Based on other reviews I was expecting the worst. I was pleasantly surprised. I got a text offering two delivery date choices; I got a day before phone call confirmation; and delivery day they called me 30 minutes out. They arrived during the first hour of the promised delivery time slot. Brothers Frank and John were polite, efficient, got the sectional inside, unpacked, assembled in under 30 minutes. Fantastic experience!!!

I called the day before to change the scheduled time for my furniture to be delivered from Wayfair- I was told I would get an email with the updated time. I did, but it was only updated an hour later. So I called this morning (the day of delivery) to see what can be done- There was nothing that could be done but Jenny assured me that I would get a courtesy call informing me that my delivery was on the way.I called back an hour later to see which stop they were at because I know my place was number 3- they were at their first, so I left my office 20 minutes after the call. Just as I pull into my complex I get that courtesy call from the delivery crew saying they were a half hour away.A half hour later I met with Anthony and Bobby (I think) and they put my sectional inside my apartment, which they were only supposed to put it in front of my door.So for me, this company; Anthony, Bobby, and Jenny deserve 5 stars.I say, just talk to them, dont just assume your items will be delivered without a hitch.Good Luck. :)

Apparently Racer Cartage was the shipping fulfillment company for my order which was through Road Runner. Also, they must not do many shipping runs because I just got a sketchy text from them on a Thursday, saying that I needed to schedule a delivery for one of the next 2 Thursdays. Pretty ridiculous to think that my order is an hour away and wont be here for a week or two.

I must say after reading all of your reviews, it is agreed on the fact this is a horrible company. And you should be apologized to. They are liars, and very deceiving. As a delivery driver for them, I can speak from experience. They hid the fact from all of their professional accounts that the company president is currently overseas in the military, and for some reason they thought it was a good idea for payroll department to run the company. And that they did, ran the company in to the ground... as in the doors are closing. No more RCL to ruin your deliveries, lie to you about scheduling times, or ignore your calls!

Horrible business! Dont do business with them if you actually want to get your stuff! My sons $1500 bedroom set has been setting at their facility for over three weeks and the have every excuse in the book as to why I dont have it! The first time their driver showed up an hour and 5 minutes late and nobody was home. Then Basically told me that it didnt matter that it was their fault and the they only deliver to Lafayette on Tuesdays and I would have to wait until next Tuesday to get it even tho it was their fault! THEN they didnt show up the next Tuesday either! THEN nonstop delivery (the original delivery company that hired them) basically made them make a special delivery for friday.... guess what!? They didnt show up then either! Currently filing a police report, good luck everyone!

Supposed to deliver a wayfair package from 11-3, took the day off to not have an expensive piece of furniture sitting on front patio, and now almost 10 hours later no delivery. Called their office and it was closed. Seems like based on past reviews, nothing but issues.

I purchased an order from Wayfair 30 days ago. Racer Cartage still has it. They also do not call back when you leave voice messages. Recommending to Wayfair use other order fulfillment companies. Tried to leave 0 stars but have to put 1 in order to post.

Terrible. I ordered a treadmill from NordicTrack and this was the company they used for my white glove delivery. They would only contact me via generic text to schedule a delivery. I tried texting and calling them to schedule a delivery and never received a response back. NordicTrack even contacted them on my behalf and promised me Racer would contact me to schedule but they never did. I finally just cancelled my entire order and bought my treadmill elsewhere. Dont use this company. If I could give them a zero I would.

Racer Cartage has the worst customer service I have ever personally seen. I ordered a bed from Walmart and was to have it shipped to my house and have it delevered on Friday 2/24/17. The day before arrival I called to confirm it would be here on the stated date. I was informed by walmart that estes would be shipping it to me. I called Estes and they scheduled me for Monday 2/27/17. Later that evening I got a suspicious text message to schedule my delivery from a Racer Cartage which I had never heard of. They called me the next day to setup my delivery which they claimed they could not do until 2/28/17 between 8a-12p. While I was unhappy this would have been acceptable. On the morning of 2/28/17 at 11am I called to see if they were on the way as I still had to work that day. I was told that they had lost part of my bed, keep in mind this is a king sized bed and 2 twin xl bases, and that it would take 24hrs for them to do a dock search. I tried to speak to a manager but upon asking and calling several times I was either hung up on or sent to a voicemail. Later that day I spoke to the driver manager who explained they would look for it but seemed very disinterested in helping me until I chewed him out. Miraculously after 20 min they found my other part to my bed however refused to run a special truck to me that day mind you I live 25 min from their facility. So I was promptly given a delivery date of 3/1/17 before noon which I stressed was important. At 8am on the day of the delivery I called and confirmed the morons hadnt lost any pieces and that it was actually on the truck Jenny in the office confirmed that it was and that it would be there at noon. At 1130 am I called and spoke with another associate to see what was going on with my delivery they called the driver and told me it would be 2pm before they got there when I complained I was told that their paperwork said it didnt have to be delivered until 315pm. I called Evan Mitchell operations manager after that which he did not answer so I left him an email letting him know that I was very upset and had been having multiple problems and that I would be contacting the BBB, Walmart, and Estes freight to complain. He of course never responded. I received my package on 3/1/17 at 2pm 2 out of the 3 boxes were completely destroyed one barely held together by shrink wrap. Product does not appear to be damaged however. If I could give them a negative star I would in my rating of them they are by far the worst customer service people I have seen I will never use these imbeciles again.

We ordered an elliptical through NordicTracks website and received notice that it had shipped. When I tried to track the package online, it just said delivered and I had no elliptical, so I got on their online chat service to find out what was wrong. My elliptical had been delivered to Racer Cartage, and the NordicTrack customer service representative told me that the company should have contacted me to arrange delivery. Since they hadnt, he gave me their phone number. I had to call 9 times before I was able to get a person on the phone to arrange delivery. They actually showed up the first time, on time, which from reading other reviews seems like a miracle. But the right leg of the elliptical was bent and couldnt be attached, so a new part had to be ordered. We ordered the part and contacted Racer when it had arrived to come out and complete assembly. They did not show up on the date that was scheduled and I received a phone call from a Racer employee who told me that the guys were new and its clear they dont know how to assemble the things they were delivering, so they were running way behind. An actual representative of the company told me that their employees didnt know what theyre doing. The rep then rescheduled assembly for a week later between 1-4pm. When 4:40 rolled around and no one was here, I called and spoke with another service rep who told me that their employees were still on a delivery/assembly from 2:30 that afternoon and were running late. They arrived at 6pm and told my husband that they were told by their boss that they were assembling a treadmill, not an elliptical, and so they didnt have the right tools. My husband went out to the garage and got them an allen wrench from his own tools. So in short, I paid $250 for assembly from a company that didnt answer their phone, didnt show up, showed up late, and showed up unprepared due to poor communication from upper management. Please understand, I am not saying anything against the guys who did our delivery and assembly. They were courteous and professional, and worked late to get our elliptical put together. I am sure these guys get too many assignments each day and theres no reasonable way for them to keep on schedule. I am not complaining about the actual deliverymen at all. However, I will be contacting NordicTrak to ask them to cancel their contract with this company and go with another service provider. And I will have it on file with NordicTrak that I will not accept any further deliveries or assembly/maintenance through Racer Cartage. If enough people do this, and enough businesses pull out of using this company, maybe that will finally make an impression on management that their many customer complaints have failed to.

Not impressed at all. I had to help him carry the new mattress into my house while his partner stayed in the back of the truck, moving things around. There was no consideration to take off shoes when walking on the carpet. He told me he wasnt supposed to take the plastic packing material with him, that I was supposed to keep it in case I needed to return the mattress. And they told me they didnt have room to haul away my old mattress and springs, which was part of the deal. I told them they had to take and they did!

Beware of this people. They were supposed to deliver my mattress and haul away the old stuff, they did not do it claiming that the mattress was a hazard for them .so before you do any business with them make sure they do what they supposed to then sign the paperwork . No recomiendo a esta gente para nada son supremamente irresponsables

They were a sub for Wayfair to deliver my packages. Original date to ship was Tuesday the 24th. They called on the 24th stating they couldnt find the business. Told them where it & I was expecting to see them later. I called to see where they were at the end of the day and no one answered twice. Someone called on 25th stating they couldnt find me. They had no idea someone called me day prior. I asked what time would they be here today and they stated they would not be here till Monday the 30th. I had to go get my own packages just to make our deadline. The only positive note was the warehouse guys were nice and helped me load up all the packages.

The absolute worst delivery service. They have so many excuses for not doing the job. They held my package since Dec7. No one notified me. They were to deliver Dec29 but didnt do it with a lame excuse. Dec 30 they delivered 6 hours late with an oh well as the excuseNo customer concern or service

HORRIBLE. They delivered a bed last year--a $5000 adjustable bed----didnt set it up correctly.Just today --- they left bed on the porch, left the fence open, and my dogs escaped. I am handicapped. They are AWFUL.

Horrible experience with this delivery service, when my I turned around to inspect the stove, one or both of the 2 delivery men took $120 cash off the shelf beside where he was standing. I called to report it to the company because the money was there before they came and then gone right after and have yet to get a response. We will be filing a police report.

Horrible! Yet, the last delivery proved PERFECT with Joseph & Eddie. Ask for those two gentleman, they were exceptional and truly treated me as a customer deserving respect.

Worst delivery service ever!!!!! Ordered furniture from JC Penney and it took three delivery times to get it to my house. Had to make five phone calls. Horrible customer service!!!!!
