Excellent Shipping & Arrived Days Earlier Than Expected .

Held package for a business week before it started moving then routed it AWAY from my state. Standard fedex, I don’t know why anyone does business with them.Edit: they also appear to ask their employees to rate them on google to boost their reviews as there are many 5 star reviews that all say about the same thing, sketchy as hell.

Waited 7hrs then they canceled load, and didnt even call me when liad got canceled.

Dont show up on the weekend here

They were told to hold a shipment at the dock for pick up. They forward it to a different terminal. It cost me 3hours of time and 6 gallons of fuel. All because someone could not read instructions.

Went there for a customer pick up and was shown great respect by the guy in control of the dock.

Arrived 2100 for 0245 appt. Advised at 0100 load wouldnt be ready until 0400. Advised 0430 load was cancelled due to lack of freight. Sat all night after being pulled off a good load for nothing but layover pay. Standard fedex.

Very busy place. As long as your respectful, follow rules, and dont act like your the only important driver there. They will be kind and are willing to communicate with you if there is a delay. There is a scale on sight if youre worried about weight at all. I will continue to pick loads up out of here.

Had a load that I couldnt get off the truck due to someones scheduling mistakes, or lack there of. So I had to bring it here. Checked in, no wait, went inside, lady who helped me and gave me a door was super nice and very sweet. She got me unloaded and gone in no time. THANKS!!!

Actually the Saia terminals right next door to FedEx thats why you thought I was at FedEx but really first day at the new terminal but FedEx is very impressive Im pretty sure its a good place to work
