Dennis went out of his way to ensure my furnace was running properly and was able to call office and go pick up parts and fix same day.Dennis was also able to get my MicroPower Guard furnace filters ordered & to have delivered no later than mid next week. Our heat pump was not cooling yesterday and I called for service. Next Day service !! The service man was on time, took about 30 minutes to fix, we have air !!! 6 yrs. ago, our heat pumps went out in our house. They installed 2 heat pumps that afternoon. 2 yrs ago, we had rental house and heat pump went out, One Hour installed a new one that afternoon. Zach Snyder was my technician. He was extremely professional and very informative. He replaced my AC’s compressor, as well as gave me helpful tips on keeping my unit clean from cottonwood. Just when I thought his job was done, he went to truck and retrieved his brush and coil cleaning solution and cleaned my entire AC unit. Job well done.

Our thermostat went blank and with it being 13+ years old I figured we just needed a new thermostat. Bobby came out and took a look at our system and found another problem that caused a fuse to blow which caused the entire system to shut down. Turned out to be a wire that had chafed on the outside unit which caused the fuse to blow and protect the system. Bobby was knowledgeable and checked everything to make sure he had the problem resolved. Thanks again Dial One and Bobby B for keeping us comfortable and at a fair price. Just another reason we have continued to count on Dial One for our heating and cooling maintenance!

Air conditioning went out during the night, called the company and got a tech out later that day and when he arrived it was fixed in 20 mins flat, he did his best to give me the best value possible for the services provided! All this type of work is expensive but I feel like it was reasonable! It was 90 outside today and I thought I was going to pass out! So thankful to have my a/c unit back up and running in no time! Though he was giving us bad news, we appreciated Troys professionalism and help navigating our issue. Our unit was nearly 15 years old and had frosted over. He helped us understand what happened and the scope of all of our options. He did not pressure us to replace our entire system, even though we ultimately are. Additionally, we were originally scheduled for an install about a week out but we got a phone call less than 24 hours later to let us know they can get us in early. Being in the dead of summer, that was great news for us. He also arrived to the appointment earlier than scheduled which was great. Weve used One Hour before and had an equally great experience last time. Well continue working with them - though hopefully with a new unit, we wont have to again anytime soon!

We were able to have someone else come out to fix our air and he did not have to replace the unit. He filled it up with R22 and we were up and running again, WASTE of my money!1st Review...🙄Was honest and did not try to sell me something I did not need. R22 air conditioners are not able to fix without the R22 and there is not alot of that around. So we were left with having to get a new air conditioner. :/

The contempt the employees had for their job was breathtaking. Its insulting when you let strangers come into your home and disrespect you by performing an incredibly sloppy job. Initially, they refused to replace the output box connected to the air handler. I told them it was part of the job and they angerly placed it. You can see below how they installed it. It fell apart minutes after they left. I complained. They were forced to return and fix it. However, I never had any follow up from leadership. This makes sense: weak and ineffectual leadership lends to the caliber of employees sent to my house. Regardless of how shiny the salesman is, the installers are who that matter. I have no doubt the job done at my house and the poor leadership behind it will invariably adversely effect your home and family. Customer beware.

I am selling a property and the buyer requested an hvac maintenance inspection. I called One Hour in the morning and was surprised to find out that they had a technician available that afternoon. Cody came by and was very thorough and professional in checking both systems. I was given a long summary of the inspection findings that I was able to forward to the buyer. I was quite pleased with the service and experience.

Frank and his assistant were amazing! They went above and beyond what was expected. He worked with his electrical department to get me cool air and did not push the work off to another team. Very happy customer, would highly recommend!!!!!

Technician was friendly and focused. He listened to my description of the issue Id been experiencing with the system. He showed me the malfunctioning part and used a meter to show it wasnt working within standards. While here, he tested other components of the system to ensure everything else was working properly. He even tightening the thermostat which had been loose and crooked since installatuon!

One Hour has been there for my wife and I 2 years in a row for emergency replacements. First when our 15 year old furnace failed in the middle of January. We had our heat restored in 6 days with a new furnace and lucked out with a week of 50° weather while we were without. This time with a new AC unit installed in less than a week from scheduling an appointment when we were warned they were backed up 9-10 days on installations.Each time we were met with friendly and honest sales reps that took their time explaining our options. Our house is well insulated and very efficient with utility usage, and neither time were we ever pressured into upgrading to more expensive or fancier units.Both installation teams arrived on time, were very friendly, and were suprisingly fast with removing the old and installing our new units. They were respectful of our home, understanding with our multiple dogs and cat, and kept a clean and clear workspace.We had multiple companies come out and quote our jobs each time. One Hour was very competitive with their pricing and because of the service we received I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Devin went above and beyond on the maintenance of 2 AC UNITS. He had to replace a part in each unit. He explained in detail what the issues were so I had a very clear understanding of the problems. I had my furnace, that is not a year old, serviced for the third time in the last two weeks. I have been told each time a different reason for the issue and been given different solution to avoid the problem again. I was charged today because the filter, that is two weeks old and was recommended by the last technician, was clogged because of a small room humidifier on the third floor (the furnace is in the basement behind a closed door). I was never explained to me in the other three service calls that a small room humidifier could cause a one year old furnace to stop working over and over. I have no confidence in the future of the furnace, the company or their technicians. I would highly recommend staying away from this company. I also tried to reach out to them prior to this posting and was unable to reach management. Management stepped up and gave me a clear path to handle further issues and gave me a concise reason for the existing issues. They also removed the last service charge and left me feeling much better about the situation.

The tech was honest! Our air-conditioning went out and all we needed was a new blower motor. He could have told us we needed a new system and we would not have known the difference. But since our system was 11 years old, we had him install a new lower unit.

Aaron immediately diagnosed our issue when he arrived on time last Thursday. Unfortunately it required a part to be ordered which would not arrive until late Tuesday. Our appointment for repair was scheduled today. Aaron arrived at 8:40 this morning and diligently completed the necessary repairs & replacement shortly after 11am. Employees arrived on time and notified me when they were on their way. They were polite and professional and answered all my questions after installing my née a/c and thermostat. They wore shoe covers in the house and showed me how to operate the new thermostat. They even closed up a hole in my cement that was allowing water to collect where it shouldn’t be and explained what they did and why.

The gentlemen that came was very nice and did his job. But everyone I talked to gave me different information 1. Told me they be back in 2 days. 2. Told me they be back in 24 hrs. 3. Put coolant in 4 years ago while under warranty tech said probably a leak but that was it. 4. Now leak again of course not under warranty. 5. Tech today was told when I called I said unit wasn’t working but I specifically asked that guy are you sure I was told it takes 2 weeks to go through system he said yes supervisor on shift said tomorrow morning. Needless to say it’s been a frustrating circus.
