We are so lucky to have found this amazing company! We had other quotes that were higher and took way to long to get back with us. Turk was very responsive, KNOWLEDGEABLE, friendly, neat, and professional. Last week the replaced our ac unit and furnace in our home. They even let us borrow a portable unit to help us sleep in this heat. Today they finished a complete redo on a home we purchased to fix up for our son. When I say complete, I mean everything! New ac, furnace, duct work, and additional duct work ran to a now finished attic. I can not say enough about this company and their crew.

Finding Turk’s is like finding aGem. I was told by another company I needed to replace my HVAC at an astronomical price. My neighbor has used Turk’s for 20 years and recommended I give them a call. Their quote was HALF the cost so I already was relieved. As it turns out, after a couple of visits they found my AC line was full of dirt. I called at 3:00AM. and left my name and number. They returned my called at 8:15AM and were at my home around 12:30PM. Eric was the technician and found the trouble right away. I highly recommend Turk Heating and Cooling. I was having an issue with my thermostat, which another company I had called could not figure out. I called Turk and spoke with the owner Mark. After describing what kind of furnace and thermostat I had, he was able to diagnose what the problem was over the phone. He told me he would call and see if he could get the correct thermostat. Not long after I hung up with him, a Turk van pulled into my driveway with the thermostat I needed. Tech Casey Cosby installed the thermostat and had my furnace working again in about 30 minutes. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Called on Saturday afternoon when our air conditioning quit in steamy-hot temps. Was offered choice of having them make a weekend service call at a higher price or waiting til Monday morning -- I decided we could live with it til Monday. Service guy was here in early a.m., diagnosed the problem (bad capacitor), replaced the part, and left our A/C again running well! Recomnended!

Called because a split unit in my house needed check for possible leak and refrigerant. Was informed they arent doing that, only service requests... I paused and thought, if this gentleman doesnt understand that I need this unit serviced as the next few days will be 90s, then Im not even going to waste my time.Update:Not quite sure how one could determine whether or not they installed it without asking anything about it... Just stop with the back pedaling, lying, and trying to label it as a misunderstanding. If it doesnt work, call Turk. Then call someone else to actually get it done.

We had a competitor come out in January when our heat went out. They got us going and installed a new smart thermostat. When it was time to turn on the AC, it didnt work. We called Turk this time based on their reviews. They arrived sooner than estimated. They got us up and running in no time. They found that the thermostat was not installed correctly and the wiring to the heat pump unit outside was changed and incorrect.Well be using them for all our HVAC needs going forward and highly recommend them to anyone.

I used Turk to install a ductless A/C and heating unit in the upper floor of my home. They were a great company to work with from start to finish. They came out to give a quote and did a much more thorough job than other companies I had called. They were very honest and by far the most reasonably priced out of all the companies I called, which included other local companies. At no point did I feel like I was trying to be force sold a product that I did not need. Every employee I met with was very kind and courteous. The day of installation they completed everything in a timely manner and left no trace that they were even there. They walked me through how to use and maintain the Mitsubishi unit they installed. I plan to use them anytime I need any HVAC service done at my home and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Turk Heating and Cooling came out for a new HVAC system today. They showed up right on time and were very quiet throughout the whole ordeal. I work from home currently and I could barely hear them installing the furnace. The technicians were respectful and wore masks within the home, which was greatly appreciated. I was very pleased with the service and would 100% hire them again!

We recently, October 2019, had our furnace and central air conditioner replaced. Turk Heating and Cooling exceeded our expectations. The quote was easy to understand and considerably cheaper than our other quotes for comparable equipment. A few days before the installation, Mark, the owner visited our home. Mark made sure the equipment ordered was correct for our needs. He explained the process and confirmed his crew would have all the materials needed. Casey and Chris the installers are excellent. Friendly, courteous and very professional. After removing our old furnace, some leaking duct work was found. This duct was not supposed to be replaced. The guys went back to their shop and fabricated a replacement anyway ! Just to do the right thing. I was very impressed. I would have never known there was a problem. We are a very happy customer.

I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate this company. I have a baby with special needs and one being respiratory difficulties. My ac went out late at night and I called and left a voicemail approximately 7 am. I had a returned call 15 minutes later, and Eric was at my door by 8 am (mind you they had a full schedule that day AND doesn’t open until 9 am). Not only did Eric fix my issue, but he showed concern about how my baby was doing. That’s a personal touch that made my heart happy. My home air conditioner line was frozen and stopped working. I called Turk Heating based on high Angie’s List ratings and positive comments on a local Facebook page. Chad came out and checked the system. He determined the coolant was low and added what was needed. Chad was courteous, the bill was very reasonable, and my a/c is working like a charm. He didn’t try to sell me a new system like other companies have done when they provided annual service. I have found an honest company that I’ll call for my future heating and cooling needs.

I hate to be this way...but I do understand what the gentleman meant by his response, but I was not looking for anything other than help. I, along with a trained family member put in a system a little while back, but that family member has yet to come back and put filter system in...and as I am tired of waiting, I started calling around. Turk came recommended so I called them first. I explained that the system is in, but I needed someone to come out and look and see if they could help me with putting in just some duct work and a filter unit on the top of my system. Scheduled routine maintenance with Turk in April. They came out and serviced the AC unit in a very timely manner. There maintenance package was very cost effective and includes both heating and cooling. So they will be back at the house in the fall to check the heating unit prior to winter. I was incredibly pleased with our experience with Turk Heating and Cooling. They replaced our entire HVAC system. The service was excellent and the price was very competitive compared to other quotes. Our furnace stopped working during the week of an expected cold snap. Turk brought us portable heaters until they could get us on the schedule for a new HVAC install, which was a few days out. When another job finished earlier than expected, they called us and said if we didnt mind if they did the job in 2 parts, they could come that day and do our furnace installation before the temperatures dropped into the 20s. They installed the furnace and then as promised, came back a week or so later and completed the air conditioner portion The sales rep Justin even called to remind me to apply for our $300 IPL rebate when he saw I hadnt filed it yet. Our furnace was 20 years old, so the new one has cut our electric bill by over half and it works great due to their expert installation. I highly recommend them.

They serviced my old system for 3 1/2 years and just last week installed a brand new system at my home. There was some tweaking to the duct work that needed to be done to get the new, advanced system running into proper operational limits. We decided to get a quote from Turk because of the proximity of their office to the house that needed either furnace repair or replacement. (Like, right across the road!) Of course, we were hoping for repair, but as it turned out, the heat exchanger on the furnace was beyond that option, so we got a quote on a new furnace. It wasnt a good price; it was an excellent price! So we decided to add central air as well. We got the quote on Tuesday and the intallation took place on Thursday. Justin and all the techs that were involved were personable and knowledgeable. We are happy to find a local company that we can rely on. Highly recommended!

It was Sunday morning and my heat wasnt working. I left a message at about 9:30 and got a call back in 15 minutes. I was told there were a couple calls ahead of me and they would call when on the way. 2 hours later and I get a call. Mark T shows up about 20 minutes later and it is a very minor issue. He gets it straightened right out and offers to conduct a basic maintenance and cleaning also for the cost of the after hours/weekend service call fee or, for VERY little more, I can set up an annual plan that will bring them back out in the spring for pre-cooling season cleaning/maintenance. I definitely feel like I was treated fairly and that they work with an eye to ongoing relationships rather than just a quick buck.Mark was polite, not condescending as I have experienced with other mechanical and home maintenance techs. He was meticulous about the uses of booties as he came up an down from my old concrete basement and in and outside.I wholeheartedly recommend Turks!

Weve had an issue all summer where the A/C was making our lights dim off and on while its running. We had another company out to see if they could locate the problem. We had a couple of quotes back in April for a A.C. replacement. Compared Broad Ripple Heating & Cooling and had Comfort Air come out. Comfort Air had installed the last AC unit (Trane) and the comoressor went out twice within 2.5 years of installation. Because we were the new homeowners, they were unable to honor their guarantee and wanted a service fee to look at it. Nah, the guys Turk initially troubleshoot the A.C. identified the problem and recommended solutions. After a quote from BRHC and a quote from Turk, it was clear who we should go with. Refunded the service fee, did a more through evaluation of our home and beat BRHC price by $1000 with a better unit. Went with an Infinity Series Carrier and have not been disappointed in the slightest. Thank you Jason and the Turk Heating & Cooling team☺.
