I got a quote to ship something - looked good. they shipped it and send me an invoice for double! poor business practice for sure. i paid what they quoted and they sent me to collections. terrible company - i will never use them again.

Worst place ever to work. I stayed one week in the office and it was the most horrible week of my life, the only thing worse is losing a loved one. They think high pay makes up for the bad benefits and horrible way they treat you. I wish I would have been carrying a recorder, so I could have turned them in to the labor board.

We experienced several times, where they have told us a specific day for an ETA on a delivery. When we check back in, it is typically delayed 1 -2 more business days. This happens quite consistently.

For OTR drivers: If you have a Monday delivery dont show up Sunday expecting to find parking. This place is locked up tighter than Fort Knox. About a mile down the road there is a Stop and Rob on the corner with truck parking. I think Holland opens at 8am. (Not positive) They dont begin unloading until after 1330 for anyone. Nice enough folks. Theyre Union fellas. Treat em good and theyll treat you good.

I was there to drop off load. The dispatcher told me to drop trailer there in Muncie Indiana and to pick up empty trailer. I looked around there was no empty trailer that he described. I called him back told him that there is no trailer. He told me to go inside and tell them that I am here to pick up empty trailer. The lady that was there came outside and looked and there was no empty trailer. I called him again and told there was no trailer, he said to wait there I’m gonna send someone to find the trailer to give it to you. Before he ended the call without noticing he said “son of a b****** the trailer is there”. Afterwards I found the trailer, it was behind other trailers. I wish I could have recorded it. Astonishingly poor customer service.

I just drove overnight to deliver here 8 am and they would not take me in until after 1 pm. Do not come here. No sign of the receiving office and be ready to smell every ones food because the office is in the workers launch.

For the second time USF Holland lost our delivery. They seemed proud to deliver 21 of the 23 pallets and after the poor customer service from the Indy terminal and lack of communications and rudeness we called the Chicago terminal for assistance. That went better as they at least displayed empathy for the situation. Sure its only $6000 out of our pocket and just learned they will be reimbursing us $1200. Our freight bill is just about that same amount, funny how that works. Weve switched to FedEx Freight...

Awful. They have a four hour pick up window and still are late. There is always some excuse as to why the drivers can never make it on time. Dispatchers, drivers, and their customer service need to work together to get the job done right.

If your an outside carrier delivering here expect to wait they have no respect for appointment times bunch of hillbilly a holes steer clear of this place

Experienced very unprofessional interaction with one of their truck drivers in Indianapolis, called in to report and the report seemed to be taken serious.

Had my freight held on the dock as I was doing training during the day and wasnt at the office to receive. I was promptly helped in the office and one of the fellows brought my shipment out to the ramp quickly.

1 day delivery, did not show up. called about 1/4 till 5 that terrible lady told me they werent coming and i asked wouldnt make sense to call me instead of having stuck there all day. She said they dont have to call me if they show up, they dont have time for that. Rudely transfer me to the terminal when i insisted on finding out why i dont have my item after being charge for one day delivery. Guy told me the truck arrived late and didnt know why they didnt call. Told me next day they deliver at 10am, ive been here since 9am, its almost noon but there is no call or truck. No more, this is my first time using them and they just take a dump on it. They make crappy YRC look like fedex
