This was my first time living at college crossing and I overall really enjoyed living here! The staff (Vania) is really good about helping you with stuff like maintenance requests and they are also just really friendly! They did a nice job also of planning fun events for residents, despite everything with Covid-19. Overall, I would recommend living here!

I decided to live in College Crossing as a more economically reasonable option for my last year of grad school at UINDY as compared to other on- campus options. I loved the proximity to the Health Pavilion as all of my classes were located near that building -- therefore, commute to campus, whether walking or via car was quick and easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and Vania in particular was super helpful with maintenance requests, gym operations (as COVID placed a few restrictions on hours and guests limits), and retrieval of incoming packages. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and planned some pretty awesome events to show appreciation for her residents!

Great community of people as well as great staffing with the all star being Vania Wyatt. She always has raffles and mini games with a chance to win prizes. She creates a great welcoming atmosphere to all.

The staff made college crossing a really good place to live. I recommend it to any UIndy students looking for an affordable place to live.

It is one of the best places to live near University of Indianapolis. Good management gets any issues resolved fairly quickly. Quite expensive though for students. The walls are fairly thin, so if you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend this place for you. Expect weekend parties because mostly fun loving students live here!

Staff and maintenance are open and friendly. Would like to see the response time of maintenance to be quicker but overall, College Crossing is a well managed facility.

I have lived here for two years now. The management is pretty good with quick turn around time with maintenance. There were numerous time I would send an email to the manager and that same day someone would be in the apartment fixing the issues. The downside to this apartment is that if you live on the first or second floor you can hear every little noise that your upstairs neighbor is doing at 3AM. I have also had my car broken into. There have been many car break-ins there so make sure you are locking your car. My roommate had someone back up into her car and drive away. There was a lot of damage, so she went down to the office to see if they could find the security footage but the security cameras suck so they could not get any info and they couldnt even tell what the car was. It is also close to the University so that was really nice when I was in school. Every place you live is going to have their pros and cons.

I lived in this place for close to an year! i moved out because i was moving out of the state. The place is well maintained, neat, and the management is friendly and the apartments are maintained up to date. Now there may be a few parties on weekends and i think that is what you should be expecting in a place full of college students. If you wanted a place full of silence then the library is the best place to live. The parking is well maintained and they have security cameras and doors all through the place. Most of all, the apartments are centrally air conditioned and heated so its a huge relief. Its better than most of the apartments you would find in the vicinity of UIndy. It is much safer and with all your friends around you its definitely more fun. They have fun events and resident interaction events couple of times every semester. I am going back to this place if i came back to Indiana. Definitely, definitely a safe place to live..

There are PROs to living here which include its nearness to UIndy if you go there. Its also nice to be close to I-65 too. There are so many more CONs though.College Crossing is managed as if they make their money off the bad tenants and tolerate the good ones. It is true that this place is not occupied by serious students and that the place is filthy but what makes it bad is that the building is so cheaply built that you can hear way too much. Doors slamming constantly, people partying, fighting like white trash in the courtyard... it goes on and on. The building is poorly maintained, it is not uncommon to see puke on the grounds and in the hallways, parking is a hassle (not that it comes to anything because cars get vandalized anyway). The manager is a harridan who knows how to manage college students like Jeffrey Dahmer knew how to babysit.Avoid this place. When Hunter Properties gets the message, maybe things will improve but they seem pretty clueless about property management right now.
