I love the LCS team! From the office staff to the techs, all are kind, professional and knowledgeable. I tend to forget when I need to schedule my maintenance but I never have to worry with LCS as they contact me via text, email & phone to remind me when it is due. In the past I have used LCS for maintenance and repair as well as a new thermostat install. Samantha is always pleasant and helpful as the point of contact. When my a/c lost the refrigerant I added last year I decided to upgrade to a new system vs find and fix a leak on an old system. For reference I have a heat pump / electric heat. Tony provided an estimate with 3 options based on my needs and budget. Didnt try to upsell me on something I did not need. Dylan and Mijail showed up on time, did a great job on the install and clean up after. Walked me through the new unit and answered any questions I had. I have consistently had a good experience with LCS. I like to work with local businesses when I can and I am glad I found them.

My experience with LCS was excellent. A little over a month ago, they installed a new AC unit to include the Air handler in attic. I personally had not heard of the brand Daikin, but research quickly told me it was a very good product with a superior warranty. The new unit is so quiet. We love it. The installers were truly amazing, skilled and very professional. A couple of the installers had an exceptionally long day due to some challenges in my attic and misc other things (no fault of installers), but they got it done in a day as promised. I was also impressed with how the office handles the customers/transaction, in particular, Gretchen. Post install, she quickly emailed me everything I would need for my records in terms of invoice and warranty info. These are things I would not have thought to ask for. Every office call I made (prior to installation) was a pleasant experience. As a thank you for my business, I received a cool gift and some of the best cookies Ive had in awhile - SO GOOD. Would definitely do business with them again and highly recommend based on this experience.

Nikita surpassed my expectations in all aspects! She was informative and did honest work. In the past month I had other companies come and see my system and all of them try to fix things that was not the problem. Just overall wonderful costumer service. She even helped me bring a large box into the house. Something she offered and didn’t need to do. I would recommend this company but specifically this technician!

Came home and knew right away something was wrong it was 85 degrees in the house. Called LCS and they had a technician out within 1 hour of my call. The technician was polite and checked my system immediately found it was a part that had just been replaced during routine maintenance in June. They honored the warranty he replaced the part and did not charge me for the trip. Within 30 minutes the noise was cooler and by the next morning the air was cool and feeling great. I won’t use any other company for my HVAC needs

You hear so many horror stories about HVAC companies...whatever the opposite of a horror story is (fairytale?) that is LCS. They kept me informed about the entire process, gave me options and never tried to hard sell anything. Genuinely made my day BETTER by working with them. Not something you hear often when you hire someone to fix a broken piece of your home. Only group Ill use going forward.

We are very happy with the service LCS has provided. The technician that was in our home today was great and answered all of my questions. The consistency of great service each time they are in our home is why we won’t go anywhere else.

I had an issue with a leak in the ceiling. We called a plumber who came and did not do the job. It was found that probably a condensate line from the HVAC was the problem. I called LCS and they took the time to call the plumber and get the plumbers assessment. Despite the clog being in a plumbing line in the wall LCS came to fix. They fixed the problem. Easy to work with a they want to fix the problem and not pass it on to another vendor even if it takes more time than anticipated. Honest, Fair, and Professional are how I would describe LCS.

Jason was outstanding, courteous, honest, and timely. I ended up going with a yearly plan after discussing it with him. Will recommend you to friends when they need heating and cooling.

When my AC unit quit working in the high heat yesterday, I asked for a recommendation from my family and they recommended LCS. I called them last night and they were here today less than 24 hours since the issue arose and an hour earlier than expected! Travis came and did a wonderful job explaining the issues he saw in laments terms. He cleaned my AC coil and replaced a small piece that was rusted out. I am very pleased with both the company and Travis and will contact them first if any additional issues arise. I strongly recommend them!

I just had Nikita out to service my AC Unit and not only was she on time but she was early. She did a great job and couldnt have been nicer or more professional. The service man came out and leveled my air conditioning unit and had to move it a little bit without breaking the copper tubing he did an excellent job of getting it level for me And move back into place.

Our furnace failed on a Friday night. LCS responded immediately and sent a technician (Jason) within an hour. Everything was put rightand the price was reasonable. We have a yearly service contract with LCS and the cost of the repair was reasonable. Highly recommended.

The LCS employees were very responsive and professional. They had a big job: removing an old a/c from an attic and installing a new one. The job wasnt easy and took extra work and extra care. They did the job well. I would highly recommend.

I had a new AC Installed and the company told we that I would receive a 12 year parts warranty and a 6 year labor warranty included in the 5094.00 payment. Keep in mind, that you have to buy a maintenace plan with this company for 12 years or your warranty is NOT valid. They do not tell you that up front. I was provided the warranty information after the work was completed and now the owner said she will not honor the warranty. I took her up on her offer to give me my money back and she refused. The pump was leaking on the floor and the guy drained the pump on my floor. Please have a camera montioring their work they are very deceptive. The tech did not put the hose back in my pump causing water to ruin my hall and bedroom flooring. I probably mold under neath the flooring. Do yourself a HUGE favor and go with another company.

I returned from vacation at 11:30 pm to a 42 degree house and a non-functioning furnace with temps in the teens outside. I called their emergency number and a technician was at my house within 30 minutes of my phone call. The issue wasn’t fixable until the next day when a replacement part couple be obtained. The technician helped me to turn off the water to my house and flush the lines to prevent frozen pipes and water leaks. I was told that someone would reach out to me the next morning with a quote for repair and to also quote a new HVAC system. I received a text at 6:30 am the next morning saying that they were ready to come to my house whenever I was ready for them. I chose to install a new HVAC system to replace my 18 year old system after weighing the pros and cons and not wanting to chance getting stuck without heat any longer than I had to. They quoted me a new system, and had it installed the same day. They brought over a heater to put in my garage to warm up my house. The new system was installed and my house was back up to 70 degrees (warmer than I keep it, but we needed to thaw out) by 4:30 pm that day. I cannot say enough positive things about this company, their employees, their responsiveness, and professionalism. When you look for a company that is doing repairs on your house, you want someone to treat you like they would their family, and this company did just that! Thank you so much for your hard work, you will have my business for life!

Both Mike & Jerome were very friendly. They quickly identified the issue on my break new HVAC indoor unit. They got a replacement part quickly and got heat back running at my house.

I came home to a cold house after returning from a trip and I called LCS Heating and Cooling to help with getting my my furnace working again. The inducer failed and was going to cost 800.00 to replace plus after hours fee. My furnace was over 20 years old and decided to get a new furnace instead. I really want to thank Chris, Travis, Luis, Dillon, and I cant remember the other techs name who came to my rescue. They all were very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. They left me with 2 space heaters to get me through the night and installed my furnace and air conditioner around 12:00pm the next day. Now thats what I call Godspeed service!!! I fully recommend LCS for HVAC service bar none! Best service I have had in a long time. Also, my new furnace works great!!! I dont feel the forced air through my vents anymore. Its more neutral and not as loud. Thank you very much!

Incredible service! Ive used LCS for years (through two houses) and there is no one else I trust more to service my a/c and furnace. The front office staff is responsive, efficient, and always goes above and beyond to provide you options and make sure you have not just what you need, but what you want. The technician staff are unfailingly polite, clean, hard working, and very knowledgeable. I appreciate the extra steps taken, such as receiving a text message and email the morning of an appointment with not just a reminder, but also a picture and name for your technician that day. I am consistently impressed with their level of business and intend to be a customer for life.

I would not recommend this company at all! I should have known from my conversation with the lady on the phone she could careless to help me or answer any questions. Service technician was fine but the repair was outrageous compared to other companies that quoted me for the same product. Talk to the owner and she just seemed to care about her bottom line nothing else. I felt like the whole company was extremely rude. Will not use again.

We have had dust and heating and air conditioning issues since we bought our house in the fall of 2018. After having LCS install a mini-split system on our 3 season porch, we had them focus on our main house. The old unit was loud and on it last leg, we had dust all over the house, 10° hotter upstairs in the winter and in the summer and the A-Coil was filled with dust, because of a very bad filtering system. They replaced it all, including the A/C unit. All is well and now there “might” be a 2° difference between the upstairs and main level. We could not be happier with our new system.

Bought a new furnace and AC from them 5 years ago. Owner did the estimate himself, pretty transparent and honestly. The techs that did the job all had trained in Ivy Tech programs and were fast and great. All done in 2 days. Was reminded to do this review when saw the owner doing another estimate in the neighborhood this week. Have had no issues at all with the system. No complaints and they are first on my list to call with HVAC issues in future.

My LCS technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything so I knew exactly what was going on and what I was paying for. Before he arrived he called so i knew exactly when he was arriving. The company also sent me a picture and the name of my technician before he arrived so I knew who to expect. He wore booties and a mask anytime he had to interact with my family or enter my home.The desk staff was friendly and responsive and walked me through the different service options.All in all a company I would not only use again but I would feel confident in recommending to a friend or neighbor.

LCS is amazing! They are always professional, provide timely responses, are able to come out in a very timely manner, always show up on time, and their prices are lower than some of the major companies here in Indy. There is no reason to go anywhere else. I first started using LCS about 12 years ago when they were very small and even though they have grown (through all of the reasons I stated above), their commitment to the customer has not declined.

Christmas morning, we awoke to a chilly house and an uncooperative furnace. Christmas morning, of all times! Called LCS, and they had a tech at my house in less than an hour. With single digits temps, the house was chilly, so it was amazing of them to move so quickly. Chris arrived, and took his time. Was considerate and communicative, just a great guy to have. Spent almost 45 minutes adjusting things and cleaning. Found no need to replace parts, then spent another 15 minutes running tests to make sure we wouldnt need to call him back. The charge was for a normal service call. No upsells, no unneeded parts, no runaround. ALL ON CHRISTMAS MORNING!Ive always recommended LCS to friends without hesitation, and its because of amazing service like Chris provided today. Wil never hesitate to do so in the future

I am soooooo glad I called. Travis was great! I had no idea what was wrong with my air conditioning. I thought for sure we were going to have to replace our unit. Travis put me at ease and had us back working PROPERLY for under $350. I am so grateful for honest businessman like Travis. Many others would have tried to talk me into replacing it since I was at a loss to the issue. I will for sure be having them replace my unit when its needed. Met with Travis to get a quote - quick, easy, same day quote at less than 1/2 what another well known company quoted and almost refused to do... Travis had no issues whatsoever. Needed a retro fitted filter rack installed since one was not properly built on the HVAC unit when install in the house. LCS came in and built a filter rack and now our air is properly filtered. They even came back to replace tape they had used on a small section with metal since they ended up being short on metal the first go around. Most companies would have left it as is. Thanks for being fast and friendly!
