Daniel is amazing!! I showed him an Ankh *that most artist cant duplicate correctly) and after a few tries he has mastered it. I like that even though it was difficult at first he didnt give up and now his Ankh in my nails are flawless!! All the nail techs are good there.

I go in with am idea and they execute ìt well! Also the best pedicures ever at a reasonable price. Great patience!

This would have been my second trip in and I added my name and 3 others to the list to have services done. We signed in at 12:22pm and it is now 2:42pm. They were busy, yes, but there was no where to sit and it was raining. I parked in front of the salon and sat in my vehicle awaiting our turn. Also leaving my number to be reached when it was our turn. They said ok and we waited. Went inside and they said we were to busy to call and you should have been inside waiting, but there were NO SEATS AND IT IS COVID-19 SEASON. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED and felt like my business wasnt appreciated.!!! IWILL NOT BE RETURNING!

Good: Very good service. Very nice people.Bad: Very long wait. Unexpected charges of $1 for using a credit card and $1.25 for nail file and brush (which you get to keep). This wouldnt be bad if it was noticeable on price list. Extra charges should be posted.I did deduct that amount from the tip that I left but wouldnt have if these charges had been posted.

Day after I paid $50+ for nails :( I just wish they’d take their time and give value to the people paying so much to keep them open and running! But better gel polish? Put on more than one coat?

Most nail techs do not speak ANY English, and some are definitely better than others. The gentleman who frequently rocks Armani Exchange T shirts is especially good. Overall I like and love this place depending on the pedicure, and I keep going back! Would recommend. And I think other would too considering the long wait times. Must make a reservation if you want service in a reasonable amount of time on any given day

Recommend calling for an appointment (thats how good they are)but they do take walk-ins. Nice shop and good customer service with great quality work 👍🏽

Vu is THE BEST. I make the drive from Greenwood just for him. Ive had acrylics for over 2 years now so I have been through some techs... He is worth it. This place is BUSY so do yourself and all the nice techs a favor and make an appointment instead of walking in and being rude to staff because its a long wait.

I was sitting in the nail shop for 1hr45mins because they were busy. When it was time for someone to do my nails, I showed the lady a picture of what i wanted and she told me they couldn’t do it because it was too late for the style I wanted. I have a wedding to attend so yes i want my nails a lot certain way. I just wished they would have taken a look at the style I wanted from the time I walked in instead having me sit there the whole time thinking I’m going to get my nails done.

Recommend upgrading to the spa pedicure instead of the basic. My feet are so soft and smooth even a week later. I should have done it sooner. My go-to salon to get acrylic nails. Lots of colors to choose from.

My favorite nail salon I’ve been to! Other salons can make acrylics too thick and different lengths on each nail, but VIP makes the nails perfect!

I have been a long time customer and unfortunately experienced the same issues a lot of other customers had. I think that whether you have an appointment or not, theyre going to take whoever theyre going to make the most money off of. The rude sign of were busy, Id you dont have time, then you should leave is pretty terrible first of all.. My day got completely screwed up because these people didnt care about my business and didnt care to acknowledge that I had an appointment or even offer an apology once they skipped over me. They even skipped over me with multiple walk ins. After seeing someone else being apologized to, my feelings were really hurt. That is extremely rude and unprofessional and I imagine it will eventually come back around on their business in some way. I was able to call another nail salon who was able to get me right in and they were incredibly sweet. Thats it for me vip nails.

Their customer service is terrible! I came in for a pedicure and I choice white as the color for my toes. Wishing less than a week the nail polish started chipping and the color started changing from white to like a reddish brownish color and the person that I spoke with on the phone is telling me that it is my fault that it is changing color and there is no why “scientifically” that it would change unless it came in contact with something else. My point is they are not holding themselves accountable for the fact that they are using poor and cheap products for their customers. Instead they find a way to pin it on you like you didn’t pay for their services. They in no way provided a solution to my complaint only saying that it was my fault that it changed color. Never going back here again just terrible

I scheduled an appointment with Daniel almost a week in advance just to come to the shop and not be greeted. I was referred by someone else so I was shocked along with COVID-19 regulations not being followed. I sat for almost an hour outside of my scheduled appointment time with zero acknowledgement, the servicing of the customers were completely out of order and you could overhear the nail tech at the front complaining about how he was leaving at 7:30 no matter what. He even decided that it was more important to go smoke instead of even speak to the waiting to customers to at least provide some sort of update (FYI the lobby was full when I arrived and over 4 of those ppl were still waiting when I left). I’m beyond positive that customer service is better elsewhere so I’ll be sticking to my nail shop on Brownsburg.

Would not recommend to anyone. I scheduled a 2pm appointment and wasn’t seated until 45 later. The customer service is horrible and unprofessional. Your best bet would definitely be to go 5 minutes down the road to Andy’s nails for better service as well as better prices.

Two times in a row Anne was over 30 minutes late. She is very unprofessional, rude and inappropriate. Owner ( forgot his name) decided he would go ahead and do my fill since Anne was late. He had ME ask Cassie to do my fill and she refused and said something in Vietnamese that I’m sure was her being annoyed. No explanation other than “ he has to keep his employees happy to keep good help” Anne and Cassie are horrible. Do not waste your time or money. Terrible experience!!!!!! I’m being nice in giving them 1 star.

I have had an appointment everytime I have been here with Cassie. I always come early so its convenient for her. But I always have to wait almost 30 minutes after my appointment to get started. Gel manicures last forever! They use actual UV bulbs to set the polish. Some other places cheap out and use regular bulbs which dont really set the polish. The place is very clean and tools are sanitized. Relaxing atmosphere. My favorite nail salon.

I came here a couple of months ago for the first time and the woman who did my nails did an AMAZING job and I could not have been happier. I stopped wearing acrylics for awhile until I decided to get them done for my birthday. A different woman did my nails and they look awful. My nails are literally pointing upward. I told her the length that I wanted but she filed them down so much that they are nothing close to what I wanted. I didn’t have time to have my nails completely taken off and redone so I just went home extremely unhappy. Now it’s 2 days later and the matte topcoat that I paid extra for is already coming off. Probably the worst set of nails I’ve ever gotten.

My mother and I visit this salon to get our mother/daughter pedicures whenever I am in town. The staff is great and they always do a beautiful job.

I would like to say that I enjoyed getting my nails done somewhere different cause I had heard so many good things... but thats not the case today... I definitely went in with high hopes that maybe this place would be decent since it was very nice in appearances, but I was literally not greeted by anyone and didnt even realize there was a sign in desk cause there was no one there... Then, when I was taken back nobody even asked me what I wanted... just pointing and gesturing to do this and that, not even an actual conversation... then when my nails were messed up thats when people started asking me questions and treating me like an inconvenience... Would have been nice if they didnt make me feel like I was inconveniencing them.... it was just as inconvenient to me being there where everyone was speaking a different language, treating me dumb, and not saying anything to me... after nearly three hours of trying to get my nails done in a standard fashion I was more than happy to just leave... It seems as though I was overcharged do to me inconveniencing them... i would have been fine with the charge since they did a pretty good job, very smooth coating...i do have to completely re-shape the tips cause he wasnt listening...but if Im to be treated like Im an inconvenience then Ill be more than happy to bring my money to someone that wont treat me like an inconvenience...I will never be going back again... Ever!!!

VIP nails depends on who you get will milk you for extra cash for things that doesnt make sense. For instance, 2 different times nail person charged $6 for cutting down my nails. Another time, nail person want to charge $10 for filing my already coffin shaped nails... to coffin shape!? What the heck!! If you go there for acrylic or gel nails beware... You may tip them $5, not knowing you have already tipped them $10!

Ive been going to VIP Nail for about 2 years. They are more expensive than other local nail shops but they do a good job. I would have gave 5 stars but you have to make sure you tell them exactly what you want because they will add on hidden costs and say thats what you wanted. Overall, good service, fast and clean.

Me and my daughter went in to get her nails done for her birthday and me a pedicure.... during the pedicure I was burnt with a hit towel taken immediately out of machine to my legs and feet I kicked it off saying how hot it was... nothing..... looked at like i was the problem.....and made to feel like since I hadnt had one in 6 months it was a mess..... not the case... most other shops include calluses removal they charge $5 more even though it literally took her 30 seconds per foot.. . Then my daughter got nails was passed around from artist to artist obviously not doing something right which I did get discount for...then as Im talking with my daughter the gentlemen didnt like my open approach as we talked about mature issues.... and made several comments that were not appreciated.... wont be coming ba k

Ive been a loyal and consistent customer of VIP Nails for at least a year. Not the friendliest staff and a bit pricey, however my nails would always be on point. As of late the manicure doesnt include the final clear polish or even a dab of lotion! Sometimes they clean underneath my nails, most of the time I have to ask. I learned today that prices will increase May 1st. I think Im going to give Andys another try. I enjoyed their Salon, but they arent open on Mondays and thats my typical day to get my nails done.

I made an appointment for noon and I had to wait for 10 minutes upon arrival. I wanted a full set with gel polish. The salon was so disorganized the gel swatches were just thrown on a table in the waiting area. I picked my color which was a very clear pink and the nail tech finally came over to me. The first words were “ it’s clear! Are you sure this color” I said yes it fine. He wasn’t very friendly or talkative. So we sit down and he starts filling my nails down with the drill he did not treat my natural nails the way I’m used to. He glued the nails on and I said I want them long and coffin so he said it was gonna be $10 extra?! So I ended up going with square instead. Then he started applying acrylic before he even cut my nails ?? Like Is that normal? He finally cut them which was okay and then moved on to more filling and then polish. I don’t think he used the right polish because it had a different name than I picked. He did one coat but it was extremely light I asked for another coat and he goes $8 extra???! Finally he glued on the three diamonds I asked for but didn’t secure them correctly so I’m not sure how long they’ll stay on. Finally I was finished i felt like I was rushed the whole time. It was $46 total not bad. Overall this salon was just okay. I may return for my fill but request Joey instead. Ps. Bring your own cuticle oil because they completely skip that part! My cuticles are dry as ever🤔.

This nail salon is already my go-to, as Ive never had a bad experience here. But on Friday I went in for a gel manicure, and CiCi blew me away with the awesome job that she did. As soon as she found out that I was having them done for my wedding, I could tell that she put so much effort into making them absolutely perfect. And she did! They look fantastic, exactly how I wanted them, and she shaped them perfectly. I cant gush over this salon enough!

Only place I will ever go. Everyone there is so friendly and they all do an amazing job. I have yet to walk out of there feeling anything but complete satisfaction.

This place had high hopes. Ive heard so many great things about VIP nails. Im on the fence. I have natural nails and wanted a gel mani. I had an appt, still had to wait past appt time (it happens) I had a photo of what I wanted. She did the best she could and I was satisfied. That night, my right thumb nail chipped. I called the next day and was told to come in for a fix. I did and waited about 30 min to fix 1 thumb nail, did not charge but I still tipped. That night another nail was chipping, I did not call on this one. (On me, its ok.) On day 3 another nail chipped. Not sure why since the first day all I did was get mani and then a massage. The next day all I did was get first nail fixed and then a haircut. I will give them another chance, not sure if it was the tech or what... I did like the atmosphere, did not reek of nail supplies, I LOVED THAT THEY HAND FILED MY NATURAL NAILS!! Most places use the drill thing on my nails to file and such.

I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years. I have tried many different salons in this area. VIP is the BEST nail salon. There nail specialists do the best job. They are quick and efficient. My nails this round have lasted over 5 weeks. I have played 7 games of softball and they literally could go another week. Will I wait no, but it just shows that their product and style prove that they are great. thank you, I will never go anywhere again!Katy

The quality of work is great. The atmosphere is not relaxing. I went for a gel mani/ gel pedi and spent the whole time listening to the staff talk very loudly to each other. It was so loud I couldn’t hear the staff ask me questions about my services. However 3 weeks later there isn’t a single chip in any of my gel polish. It is all about what’s important to you; if relaxing is high on your list, this isn’t the place.

I came in as a walk in and there were available technicians. The guy who greeted me at the entrance decided to take the person that came in after me before me. I sat and waited for about 25 minutes when another customer entered with just a nail repair and they began to service that individual without saying anything to me. So I left the establishment without anyone being concerned. Very poor customer service skills. But the ambiance is beautiful in there.

They always are friendly they include my 4 year old daughter and paint her nails too. They are busy but focus on you. I love it there, if I break a nail out of town. It is never fixed up to my standards of VIP. Love them all!

I liked my nails ok. It took almost 2 hours to finish. And the underside was not cleaned up.

I went in yesterday for a full set with gel polish. As soon as I walked in I was almost wondering if they were even open or if I was in the right place because of all the construction going on with electric saws going... but despite that, they were open. When signing in, I asked first thing how much it was going to be, and was ignored. Then after my nail tech started he told me it was going to be $46, I asked twice why that price when any other time Ive gotten the same service elsewhere its only 40. Again, ignored. I dont know the name of my nail tech as he never spoke more than 2 words to me the whole time and he spoke English because he was talking to other people and talking on the phone... and any time I attempted making small talk he ignored me and jerked my hands around and started filing my nails to the point that I could hardly stand the pain. At the end, they tried to charge me $51 until I had to say something about them over charging me. I left this place with bleeding fingers sore fingers and 2 of my nails have hair on them that has been gel clear coated over so no way not to see it. I will never come back here.

I love VIP Nails!! They do a great job, plus they ask you if you like your acrylic nails, long or short, and other questions to accommodate your taste. You dont feel rushed, but done in a timely manner.

I got a full set acrylic and wanted the pointed shape and the man told me I couldnt get them because my nail wasnt long enough and that it would b more to shape them. And then I asked for a design and he said I gave u a price for a basic and u want to change it I am the customer. I am allowed to change it. I like the work they do. I havent had an issue with nails chipping off or coming off but my issue is the lack of customer service. Im not sure if it is a cultural difference. I think a thank you is meritted when you pay or the credit card slip shouldnt be tossed at you to sign. They have been in business for a couple of years and I hate to say but they are rude. So caution when you go. Dont expect excellent customer service.

Do not waste your money here. I spent $40 for a full set just for 2 nails to break less than a week later. A co worker of mine went to the same shop & spent $10 less than myself on the exact same length and shape; I was over charged. My nail tech did not speak to me, but spoke to the woman next to me the whole time. He told me if I wanted my nails any longer I would need to go to 38th for those kinds of nails. The only positive was that my nails were the exact shape I wanted them.

To start - my sister in law and I went twice. The first time we tried, we signed in and then sat there for over 2 hours, completely treated like we werent there. We went up to the desk twice and asked about it and were still sitting while they helped everyone who came in after us so we finally just left.The second time- The place is nice but the person who did my nails this day ruined it for me. He didnt listen to anything I asked - I need my nails started a bit further back because my nails grow fast, I like them pretty short - he would say okay and then ignore what I asked. And here I am, 4 days later, and my acrylics are already separating from my nail... they look so bad already and its so disappointing. My sister in law really wanted me to love this place but I dont think Ill ever go back.

My mother and I are obsessed with this nail salon. We used to go to andys nail, but after so many bad experiences we decided to try to find a different permanent salon. We finally came across VP nail (after testing out other salons) and this is by far the best place to go! We have never had a bad experience here. They are so gentle with your nails, its unbelievable! Ive never had any of my gel stay on for so long without any chipping; thank you VP nails!
