Pickup time minimum 2 hours. Restrooms yes. Trailer clean required, with broom is fine. Should be No odour in trailer. Pagers.

Avoid this location if you can. Before I get this location I read the reviews of drivers. “Saying rejection of trailers”. I have 2020 trailer I cleaned and went truck wash. When arrived this horrible place to pick up I was in dock for 1HR and they said we can’t take it.

If you have all day and nothing else to do to great place to come they have signs up all over about cant be early cant be late yet Im here going on four hours already was here on time When I went to check on the status 2 hours after being in the dock load had not even been staged yet. They will all get to go home once their shift is over But with computer logs some of us dont have that luxury sucks on a Friday night

People were pretty nice. My biggest problem was with other drivers that thought they should be given priority over everyone else. Only 4 stars because they took 3+ hours to load me and I was there 10 minutes before appt but they didnt check me in until 7 minutes after.

Please note we ship FOOD GRADE STARCH. Therefore Trailers cannot have glass or metal shavings. And No Odors!! Sorry but our yard isnt big enough for trailers to sit here all day, so please only arrive 30 minutes early. Our normal load time is an hour and 15 minutes. Otherwise safe travels to everyone.

I do Want to give them five ⭐️s but I just red their reviews and remembered that, yea, %75 of the people there were not so nice....but who cares! They loaded me within 1:15 of my arrival and processed me very quickly. Not bad for first time picking up there 😛

These people are very rude and racist. Shipping office told my driver to get out because he had an accent . Not gonna send anymore trucks to this place or any place this company has. Driver is an old humble man, and they treated him like an animal. Hope management is reading this and will train their staff accordingly.

****Truck Drivers****DO NOT get here more than an hour before your appointment, they will turn you away!If youre more than 30 minutes late you have to reschedule.When you go to the guard shack they will give you a yellow card to fill out with all your info, you HAVE to have your pick up #.You go around the building and to the left, park on the curb to the RIGHT.Go to door 16 (its a yellow door) with your yellow card.They will give you a door, slide tandems and back in.Than you go inside to have a trailer inspection done.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you clean your trailer throughly before pick up! This is food grade and they will turn you away if its dirty and/or smells.Be prepared, this place is packed full of trucks constantly coming in and out. Theres no painted dock lines either.

2 hrs loading after an appt time. No need to go in there early they will not load you before you appt.

If you get a load from this place just reject it. Not worth the headache. Trailers have to new from manufacturer to get loaded. Swept it twice with a kitchen broom and still got rejected. Ive hauled similar product from other places without any trouble.AVOID. AVOID. AVOID

Very rude and grumpy. Only met 1 person that was sorta nice. But first thing when I pull in Im greeted by a younger guy with a f*** Trump hat (I didnt vote for him but seriously lets be professional) and skinny sweatpants and right then I knew this was not going to be a good stop. Dont come here if you can avoid it.

Had 8:30 appointment showed up at gate 8:00. Checked in with guard filled out yellow card with load info and proceeded to shipping office. Was assigned door right away product was staged directly in front of my door.. forklift driver loaded me right away.. make sure trailer is clean when you get here.. no overnight parking but I still wish every shipper worked like this.. if you’re coming from truckstop at I465 exit 4 just take Harding all the way north to Oliver turn left to Belmont make right. Go few blocks over r/r tracks and gates on left big sign..✌️

My experience was different. If u follow instructions everything will be good. I show up 1 hr before appt. And they put me in door 30 minutes late. Mty in in 45 minutes after appt. Ladies, in receiving make good job.

NOT A FRIENDLY PLACE!!!, and the way they set up the arrival, is deliberately to make you fail. A ovios transparency way, to EXTORT,money from the drivers!!!!p. s. Hopefully more drivers will come forward and write, about their, miserable way this company (Sataria) conduct their business!!!

Takes too long to get loaded very picky about the trailers they must be very clean and you better have trailer or container in a top condition otherwise you spent all day just to get loaded ( no odor no trash of any kind no holes at all and no metal shavings) and you better have right pick up number if you dont they dont care that you came on time if you have pick up number wrong they will treat you as a late arrived if you give them pick up number after appointment time.

Got here 45 minutes before my appointment time, sign says no earlier than 30 but they didnt give me any hassle. They gave me a broom to sweep out my trailer, I made sure to do it well, and they started loading me 15 minutes after my appointment time. Looks to me like some lazy, whiny drivers are dragging this places score down.

As a driver, when you bring in a clean trailer but get told its rejected.....theres a BIG problem! Not big on customer service and rude people there.

Always get unloaded without a problem. The guy at the check in office is really nice and friendly.

Save yourself a ton of trouble and go ahead and stop by the Blue Beacon when you get off 465 and drop $30 on a washout,very particular about the trailers...and don’t come more than an hour before your appt because they’ll make you leave.Abt 2.5 hrs in and out
