the many positives of being in the Level Office environment make it well worth the walk.

I have loved my coworking membership at Novel. Casey does a great job managing the coworking space and setting up events for those in the community lounge. I had a great experience getting my membership squared away with Kelli back in January.

I recently set up shop at Level Office with a co-worker and Im very pleased with the experience so far and with our private office. The common areas of the office are fantastic and super convenient when we have another co-worker stop by for a quick chat. Chris and Randi are fantastic and always available to help, which is great for me because I commute from Chicago every week. I love my private office suite on the 7th floor of the Level Office Circle Tower! It is the perfect size for meeting with clients. The space is bright and cheery and the entrepreneurial vibe of all the tenants make it a perfect place to do business. Randi and Chris (the office management team) are pure gems. Their positive energy and generous spirits make them an absolute delight to work with.

Level Office Building is one of the most iconic buildings in downtown Indianapolis. Level has done a marvelous job of maintaining the original, hitoric integrity of the structure while matching it with a modern coolness factor that makes for a unique experience. Community managers and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a problem with people coming in off the street, security they provide is not what they make it seem. Right on the Circle, perfect walking distance for anything downtown.

Im an out-of-towner who got to test drive Novel for a day, and Im so glad I did! Randi (the community manager) does a wonderful job of making everyone feel welcome, and she quickly helped me get set up with Wi-Fi and amenities. The decor is warm and inviting, with plenty of natural light, giving the space a cozy feel yet one in which I could still be productive. It wasnt super busy on the day I visited, but from what I observed, members were friendly and respectful. Great atmosphere, nice amenities, right on Monument Circle in a beautiful historic building, what more could you ask for? Will definitely be back if I get the chance!

I have been working in the Circle Tower, in a suite maintained by Novel, since November 2018 (about 4 months at time of review). Novel has done an excellent job.We are in a suite with a main room that has a full-sized fridge, a microwave, a sink, and a dishwasher; also two smaller rooms off of the main room. All the appliances are very new and work great. I like the sink especially, it has one of those faucet heads that pulls out into a sprayer hose when you need that, and a wire rack in the basin. The suite is a great value, very competitively priced compared to other options we looked at, and the location right on monument circle cant be beat. The wifi has been reliable and fast.The folks at Novel have been very helpful as weve had some changing needs for office furnishings, promptly adding/removing desks and chairs (which they provide). The large, new smart TV with an attached Chromecast is a nice touch, and the large, magnetic blue dry erase boards finish out the furnishings with aplomb. The gentleman who manages the building is a pro, though we havent interacted with him much. The main person we see is Randi, Novels community manager. She is perhaps the best part of the whole place. Always helpful, never wastes your time, and absolutely on top of things.I do have a few critiques of the space. First, there are not nearly enough outlets. We are daisy-chaining power strips, which gets the job done, but at least having one in every wall so we dont have to run a 15-foot extension cord around the perimeter would be nice. Second, the coffee machine in the 7th floor coworking break room is pretty much constantly on the fritz. Its an extra fancy model with a little touchscreen where you can choose 8 different options, including things like lattes that include milk, so if it worked consistently, it would be pretty cool. Third, our suite did not include blinds. From talking to folks with another company in a suite down the hall, if you purchase blinds Novel will install them for you. Lack of blinds hasnt been much a problem for us yet over this gray winter, but well see how that develops over the next few months. Last and least, the chairs they provide have a locking mechanism so that you can choose whether you want them to lean back or not; but the locking mechanism itself can sort of get jimmied loose over time, so about once a week someone in the office falls over backward as their chair suddenly and unexpectedly reclines. Its been more funny than problematic so far, but my team are all young and healthy. You could easily avoid this with a few sturdy rubber bands.None of those issues are a big deal for us; theyre more in the vein of X thing is not quite as good as it could be. I highly recommend checking out Novel for yourself to see if it might be right for you - after we had seen it, it only took about 5 minutes to decide it was going to be our companys home for the foreseeable future. No regrets.

I’ve been hanging here for 5 months as I launch a business for my APAC based client SalesPond. Started with a simple day pass desk of the day to check it out. Then leased a furnished space and have grown into another. Plenty of room to grow here. Parking and dining and services steps away.I needed an “address of distinction” and this place provides it with beautiful Art Deco architecture as well.Concierge level service, coffee, fridge and comfy community shared space. “Keep your feet off the furniture sluggo” is what I say to my kids. But here everyone minds their manners.Two conference rooms and offices with views ranging from dull to spectacular across several floors. Big shared space. Three elevators no waiting. Staff is courteous kind and respectful and still calling me “Mister”..I will claim “senior status” as I am twice the age of most of the tenants and a legacy corporate dweller but will share that my college age boys brag on the “cool office” dad has on the circle.Convenient. Right next to symphony hall which explains my MIA on matinee days.Casual dress, high energy, hip respectful vibe with services, decor, architecture, view and great location.Easy choice for a start-up or temp location. Randi Chris Patrick and James make it easy to work here.
