Jed is knowledgeable and fixes things quickly, Im a tenant and communication between me, the property management and Jed goes smoothly. He responds to work orders soon after they are made. If I ever get around to owning a house he will be who I call for heating and ac.

Cant recommend Jed McQueens services enough in Indy. We had a failing AC unit, and Jed communicated with us multiple times from beginning to end. We got a phone call to schedule service literally the minute after the bid to replace the unit was approved. He fit us in the next morning, did an excellent installation job and even built an additional shelf for the filter. He and his associate spent time going over the work completed and cleaned up the area before leaving. Very impressed -- without question, he should be your first call for any heating/cooling issues in Indy.
