Great place to live. Great staff.

I’m so pleased with how the leasing staff handled a situation with my broken dryer. The staff was nothing was short of kind, patient, and accommodating. They immediately offered assistance in using another dryer on-site and communicated with me every day to give me updates on when it would be fixed. The Southern Dunes staff is the best!

Very friendly Staff always fun to play!

First advise when you plan to go live there is don’t!!!Expensive, and has poor walls and roof quality.The roof is so thin that you can hear every single noise from the neighbors upstairs.Landlord very unhelpful and doesn’t care at all

Im not sure why these apartments cost a lot when they have a weak building structure. Youll struggle to sleep due to the vibration of the walls and ceilings. They are beautiful apartments, but extremely noisy.

Stay far away! This apartments may appear nice but they were built quickly and as cheap as possible. I listed our experience below.- Sprinkler went off in apartment above us leading our ceiling and fan collapsing in on us- A/C broke after first use- Tiny ants everywhere despite two visits from pest control- Poor design: water is switched (cold is hot and hot is cold), Fridge cannot open all the way so you cant use one of the drawers, Light bulb in fridge detaches every 2 months and Guest bathroom shower leaks water because no door and barrier is too low-Poor amenities: Outside Grills never work or have propane, Water and wipes in workout room are never filled-front desk accepts packages and does not notify tenant. When asked what their process was regarding packages, they stated that they are very behind right now.- Poor location: traffic is horrible trying to enter and exit the complex

Great place to live! Apartments are super nice! Office staff is super helpful and friendly! Amy helped us from the beginning and was a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend living here.

They werent upfront about the requirements. there were stipulations AFTER i applied, so now here i am waiting to get my deposit back. inconsiderate considering the fact that we are in the middle of a pandemic.

Make 5x the rent. Got Denied end of June. Now it’s going into September and I still haven’t gotten my $200 deposit back.The staff is fake they. Claim they took a note and will look into things and sit next to the phone and don’t answer after days of not calling me back.

Horrible staff at the Souther Dunes Apartment. I was a resident of Souther Dunes Apartments for 6 months. During winters the sprinkler pipes in a number of apartments froze and burst, flooding the apartments. My apartment was flooded while I was traveling. The staff did not make any attempt to notify me of the situation. I came home to find my stuff moved everywhere, carpet ripped off . The office manager then claimed that she called me. I have telephone records that show otherwise. I was out of the apartment for 10 days while it was being worked on. Luckily my renters insurance covered it. Then after I left the apartment, I never received the security deposit back (this is 5 months after leaving now). I have left multiple messages and sent several emails with no response. I am planning to take legal action against the management. Avoid at all costs!

Pretty place, but someone likes to steal exhaust systems around here. Mine was stolen 10/05/1. Then my car was broken into 1/19/18. I hope theyre not paying too much for security. 😃

Stay away bad service bad neighbors bad quality expensive for nothing

I lived here for a year and Carla and the staff were *extremely* helpful - they always remembered me and helped out with lots of favors and were super responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

After reading the review from another resident, I felt like it should be known that we too were victims of a car burglary in January. We had just moved into the complex! They stole a garage door opener and some keys not even knowing that they were not any use to our residence. LOL My boyfriend notified the rental office, but they informed him that there wasnt much they could do because there are no security cameras.Other than that mishap, I love the community. Its around the corner from my childhood home. The staff is friendly and easy to do business with.

Cheap rent and lots of newly constructed units; many with a provided washer and dryer. Pool and gym on site. Clean and well kept grounds.

Annoying neighbors and the staff are very lazy

If I wanted to live in an apartment, this is where I would live. Their clubhouse/pool/business center/gym is spectacular.

Ive lived here for a year and have zero complaints. My 2bd/2ba apartment is beautiful and spacious. Maintenance is quick and the staff is pleasant. Only downside is the traffic that backs up from Southport and 37.

I absolutely LOVED living here my senior year of college. I had a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment. It’s in a great location - close to Greenwood and downtown Indianapolis. The staff are so kind and helpful when any issues arise. Definitely would recommend!
