I live in Michigan I dont know what FedEx facility my eBay package ended up at in Indianapolis but according to eBay it hasnt left Indianapolis since September 13th the day it was due to arrive at my house in grand rapids michigan your employees are lousy they pick & choose what theyre going to ship 😠

One of the drivers that delivers to my work refuses to let me have our packages because I wont sign his hand held device. Our companys policy due to covid is to refuse to sign they hand held device because of the spreading of germs. We give our name or they are allowed to enter covid on their hand held . There is only 1 driver that I have this problem with. The rest of the drivers have been great. The 1 driver is so frustrating though!!

Im done.. I own a business.. I changed business hours to open earlier to accommodate FEDEX... now they come before I open now on my new hours.. I am done.. I am boycotting anyone who use fedex.. this is a horrible company.. at my home they leave packages by the road side next to my mail box ..at my business they come before I am open at 10am... they try to open my back door that is sealed with a sign on it .. and despite that it say to deliver packages to front door.. they just drive off and not even try to deliver it to the front door.. they are garbage ... worst deliver service every

Delivery attempted but the whole time I was sitting next to the front door and didnt even hear a knock. That is not an attempt. They need to do better, they dont know what we may be doing on our end to facilitate receiving the package to make it easy on their end as well.

The amount of deliveries that get lost or rescheduled is mind blowing, I try to not use FedEx if I don’t have to! The worst.

Missed 2 attempts and had to pick up here after 6 pm. The website didn’t mention to bring anything so I walked in with my ID. The lady didn’t give me my package because I didn’t have anything on me to prove the address even though my name is on the package. My phone did not have internet in that area so I pulled up some pictures of other orders that have my name and the same address that I took for records. I also showed the email with the tracking number for the package the jewelry company sent me. Still, the lady insisted with the “policy” and refused to give me my package. Well, good luck with the policy. I will return that package with the complain to the jewelry company so that they can choose better carriers than Fedex. Now I know why Amazon uses UPS. Swear to Gods, I will never use Fedex service again. Fedex policy is terrible and wasting customers’ time.

Had to wait a bit. But the employees kept an inviting atmosphere. And very quickly processed my shipment.

NEVER going to USE Fedex. Deceitful cheaters.I sent a package for which I was told the charge would be around $48 for ongoing and also return shipment.However, my account was charged $55 MORE than what I was told and what I see on the receipt.Im going with UPS in future.

FedEx office convenient they located probably one of the best in the area used to be real nice customer service things have changed a little bit not as friendly as what they used to be I think its just probably due to covid-19 but whatever the case is walked in with a smile under your man and keep going get what you need

I went here yesterday to see about shipping live invertebrates and the lady told me to come in the next day and theyll ship it went in today to to get my time waisted they went and printed a label after telling me its ok then they canceled it waisted 45 minutes TOTAL LACK OF CONFIDENCE they have no clue what is going on or what theyre doing dont come here if you want anything done efficiently

Have shipped several pieces from this location, all arriving on time and in good condition. Staff is friendly and helpful. Sometimes the wait can be long during peak times due to understaffing.

Never ever use FedEx for packages again, Ill refuse to order anything that uses FedEx. Order a large shipment 10 days in advance. Had a shipment supposed to arrive Saturday. 2 of 3 boxes delivered. When I checked the product and noticed it was missing i checked online it said still out for delivery, maybe they just missed it itll be here Monday, So I let it go. Monday rolled around no package no updated tracking. Tuesday updated tracking to pending, so I called, they take my info well track and contact you back. No phone call back but Wednesday updated to will be delivered by end of the day. Thursday NO PACKAGE! Back to pending. Call again. Wait for same BS info, well find it an call u back. Saturday A WEEK LATE, day i absolutely need the product, still no product, no returned called, nothing.Not to mention anytime you call its a hour wait then the phone disconnects and u have to do it again. Or they transfer you within the building an the transfer doesnt answer and it disconnects you.

I have shipped many packages from this location. Knowledgeable employees, reliable shipping.

A little frustrating when my medicine was delivered to the wrong address and I was told to come pick it up from there and it took them almost an hour to find it and kept telling me it wasnt there it was pretty frustrating but I do understand people make mistakes.

Well I tried to ship a used lawnmower because someone already paid money and I sold it to him on the Mercari app a few days ago and I did not know to have this done first... and I had to take it back home & I do not need it because I live in a apartment and it is taking up space!!!!

If youre having any animals shipped to you, have them hold it at the hub location. Fedex ground delivery is quite pathetic.

My first visit was on July 21, 2016. The FedEx employee couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. He helped me tape the box, filled out the label properly, and assured me that the box would reach my daughter in time. I left the building feeling calm. I will always use FedEx for my shipping needs in the future.

If I could give zero stars I would. Highly recommend using UPS - after my experiences with this group. Keep getting delivery exceptions. No reason in a 24/7 operation they cannot get them to me. The lady working the counter was very pleasant and she made my visit very easy and not painful.

The woman working the counter was rude and slow moving. She kept telling me more tape and just kept barking at me about how I was packing the box! It was a 30lb pool pump, it could only fit in there 1 way!!!!! She said she couldnt break a $20 bill so much son gave her a $5 and it took her over 5 minutes to get us our change! I will NEVER ship FedEx ahain!
